PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A $300.00 USD Down Payment, applied toward the total balance, is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. Situated in the perfect spot in Waikiki, it’s within a 15-minute walk to all the area’s most popular attractions, including world-class shopping, restaurants, bars, nightlife, and, of course, the iconic Waikiki beaches. Our family of three found the unit to be very spacious and well-appointed. It features a semi-private room with a comfortable king-sized bed and closet, along with a cozy living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining space, a generous walk-in closet, and in-unit washer and dryer—everything needed for a convenient and comfortable stay. We also rented a parking space, which was located just across the street and very easy to access (within a 5-minute walk). A special thank you to Paul, the property manager, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. He consistently returned our calls within 30 minutes and was a great resource throughout our stay—always embodying the aloha spirit. Things we really liked about the unit was being able to use the large walk-in closet. Having the extra storage was a huge benefit. The apartment was right on the beach and felt tasteful and hip. We loved going to sleep with a sound track of waves and a wall of glass looking at palm trees and city lights. The retractable divider between sleeping areas if you're using the pull-out couch meant we could read after our kids went to sleep but still have a connected experience. The egg swing on the balcony was a favorite. Kitchen is spacious and modern, shower has ample space, bidet a bonus, w/d very convenient. If you're bringing a rental car (Do! Drive to the Haleiwa town in the north and Lanikai Beach in the east!), you need to hope there's a free space and pay $35/night to the security guard to use it. Only complaint is that it took a bit of phone tag (four phone calls) to get into the place, since it is managed independently and has nothing to do with the front desk of the building. And then you have the balcony-just a beautiful area to sit and enjoy the ocean. The view of the Pacific are breath-taking. The property manager Paul, is a class act! He wasn’t snobbish and uppidity like what you may experience at other properties. He was very nice and down to earth.
