PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A $300.00 USD Down Payment, applied toward the total balance, is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.
For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.
CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.
CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.
For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.
For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. Trip Cancellation Insurance is available, see below.

"Great location/ No pool or amenities
We had an adult family of 5 in unit #46. The location is in a perfect location. So easy to walk everywhere in Waikiki. It was nice to have parking for our rental car nearby. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the parking lot. It is just an apartment and there are no other amenities like a pool or gym, etc. But we were there for the beach and had so many other excursions to do that we didn’t need those resort style amenities. Having the kitchen and all the appliances and cookware was so nice because we saved so much by cooking breakfast everyday. There are two balconies but not with nice views but pleasant to eat outside on the main balcony. The beach supplies and towels were nice to have as well. Shower was big and bathroom was large and well stocked with towels/ toilet paper and toiletries. Hard to share one bath with 5 adults but we did it. The coffee maker gave us trouble several times. It overflowed once. It was nice to have an ice maker and you can fill your water bottles up downstairs. All the beds were comfortable. Where the problem came in was the middle bedroom. It was so HOT - there is no AC in that room. The back bedroom and living room got plenty cold. But we could not cool the middle room even when opening the sliding panes. There needs to be a fan in there !!! There is no privacy in that room as you can hear everything and the light is constantly coming in. Just something to think about if you need a quiet/cool/private room. We had to alternate sleeping arrangements so the 2 adults in that room could get a good sleep and then we were miserable for a night. We would not stay again in that unit because we were not comfortable as a group of 5 adults OR we would have to have a fan for sure. But if you have the option to put kids in there that don’t need privacy or don’t want to sleep in or someone that likes it warm then this is a good stay! We are happy with everything else regarding the location and cleanliness. "

This place is located in an amazing location. It is just 1 block away from the beach and right around the corner of the shopping center. The house was well stocked and the management team was easy to communicate with. We loved our stay and highly recommend it to everyone."

"Parking Rip Off and Bad Location
The only parking is a lot about a mile away and you're only allowed one free vehicle. The second one is $79/Day. View from master bedroom is of an alley with overflowing dumpsters and service vehicles. Sliding door on bathroom didn't close all the way. No laundry facilities at all. The entrance is on a glorified service alley. Won't stay here again and I don't recommend it to anyone."

Excellent stay. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating. Just a note about the washing. Its done through a app and it didnt like our NZ phone numbers so we couldn't do the washing . Luckily our manager Paul was most helpful and we did it on his card.. "

"Top location in Waikiki
The apartment is very nice, good standard and the kitchen is fully equipped with remarkably high quality items (never seen such nice cutlery in a rental).
All supplies stocked that you need for a week. Apartment is obviously well maintained.
Beach Walk is a small side street in Waikiki and considering that this is a downtown location, the view is quite nice. Only downside: the noise level, with constant presence of delivery trucks, engines running and cooling units screaming, throughout the morning, starting very early. Then again, if you are looking for serenity, you will not stay in downtown Honolulu anyway.
The location as such is super practical, with main shopping street, beach all nearby on foot in a few minutes. Also the nearby big parking lot worked very fine for us.
Paul was our property manager and very friendly & responsive. Check-in with a live person is really convenient. Two thumbs up for Paul!"

"Great Location, spacious condo
The condo has 2 bedrooms which is great for a family or 2 couples. The condo needs some maintenance by the owner by way of fixing some hinges in the kitchen and in the entrance area, the sisal rug is coming apart, the dishwasher door is bent and does not close too well, the furniture needs deep cleaning (sofa, kitchen chairs, cushions on beds and sofa). The cleaners are probably rushed and likely don’t get allotted enough time to wipe over cupboard doors, light switches, door handles and soap scum in the shower. We gave the place a quick clean on our arrival to attend to those extra areas that were not cleaned. There was plenty of beach gear including beach towels. Free parking and great/friendly security are fantastic. There is a laundry room on level 2 and 7 with one washer and 2 dryers each which is not really sufficient for a facility like this. It would be a better investment for the owner to install a washer and dryer. Overall we liked the property and would stay again. Captain Cook are a great company, they just need to ensure that the owners attend to regular upkeep and allow the cleaners to do a more thorough clean. "

"Ideal location, minutes away from everything!
Our group stayed in this unit for 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect. From the instructions of our host to make our stay easy and simple, to the short walk to the beach or night life of Waikiki, this stay suited our needs perfectly. The unit itself was very clean, and the balcony just off the kitchen was great to enjoy some evening sun. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place in Waikiki!"

"Waikiki vacation OCT 2022
This property had a great location and I was satisfied with my stay there however I wasn't happy with the general condition of the condo. The sofa seemed old based on the condition of the cushions and the sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep in. I also found a candy wrapper under the sofa when the bed was pulled out. The lamp next to the sofa bed couldn't be turned off because the light switch was missing so I had to unplug it to turn off the light. One morning at 5 am there was no electricity to the lights in the bathroom, hallway and kitchen area. I had to take a shower in the dark. When I called about this later on I was told that the circuit breaker turned off and I had to turn the switch back on. After turning on the switch, the switch turned itself off after about 5 minutes. This happened several times before the switch stayed on. Generally speaking, it was not as clean as I would have expected it to be but I'm comparing it to hotel rooms that I've stayed at in Waikiki. On the plus side, it was nice to have 2 bedrooms in the condo and having a dining area to eat when we brought back food."

"Great location and clean!
Very nice condo. Clean and well kept. Good security and great location, close to the beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Parking is just down the street in a large flat parking. Only issue we had was when we arrived late at night from our flight, the lobby doors were locked and no one was in the lobby to let us in. We had to wait half an hour for a security guard to let us in. And a loud mouth drunk was outside spouting profanity. Not what you want when it’s dark, you’re with your kids, and you’re not familiar with the area. They need to improve their late check in procedures. Otherwise great condo and we had a great stay. "
