For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. Visitor Reviews (29) Write a Review! "Magical View The condo was located in a wonderful location, with beautiful views and had everything required for an extended stay. The building is very secure with guards in the front lobby. Paul from Captain Cook met us at the condo and gave us the keys with a tour. He also took care of a Cable TV issue immediately by calling the cable company and staying on the phone to make sure everything was taken care of. You can tell he has done this for a long time and is very customer oriented. A grocery store is only 2 blocks away for those of you that enjoy cooking your own meals. Only 2 disappointing items. One cannot be helped by the building. The noise is extremely loud in the condo as we faced Ala Moana Blvd. Especially at night. Sirens, motorcycles, cars, etc. are constant during all hours. Just bring sound deadening earbuds! The second is the bathroom. It is looking very tired. The tub definitely needs replacing along with a general spruce up. If you can overlook a few minor items, you will have a wonderful time staying here." You are blocks away from Ala Moana Shopping mall with very good grocery stores, restaurants and lovely shops, and the city buses stop right in front of Discovery Bay condos. If the blinds are open mid afternoon, the unit does get very hot and even the A/C isn't able to keep you cool, so just know that ahead of time. My only complaint comes from the admin office in the other tower, where I was refused the parking pass that comes with the unit. My suggestion, look into the parking pass the moment you arrive so that you have time to work through the kinks with the stubborn admin. Note - the property manager and the office admin are two different people. The Property manager is an awesome guy." It looked like the carpet had just been cleaned before our stay. We noted only one issue: there is a suction-cup mounted handle on the wall in the shower/tub area, presumable for people to get extra support from. The first time we stayed here, it fell off the wall when I touched it. this time, it fell off in the middle of the night when we were nowhere near it. this seems like it could be a safety hazard if anyone was really depending on it. We could partially see the Friday night fireworks from our room which was nice. Everything was all set and provided well. The location was great. Not too close to Waikiki and not too far from Alamoana shopping center. Food pantry was 5 minutes away so it was convenient to buy groceries. The bus stop was just in front of us as well. Since we are use to the Japanese futon style the bed was too soft for us and the alarm went off every time we used the oven toaster. We could hear the traffic even on the 30th floor which was kind of loud and we could hear the noise up above us as well. Besides that everything was great and we enjoyed our stay!!!
