For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.
For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.
CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.
CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.
For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.
For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. Trip Cancellation Insurance is available, see below.

"Simply the best
Absolutely the most wonderful place to stay in Waikiki. The property is as beautiful and comfortable as pictured. The location is convenient to the beach, restaurants, stores, everything! A bonus was seeing the honu every morning from our balcony, as well as the Friday fireworks. We will be back!"

"Beautiful location and Apartment
This was our second amazing stay in this building. Location is fantastic, beautiful views out to the ocean, watch the Turtles, saw 2 Monk seals in the water and on the beach, Stunning Diamond Head views from the apartment and lanais. Excellent location to watch the fireworks. Stunning apartment in a convenient location with quality and plentiful amenities. Restaurants, ABC stores all within walking distance.Excellent space for our family of 5. Parking included. This space was perfect and made our family holiday memorable. Our 1 regret was not seeing Paul Tucker before we left to thank him personally. Paul manages this property and his welcoming, friendly, accomodating nature is why we will return to Oahu and book here again. Thank you Paul and the Captain Cook booking staff who I communicated with prior to arrival and allowed us to check in 2 days earlier when our plans changed. Yet again, Captain Cook has been outstanding. Mahalo"

"Fantastic experience
This place is better than the pictures. The views are fabulous. The doors and windows were wide open all the time and the ocean breeze wafted through and the waves crashed below. Everything was excellent, from the high quality sliding doors to the appliances to the beds. Cannot imagine a more perfect experience. "

"Unit 700
One of the 4 dinner plates was badly chipped. More plates and cups would be nice so dish washer doesn’t have to be run twice daily. Have more paper towels in unit. Real negative is cheap bed frame in rear bedroom. Both of us injured our toes on frame. Not acceptable at this price! Perhaps worst thing was getting trapped in garage upon leaving because we left keys and fob in unit as directed. Caused us considerable delay finding someone to open garage door....resulting in one of our guests missing his plane. "

"Amazing stay and will visit again
Great Experience at this rental. The condo was spotless and in great condition - as beautiful as can be seen in the pictures. Property Manager Paul is a great guy and very hospitable. This property will be on top of my list for future visits to Oahu / Waikiki area. Only issue we experienced were elevators. During our stay (mid-August) - one set of elevators was functioning, which posed challenges during peak hours in the key summer months. May not be an issue during non-peak travel times. "

I wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for providing us with such a wonderful rental condo and support by Paul, well-prepared and well-organized person for travellers. Our time spent there with my family was truly remarkable. The breathtaking ocean views of sunrises, sunsets, and moonlit nights were an absolute delight. The gentle sea breeze made air conditioning unnecessary, and the soothing sounds of waves lulled us to sleep while the cheerful songs of birds greeted us each morning. We are grateful for the cherished memories we made in your beautiful property.Almost everyday, I enjoyed with my family marine sports, i.e. surfing, stand up paddle, body boad and swimming. beach is just 5 second walk from the property.Thank you for your hospitality.I am sure I recommend my friends to stay here if they have chance to visit Waikiki. "First Rate
This apartment must be among the nicest in Waikiki. Perfect location with Fort DeRussy on one side and the vast Pacific on the other two. Excellent restaurants nearby. The manager, Paul Tucker, is most pleasant and helpful. Our only complaint is the slow and crowded elevators; we understand these are being upgraded this year (2023)."

"Gorgeous Inside and Out
The space was PERFECT for our family of 4 and served as the perfect hub to host our extended family for a few sunsets as well! The space is gorgeous with two beautiful bedrooms, two beautiful bathrooms, and a huge open concept living room/ kitchen/ dining space. The view is really unbeatable and the windows/ doors are really set up to maximize it. We had the best view of sunsets every night and an amazing view of the Friday fireworks that the Hilton sponsors. The fridge was perfect for our kids' milk as well as leftovers and the microwave was super helpful for warming up the kids' milk at night. The kids loved the acai bowls and ice cream downstairs and of course, the direct beach access was great as well.
The day we arrived was a little overwhelming because there was a lot of information (i.e. here is how to open/ close your unit, here are the elevator access points, storage unit, etc.) but that just goes to show how much this place has to offer! Other than taking a few tries to understand the light switches, everything else was pretty seamless.
We can't wait to return to Oahu and stay here again!"

"Jaw Dropping Views & Stunning Renovation
We were lucky enough to stay here for 2 weeks in May. It is an absolutely gorgeous condo that has been thoroughly renovated. The choices made for the renovation are high end and modern. The views are spectacular from Diamond Head 180 degrees to the West with ocean views, then there’s a park with lots of trees right next door. There’s also some city views off to the side and in the distance, so at night it can be quite pretty. You can hear the waves at night. It was such a treat and we are spoiled now. Having a car in the basement parking garage was also a total luxury in downtown Waikiki. The Waikiki shore building is just OK, but it doesn’t really matter. We would definitely stay here again if we are in Waikiki again.
We did have a trivial wish list, though we’d still come back regardless: *luggage racks in bedrooms *hooks for towels/robes by the shower *move items above refrigerator to box in storage so there’s room for guests to store food "
