 PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A $300.00 USD Down Payment, applied toward the total balance, is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.
 
 For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.
 
 CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.
 
 CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.
 
 For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.
 
 For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid.  "Amazing stay at Waikiki
 We had an amazing time at this unbelievable condo with the best possible view on Waikiki beach. I can't say enough about the view and ability to make the space indoor/outdoor throughout the day to capture the breezes and keep the conditions ideal throughout our stay. We did less on the island because we didn't want to leave the view! The beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathrooms were high class. Overall a 10/10 in every respect."

 We had an absolutely incredible stay at Waikiki Shore #1400! The condo was beautiful and even better than the photos, which didn’t do it justice. The views were simply breathtaking, and we found ourselves constantly drawn to the windows and lanai to take it all in.
 
 Inside, everything was cozy and comfortable. The bed and couches were super comfy, making it easy to relax after a day exploring Waikiki. The parking garage was another huge plus. It was very convenient and just steps from the elevator, which made coming and going a breeze.
 
 Honestly, we have nothing negative to say about our stay. Everything was perfect. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We’d love to return in the future and highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a perfect getaway spot in Waikiki."

 Waikiki Shores #1400 has the best location in Honolulu. It is centrally located near excellent restaurants and shopping. Its proximity to Waikiki beach is unsurpassed. The unit is in excellent shape. Opening the sliding glass doors each morning reveals a perfect panoramic view of the ocean, Waikiki beach and surrounding hotels. The property manager, Paul, was helpful and professional and only a phone call away if needed. The unit is expensive but, in my opinion, worth the money if you want to spoil yourself."

 "Just -- WOW!
 I've stayed in other great units at the Waikiki Shore in the past, but #1400 is definitely a cut above! The panoramic views of ocean, beach, and clouds from the open lanais were endlessly fascinating. The appliances (including wine fridge and Washlets) are high-end.
 On a week-long vacation for my elderly mother with my sister and me, we picked this unit for the 3 separate sleeping areas. Mom chose the twin bed because it has a remote to raise and lower the head like her bed at home, helping her get up. She loved the Diamond Head view. My sister slept in the bedroom and I was happy in the murphy bed.
 We rented a mobility scooter for Mom; she was able to ride it in the elevator and park it next to the kitchen table to charge it. She had easy access to all the restaurants and shops along Beach Walk and the Royal Hawaiian Center, the Halekulani, and the Outrigger Reef.
 Paul the PM was helpful as always.
 I hope to come back next year!"
