Condo is cooled by ceiling fans and trade winds. Although there is no pool, you are just steps away from the sparkling blue waters of Colony Surf's semi-private beach! Colony Surf boasts fine French dining restaurant Michel's on the ground floor, and is just across the street from Kapiolani Park and a short walk to the Honolulu Zoo and Waikiki Aquarium. You'll also appreciate being just a short walk or quick drive into Waikiki! Public transportation is available to Waikiki, grocery stores and shops in the area. Shared laundry room on site. PAYMENT METHODS: Payment is only accepted in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, and American Express credit cards.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A $300.00 USD Down Payment, applied toward the total balance, is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. The location is perfect for us, away from busy Waikiki, on the beach. The building staff are friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen appliances are clean and new. The unit we stayed in had some maintenance issues. The pocket door to the bathroom was not functional and needed strong arming and kicking to get the door open and closed. The white carpet was nice but needed cleaning due to previous stains and the vacuum in the unit had minimal to zero suction. Also major amount of termite droppings in the main closet, which we informed the property manager about. The sofa is nice looking but could use an upgrade as the dark material underneath is fraying, and coming loose. Would recommend to a friend, but would make aware of condition of condo inside." With just 2 of us to cook for, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The unit was immaculate, clean and refreshing. The view of Diamond Head, the blue green ocean during the day beautiful, while after dark the view of the Waikiki skyline was spectacular. What’s not to love having a beach right outside your door! Our unit manager was always available to help us if needed. The Captain Cook office staff were wonderful to work with and could answer any questions we had."
