No parking worries for you! It is perfect for watching whales (in season), dolphins and sea turtles right from the house and lanai.
Warmed by the tropical sun, cooled by the local tradewinds and shady coconut palms, this home is in truly one of the most beautiful spots on earth.
The house offers four bedrooms, three ground level and one master on the second floor. A covered back and oceanfront lanai for lounging and dining.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need (and more!) and the washer/dryer are in the downstairs laundry room.
There is an ocean view from all three downstairs bedrooms. Two with King beds and one with two twin beds. Upstairs there is one bedroom with King bed. The house offers high-speed Internet Access so that you can be online while watching the waves roll in.
Lihi Kai is managed by (Property Management), a boutique property management company located on the North Shore of Kauai. Our goal is for each guest to feel special and to leave with a true sense of aloha. We take pride in the fact that we use all eco-friendly products in our homes and stock each house with fresh fruit, Malie Organic amenities + other island goodies. In addition to booking your vacation home, we are happy to assist you with booking any and all activities for you at no extra charge! We can book zip lining, boat tours, luaus, surf lessons, in-house massages, private Pilates/yoga classes, surfboard rentals, bike rentals, stand up paddle boards, and much more! We live here so we know the best tour guides, charters and vendors on island. Let us know how we can make your trip one to remember!

Accommodations Cancellation Policy: If the Guest cancels the reservation more than ninety (90) days prior to arrival, all payments received will be refunded, less a Two Hundred Fifty and 00/100 ($250.00) processing fee. If the Guest cancels the reservations ninety (90) days or less from the arrival date, all payments received are non-refundable (Security Deposit and cleaning fees will be refunded regardless of cancellation date) unless the Premises can be re-rented for the dates previously reserved. In the event that the Premises are re-rented, Guest will be refunded any amounts that have been recouped by SKV, on behalf of the Owner, through re-renting, less 20%.

"Wonderful Stay
Lihi Kai is a beautiful and relaxing getaway. The house is comfortable and relaxing, the gardens are beautiful and the beach is RIGHT there. There is a short walk around the corner to Tunnels for beautiful snorkeling. I highly recommend hiking on the Napali coast as well. Lisa is so lovely and accommodating, she was great and totally on top of everything. This was our second time at Lihi Kai and I’m sure we will be back!"
