Kick off your summer vacation in this cozy 3BR, 2BA getaway! Located in the East tower, this unit has been updated with 12” tile throughout the main areas, making sand cleanup a breeze. And new LVT flooring has been installed in the bedrooms.
Enjoy the updated, fully equipped kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, and granite counter tops. The dining table seats 6 while the kitchen’s bar provides additional seating. Enjoy Gulf views through the living area’s balcony, the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.
Summer House 804-A can comfortably sleep eight. The master bedroom has a King Bed with a private bath with tile shower. The balcony is also accessible from the master bedroom. Bedroom 2 provides a king-Size Bed while bedroom 3 provides 2 Queen Beds. This unit has a full-sized washer and dryer for added convenience.
Located in the heart of Orange Beach, Summer House is near excellent dining, shopping, entertainment, and grocery stores. Guests have full access to the large outdoor pool, the extra-large hot tub, fitness room, covered poolside gazebo and sauna. Other amenities include a basketball court, recently resurfaced Omni tennis court and putting green, 24-hour security, and charcoal grills. Summer House embodies its name 100%!
One Parking pass is included with your reservation. One additional pass is available for $50 plus tax. We must know when booking if you need an additional pass. Pricing subject to change anytime per HOA.
*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by (Property Management).
Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with (Property Management) must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

"Summer House 804A
We had a wonderful time while we were in Orange Beach! The condo was updated and clean when we got there and it was very comfortable. It had great tvs and comfortable couches. The mattresses were great too!! Seriously, I have been to a lot of VRBOs that are not as great as the pictures, but this one is exactly the same. The management company was awesome-- they promptly replied to any questions we had and used text which worked well for us. The only* 2 problems were that one of the elevators was broken and that made long lines of people waiting and because they are doing construction, we sometimes had to park across the street. This wouldn't have been an issue except the road is super busy. Other than these things, the vacation was great"

"Not real happy
The condo wasn’t laid out for spacious room. The bathrooms were very small and only one person could actually get in there at one time. The thing that bothered me the most though was the fact that you had to have a key to get in the door and the door was boarded up with metal. Years I guess where somebody tried to break in. I don’t know. The updates wouldn’t be very costly so I think they should be taken care of. They were also working on the condo so it was very inconvenient going in and out."

"vacationing with a great view
Everything went very well. Summerhouse was a perfect place to stay, quick access to the beach, which we could see from the large balcony. Plenty of nice places to eat within 5 mins."

"Great long weekend get away
We decided, at the last minute, to take a long weekend trip. I looked thru hundreds of places available and decided on this one. I am glad I did. The place was clean, beautifully decorated and stocked well with supplies and toiletries. Grounds were maintained well.
Julie was very responsive.
Only very minimal/picky thing- basketball that was mentioned was across a busy street and not sure if they supplied a ball (didn't have time to investigate). This really did not matter as we spent our time on the beautiful beach, the reason we came."

"Summer House October Stay
We really enjoyed our stay in SH804A. The unit had very comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and updated furniture. The pools were a little colder than I thought they would be in October but beach was warm. The only items I would note on this unit is ice maker is slow making ice so if you have a whole family you might need a bag of ice and there are few paint touch ups that need to be made. Overall great stay and we would definitely stay again. The best thing was the customer service offered by Signature Properties. I had forgotten my laptop charger and had to get one shipped. Julie offered to have it delivered to her house to ensure delivery! That's customer service!"

"Great view and location! Updated furniture!
We enjoyed our stay at 804A summer house. The location is convenient and the view from the large balcony is amazing! It was perfect for dolphin watching in the morning. The condo and entire property was clean and even better than pictured. The living room furniture is updated with a nice sectional sofa and plenty of seating for our group of eight. The beds are comfortable and the update of two queen beds (rather than 2 twins as pictured) in the guestroom helped to give everyone a good place to sleep. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook most of our meals in the condo. Julie, with Signature Properties was so helpful and went above and beyond to answer questions and help with a couple special requests. The pool is large with plenty of room for everyone. And the beach is just a short walk down the boardwalk. We would definitely love to stay at this property again!"

"Perfect spot
This was our first time staying here and was a little nervous. There was no need. Lots of positives. All the rooms were perfect for our family. From the boardwalk to the beach wasn't long at all-Perfect if you have little ones. The pool was large and always full at night. We are not pool people so it didn't bother us. Check in and out was so convenient and quick. Another plus was that the neighborhood Walmart was a mile away. The lady we dealt with from Signature Properties was first class and so friendly. There were lots of families so it was very clean. The other renters who stayed at Summer House were so much fun. We will be back to this property next year."
