Get away from it all at this adorable beach house in Fort Morgan. Just steps from the beach, this home was fully remodeled in 2020 and is new to the rental market. With new flooring and no carpet, it’s a great pet-friendly option (with (Property Management)' approval). Up to 2 dogs allowed, under 25 lbs each.
Your Day at Sandpiper
Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee on the front porch while watching the sunrise. Spend the day soaking up the sun in this quiet beach community, just steps from the soft white sand and clear emerald water—dolphins are a common sight. In the evening, unwind in the outdoor living space, complete with paved parking, a large shower, picnic and sitting areas, a mounted TV, and a grill—perfect for dinner, games, and relaxation after a beautiful beach day.
All You Need for a Perfect Stay
This three-bedroom, two-bath home sleeps up to ten guests. The king and queen bedrooms offer cozy retreats, while the bunk room, featuring a twin-over-full bed with a twin trundle, is perfect for kids or extra guests. A queen sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. Each bedroom includes a smart TV connected to Dish satellite for entertainment.
The well-stocked kitchen features granite countertops and a coffee station with both a standard pot and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining area comfortably seats six, with additional space for three at the bar. Just off the kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer provide added convenience.
Pet rule is as follows:
One DOG weighing 25 lb, flat pet fee of $200, if bring two flat pet fee of $300. Must be crate trained and crated when left alone. IMPORTANT NOTE: We LOVE to welcome responsible owners, but please show good judgment in leaving your dog alone in a strange place for minimal amounts of time - my guideline is 5 hours. If you plan on leaving your dog longer than 5 hours you must use an off-site pet sitting service. Proof of rabies vaccine and vet-grade flea/tick medication required. Please email copies of both paperwork from your veterinarian and a recent picture of your dog within 48 hours of booking or booking will be cancelled. Any excess noise or barking will be reported to local authorities in order to preserve a quiet environment for our neighbors. If continues guest will be required to leave without refund. Dog waste: You must clean up any animal waste with a dog bag. Seal and dispose in trash can. If anything is damaged during or after your stay please contact us immediately so we can arrange to have it replaced or repaired for our next guests.
*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by (Property Management).
Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with (Property Management) must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

"Great Trip, OK House
House was in a great location. We love the area . Steps to the beach, we rented golf cart because I recently had hip surgery. The house was dirty when we arrived, we did not check in early. My wife and I jumped in and cleaned, which is ridiculous with cleaning fees. The house needs updating, exposed wires and leaking pipes under house in the sitting area. Hand rails were so loose , we had to call it in. We told them about the filth and I guess they thought we wanted discount. They were rude. They had sent text asking if everything is ok and we replied. We didn’t ask for anything,The gentleman came and fixed the railing, nice guy. Great location and we had a great time. They did advertise they had beach supplies in a room, they do not. I would recommend fort Morgan area just not this house."

"Nice stay
We had a nice stay regardless of the beach conditions. The house floor plan is good. Outdoor living space and beach access was really the primary reason for my choice to stay there. Floors could’ve been a little cleaner and house could use a few updates. Sandpiper is furnished nicely though. Staff was very responsive to my text questions after check in! Very helpful. We’ll definitely be considering rental for a future trip."

"Sandpiper
The house was as described. Nicely furnished and comfortable beds. Nice area underneath. We had trouble with the tv, but it might have been us.
The fridge space was limited due to missing shelves and door rails. Some new cookware is needed - the non-stick pans were in bad shape and the metal pans stick badly. The kitchen issues may not be of concern if you don't do a lot of cooking."

"Sandpiper Seen Better Days
Overall a good stay as this was a close to the beach location. Oven worked great and cooked/boiled food very fast, nice to have after long days on the beach. Furniture was in a good order and not broken or damaged. Microwave was brand new and worked great! Washer/dryer worked and was glad it was in unit.
However many things within the home were out of date and just didn't work well overall.
None of the TVs worked...correctly so this was a frustration for the kids in the evening when they wanted to calm down after a long day at the beach.
The fridge could barely hold food as the shelves and drawers were loose and almost falling out every time the fridge was opened.
The outdoor shower, had no door like the pictures show and instead just a curtain the blows in the wind making it hard to remove sand
Not enough silverware for 10 people and the unit is rated for 10, we had to buy extra at the store as it was 7 of us.
Couch bed mattress, old and springy fit....for small kids only, would prob not have felt the best for anyone much older than a 3/4 year old.
There was a very soft spot in the bunk room on the floor, took a few days for agency to properly respond, realize this was a major safety concern, and then send someone to fix it. Got conflicting answers on how bad of a problem it was.
Had random people park near this property late at night and try to go onto the driveway/under the house. Thankfully the wife and I were outside and told them to move along. Agency never responded if this was normal or weird. Thankfully it only happened once. "

"Sisters Sandy Birthday Getaway
What a perfect beach home away from home! Only steps to the beautiful beach. The Sandpiper just as the pictures show..the house was easy to find and once we walked inside it was like being nice, clean, comfy beds and furniture, lots of kitchen utensils for making meals. Great place.
Enjoyed long walks on the oh so soft sandy beach.. just beautiful!

"Review of Sandpiper
The rental was okay, the house was cute and it was a short walk down to the beach. There were annoying ants on the sofa upstairs, in the bed in the middle room and on the furniture downstairs. The barbeque grate was unusable and we had to end up buying our own grate in town and yet they told us if it was dirty they would charge us extra. Finally, we could not get into the closet downstairs and that was fine but they told us they would charge us if it was out of order. There were a lot of rules and threats. Despite all of that Ft. Morgan is a great beach and we had a wonderful week ."

"Comfortable Ft. Morgan Getaway
My daughters and I stayed in the Sandpiper for spring break. It’s a short, close walk to the beach, the beds are comfortable and the storage room with wagon, beach accessories and kids toys was appreciated. We enjoyed the downstairs entertainment area with bed swing and tv. The complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms was very thoughtful. It was perfect for the four of us. The kitchen was stocked well and the inside was clean. Only issue I had was having to lock the front door from the outside and coming in the side door at night. Overall, we had a wonderful week and would definitely stay again. "

"Restful and relaxing
Our family loved staying at Sandpiper. The house was comfortable and well decorated. There was space for us to spread out, relax, hang out on the front deck. Beds were comfortable and the swing on the lower level was great!
Just a short walk to the beach. Far quieter Gulf Shores - but the beach itself was every bit as nice."

Overall, it was a good place to stay. I wished there had been extra covers since it was a cold time of the year to be there and that the sofa bed mattress cover was in better shape. Only saw one dead cockroach the entire time we were there. I loved being able to communicate with the property manager via text. "

"Sandpiper October 2021
The Sandpiper was a great vacation rental. We will definitely stay again. My only complaint is there wasn't a reliable grill to use. In the photos there appeared to be a gas grill, but there was only a small charcoal grill on the premises. I don't feel comfortable using a charcoal grill at the beach because of the wind and embers. Other than the grill, the house was wonderful! Great location and I loved that I could have my pet with me."

"Great time, but a little overpriced!!
We had a great time and we’re grateful to the hosts but we had a few problems. First the HVAC system wasn’t working so we slept in a house that was 64 degrees the night we got in. Then the sewage outside was overflowing with toilet paper and made the property smell. We also found giant clumps of black dog hair in every room. When we moved the draft would blow it around. Sometimes this can’t be helped but the last night we had a cockroach literally sitting on the headboard above us. We also washed the comforter because it was not washed before we got there and it was the only blanket besides sheets on the bed. With Covid and being pregnant, we couldn’t risk the germs."

"Sandpiper for Thanksgiving
Overall everything was great. The location was away from the city business. Lots of area to walk, ride bikes. Great view from the porch even tho not directly on the beach. Decor was nice, lots of kitchen tools for cooking. Previous renters did not clean dishes well, not property fault. Bikes were great but tires did not hold the air, let the property know. Loved the outdoor living space. We plan to stay here again. oh and when the tv remotes didnt work they were quick to respond."

"Perfect Family Trip!
My family of 5 had a perfect time at this beach house over my daughter’s fall break. It is very close to the beach (walking distance.). The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Only downfall was didn’t know to bring cleaning supplies, like for countertops, but Target delivers to that area so was able to get groceries without having to go to the store. All in all I can’t wait to go back!"

"COVID Friendly Getaway
This home was As-Advertised. We appreciated that it wasn’t oversold, and we were able to prepare accordingly for our trip. The area is somewhat isolated from large crowds and multi-family accommodations, so the location is ideal during COVID times. We were able to walk to the beach in about 90 seconds. The home worked great for us - 4 adults, 2 children and 2 infants. The added space under the home with couches and a TV was fantastic. Some finishes and furniture are cheap quality, so we were extra mindful of our children not breaking anything. Overall, we would highly recommend this home and location to anyone looking for a quiet, isolated getaway within steps of the gulf."

We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper. Only 30 yards from the beach access. Beach was not crowded and everyone social distanced. The house was as advertised. Worked well for us. "Sandpiper was sensational!!
We were fortunate enough to stumble across Sandpiper in Ft Morgan when looking for a place to escape to for a week at the beach this summer. We have been coming to the Alabama gulf coast for over 30 years. We found our new favorite place! Sandpiper is a beautiful home with awesome amenities! We began each day in the tall chairs on the deck with our coffee looking out to the gulf and waiving to the friendly neighbors as they walked by. After a full day at the beach we would end each day with the kid’s watching movies under the house. The swing bed was a family favorite! The house came with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. The rental company was super easy to work with and very responsive. The house is beautifully furnished and clean. We loved the artwork in the house (which happens to be the owner’s amazing work). Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house with us! We are already planning a trip back next summer ��"
