This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom pet-friendly home in Surfside Shores, Fort Morgan, offers the perfect retreat for families and friends seeking relaxation. Nestled on a spacious lot with natural Gulf Coast landscaping, it provides privacy, plenty of shade, and sand for little ones to play—no beach trip required. When you're ready for the water, the stunning Gulf beaches are just a five-minute walk away.
Inside, Casa Palma has been fully renovated for a luxurious stay. The brand-new kitchen, dining, and living areas are designed for entertaining, while two balconies invite you to enjoy the coastal breeze. The main floor features a master suite with a king-sized bed and an attached bath.
Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms. One offers a king bed and private bath, while the other features a full-over-full bunk bed, a queen bed, a private bath, and its own balcony.

Pet Rule as follows: One DOG weighing 30 lb, flat pet fee of $200, if bring two flat pet fee of $300. Must be crate trained and crated when left alone. IMPORTANT NOTE: we LOVE to welcome responsible owners, but please show good judgment in leaving your dog alone in a strange place for minimal amounts of time - my guideline is 5 hours. If you plan on leaving your dog longer than 5 hours you must use an off-site pet sitting service. Proof of rabies vaccine and vet-grade flea/tick medication required. Please email copies of both paperwork from your veterinarian and a recent picture of your dog within 48 hours of booking or booking will be cancelled. Any excess noise or barking will be reported to local authorities in order to preserve a quiet environment for our neighbors. If continues guest will be required to leave without refund. Dog waste: You must clean up any animal waste with a dog bag. Seal and dispose in trash can. I have exterior security cameras to verify that pet rules are followed. If anything is damaged during or after your stay please contact us immediately so we can arrange to have it replaced or repaired for our next guests.
*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by (Property Management).
Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with (Property Management) must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival. A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

"Lovely Location!
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Casa Palma. The location is exactly what we were looking for with lots of privacy and easy access to the beach. The beach was never too crowded even at the beginning of June. The house is beautifully decorated in modern decor and met all of our needs. I would highly suggest replacing the living room sofa with a nice leather sectional or something that is easier to maintain. The sofa was covered in dog hair, stains and crumbs under the cushions upon arrival. We actually used a king size comforter to cover the sofa during our stay. The bunk beds were a bit wobbly and the carpet was stained in several areas, but I know this is to be expected in a rental. We only called maintenance once during our stay for a clogged shower drain and it was resolved within a couple hours by a super friendly staff member. Gulf Shores is an easy 20 minute drive and the scenic drive along the way can't be beat. The wifi never worked efficiently during our entire stay without using our personal hotspot. I did speak with Julie several times regarding the issue, but it seemed to be a neighborhood outage. All in all, the problems were minor and wouldn't keep us from staying here again. We are already planning a trip back to this area next year! "

"Casa Palma
The home was in a great location, with private yard. Plenty of room for our party of 8; 5 adults & 3 children. Very well stocked kitchen. We had no issues, so no need to contact staff. The fire pit was a very nice addition. The 1/2 bath out back & outdoor shower were great additions to keep from tracking in sand. Short walk to beach, beach access was excellent, not too crowded. Was disappointed in cleanliness of the main level shower & bathroom floor, obvious a pet had been in there, several black dog hairs in the shower & on floor. That shower curtain needs to be replaced, mold was present on the liner. Before ever going to the beach, swept up a pile of wet sand and left it for staff to see, in entryway/ storage area for beach items. A couple of porch chairs on front bedroom balcony are in need of repair. White cloth sofa must be hard to maintain in this setting, noticed visible stains on front edge of seat cushions upon arrival. We visited Tacky Jack’s, east end of Fort Morgan, provided great family dining, sunset views & pier, very nice! Overall, we had a great stay & thoroughly enjoyed this location. The cleanliness issues could easily be corrected by more conscientious staff. "

"Thank you Casa Palma for an Incredible Fall Break
We had a great time staying at Casa Palma. The beach was just a short walk away, and there was a beach wagon, beach blankets and beach umbrellas to use. We did not get a chance to use the fire pit, but did use the charcoal grill one night. The house is surrounded by trees, giving it a nice secluded feel. The house was nicely decorated, but I wouldn't say it is completely renovated as all of the showers need some work. But a bathroom for each room is a bonus. Having a big kids room with lots of sleeping options was also a major plus, although the bunkbed was a little shaky and may need some fortification. It would have been nice to have more seating options in the living room. We had to move a couple chairs from the dining table for everyone to have a seat. But the house had a lot of board games--charades, bingo, monopoly, cards--which we really enjoyed playing with our 6 year old twins and 8 year old. The kids really loved the Pac Man arcade game in the bedroom, too. All in all, we loved our stay and even extended it an additional night. The property manager provided stellar service and responded to texts immediately. The dishwasher started leaking one night and they had someone out the next day, even though it was a Saturday. Casa Palma, we hope to see you next year!"

"Excellent place to stay on the beach with the comfort of home!!
Our rental experience was one of the best we have had in a long time. Communication was amazing anything we asked for or needed was completely furnished. Exceptionally friendly and professional. There were 2 adults and 3 15-17 yr olds and we had more than enough room. The walk to the beach was not that far and almost no traffic it was perfect. The outside faucets and shower made it easy to remove sand before coming inside. The grill was perfect for an outside dinner without having to go out. We will definitely be back. "

"Wonderful Beach Getaway
Casa Palma was the perfect getaway for our family of 7 adult children and grandchildren!! Highly recommended. Truly less than a 5 minute walk to lovely beaches with low traffic. The house has everything we needed and more. We had a couple of minor service requests which were addressed promptly. We would visit here again!"
