Spacious 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom, dog-friendly home situated on the gulf side of scenic Ft. Morgan Road within the Morgantown community. With the ability to sleep 18, this beach house does indeed have it all! So, kick back, and enjoy your stay at our professionally decorated home that we have dubbed “Chill Out.”
This is a great pet friendly property with the approval of (Property Management). No more than 2 dogs and must be under 25lbs each. My pet rule is as follows One DOG weighing 25 lb, flat pet fee of $200, if bring two flat pet fee of $300. Must be crate trained and crated when left alone. IMPORTANT NOTE: We LOVE to welcome responsible owners, but please show good judgment in leaving your dog alone in a strange place for minimal amounts of time - my guideline is 5 hours. If you plan on leaving your dog longer than 5 hours you must use an off-site pet sitting service. Proof of rabies vaccine and vet-grade flea/tick medication required. Please email copies of both paperwork from your veterinarian and a recent picture of your dog within 48 hours of booking or booking will be cancelled. Any excess noise or barking will be reported to local authorities in order to preserve a quiet environment for our neighbors. If continues guest will be required to leave without refund. Dog waste: You must clean up any animal waste with a dog bag. Seal and dispose in trash can. If anything is damaged during or after your stay please contact us immediately so we can arrange to have it replaced or repaired for our next guests. This multi-level home is ideal for families with kids. The home offers the following bed set up: Master Bedroom with 1 King Bed Guest Room 1 with a Queen Bed Guest Room 2 with a set of bunks (twin over full) Guest Room 3 with 2 sets of bunks (twin over twin) Guest Room 4 with a set of bunks (twin over full) 1 Sofa Bed in the living room

Plus, the home has been freshly updated with new paint and stylish furniture to make your stay even more comfortable and inviting.
*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by (Property Management). Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with (Property Management) must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

"Loved the house!
The house is a short walk to the beach (about five houses down from the beach boardwalk access). All of the rooms were clean and the house was spacious! The check out process was also SUPER easy which we appreciate at the end of the vacation. Thank you!"

"Spring Break 2025
Wonderful Morgantown location with good ocean views and three minute walk to beach. Plenty of room for us and our guests. Very clean and neat when we arrived. Beds were all comfortable. Plenty of linens and bath towels. Well stocked kitchen and nice open main floor layout with large dinning and living rooms areas. Property manager was very responsive and provided good service from reservation to check out. Morgantown is a great location for families and pets. There were a few areas that could use a little general maintenance and updating, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chill Out and would stay here again."

"HOME WAS NICE, BUT NEEDS UPGRADES
WE HAD A LOVELY TIME AT CHILL OUT, BUT FOR THE COST OF THE HOUSE, THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME UPGRADES. 1. NO LABELING ON STOVE DIALS 2. SHELVES IN REFRIGERATOR MISSING, SIDE SUPPORTS WERE STRAINING TUB DRAINS 4.CRACKED HOSE IN OUTDOOR SHOWER 5. DISHWASHER BROKEN 6.OLD OUTDOOR FURNITURE WAS BROKEN I DIDN'T COMPLAIN BECAUSE WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR TIME WITH OUR FAMILY THERE, AND I JUST WROTE TO SIGNATURE PROPERTIES THAT FOR FUTURE RENTERS THESE THINGS NEED TO BE ADDRESSED."

"Rest and relax in Chill Out
We had a wonderful time at Chill Out! The beach house was overall very clean. The proximity to the beach and the paved road leading to the board walk could not have been better! My mom has had both knees replaced and struggles with mobility; the walk to the beach from Chill Out was not an issue at all for her, which was such a blessing! The house was very large, and we had tons of space to spread out when some of the adults needed quiet time for work. The Internet speed was also perfect for quick work. The ice maker in the refrigerator stopped working on Friday around lunch; I messaged the property manager, and they had two bags of ice in the freezer for us before we even made it back from the beach! The next morning a repair technician came and changed the filter in the refrigerator and all was well with the ice maker. Before we left we all were in agreement that we want to book Chill Out again for next year's vacation with the extended family! "

Great place to take your family! House was very clean and inviting when we showed up. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beach was only a short walk which was very convenient. "Family of 15 chilled out at Chill Out
We enjoyed our stay and will come again. The management was very responsive and checked a door lock the same day. We loved that the community had other renters, so we didn't feel like we were disturbing residents. It was a very easy walk to the beach. We did wish the dining table sat as many people as the house slept. We will be back!"

"Chilling Out in Chill Out
Our family of 10 had a wonderful vacation in Chill Out last week. Our accommodations were perfect and we loved the amenities available in Morgan Town. The property was just as described and we were right between the beach and the pool. Our rental home was clean and well maintained. Signature Properties (Julie) was delightful to work with. We could not ask for a better place to stay in Fort Morgan. "

"Loved the area and the house overall.
We loved the house and the beach very much. Fort Morgan is a nice area. The only problem we encountered were dirty floors and missing balusters on the deck upstairs. We had to walk around with our shoes on the entire time otherwise our feet were black on the bottom. Everything else was clean. We contacted the property manager and they were willing to send someone out but we didn’t really want to be disturbed. Also, the upstairs deck off the master bedroom had some loose and missing balusters. We had 3 small children that we couldn’t allow out there because we were afraid they would fall through the openings. Really a pretty place and great location."

"Chill Out on Morgantown Beach
Had a great few days with family relaxing in the Chill Out house. Clean, comfortable, well stocked except maybe needs a couple of new potholders and some measuring cups. Beds were comfy other than front bedroom that was really squeaky. Overall would highly recommend this home in the friendly dog community of Morgantown, Fort Morgan. "

"Great Vacation Property!
The house was very roomy and well appointed with the kitchen having everything we needed. Several restaurants as well as a small grocery and Dollar General are located nearby. Upon entering, the first thing we noticed was how clean and fresh everything was. There was a more than ample supply of towels. A short walk takes you right to the beach. the management company provided great service and we would definitely rent again!"

"Good, but not great.
Loved the location, and proximity to the beach. There were a few problems encountered throughout the stay that might make it difficult for us to rebook this specific house. The AC quit working. The rental agency sent one AC guy out to fix and then sent another company to try a temporary fix. It made for a couple of uncomfortable nights. The ice maker and dishwasher also did not work. The rental agency did bring bags of ice to help. Overall, the stay was nice, the agency great, I just wish the house was in better shape."
