Get away from it all at this adorable beach house in Fort Morgan. Just steps from the beach this home is on the second tier of houses with views of the beach from it's porches. This house is brand new to the rental market and ready for your next vacation. This is a pet friendly rental. No more than 2 dogs and must be under 25lbs each. My pet rule is as follows: One DOG weighing 25 lb, flat pet fee of $200, if bring two flat pet fee of $300. Must be crate trained and crated when left alone. IMPORTANT NOTE: We LOVE to welcome responsible owners, but please show good judgment in leaving your dog alone in a strange place for minimal amounts of time - my guideline is 5 hours. If you plan on leaving your dog longer than 5 hours you must use an off-site pet sitting service. Proof of rabies vaccine and vet-grade flea/tick medication required. Please email copies of both paperwork from your veterinarian and a recent picture of your dog within 48 hours of booking or booking will be cancelled. Any excess noise or barking will be reported to local authorities in order to preserve a quiet environment for our neighbors. If continues guest will be required to leave without refund. Dog waste: You must clean up any animal waste with a dog bag. Seal and dispose in trash can. If anything is damaged during or after your stay please contact us immediately so we can arrange to have it replaced or repaired for our next guests.
Spend your day in this quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. Our Fort Morgan beach is only steps away and features soft white sand with clear emerald water. Watch for dolphins, as you’re sure to spot them most everyday. End your perfect beach day with your favorite beverage on the porches while listening to the waves come in and watching the sunset.
This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It sleeps 10 with one king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms along with a sleeper sofa.
The beautiful kitchen is well stocked and and ready for a night of entertaining.
*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by (Property Management). Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with (Property Management) must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

"Perfect for family vacation
My family spent there 5 days 4 night. It's pretty for family vacation. Got everything we need. Especially washing machine and dryer. Everytime we went back from beach. The clothes and swimsuits all got really dirty and sandly. It's really close to beach, like 1-2 mins walks. Agent is really nice. Definitely will come back again."

"Great house, great area.
As usual, Fort Morgan does not disappoint. Area is always great. We have been coming here for 10 years. This is a great house with the beach just across the street. Plenty of room, clean, neat and modern. The only issues we had were a few nails sticking up on the deck and the luggage lift did not work. I would highly recommend this house. We plan to use it again."

"Thanksgiving at the Beach
We have rented through Signature multiple times and both experiences have been excellent. The staff was friendly and prompt. It was great to be able to check in a little early on Saturday and upon our arrival there were some nice welcome treats to enjoy. We really enjoyed our stay.!"

"Could use some of Attention!
I first want to say Julie Boles with Signature Properties was great. But this house has lots of issues. Owner Pay Attention. The luggage elevator has a broken stop switch and has not worked for a very long time. Call if you want it repaired. Don't carry luggage to the front glass sliding door with the old worn mat. You can only get in the Back Door. Old Wood steps, handrails and decks have splinters, nails and screws sticking out. Keep your shoes on. Very hot & sunny front porch. Needs a table with umbrella or umbrella holders on railing. Only 1 closet in med bedroom. None in master or small Bedroom. Also need end table lamps. No TVs in any Bedrooms. Outside shower unusable was jammed full of beach junk. Need to spend 15 min. to empty. If shower was to be used you have to step out in sand. Need to build an outside storage closet. East bathroom shower head on sliding bar will not stay up and slides down to your waste level also drips water all the time. No light cover on vent fan and toilet paper holder loose on wall West Master Bathroom. Complete vent missing just a hole in the ceiling. Toilet is loose on the floor very old round style. The toilet/shower drain are leaking in the floor. Water is dripping out of the floor. if you park under the house it will drip on your car. Owner get ready for the floor to fall and a mold issue. Toilet paper holder also loose. Microwave not in kitchen but setting on a shelve above the dryer in the laundry area. Why? Washer and dryer old. no lint filter and broken knobs need replaced. Cheapest worn out cooking utensils you could buy. Teflon coated cooking pans and baking sheets look like someone got them out of the dumpster. Handles on pans loose and broken. I guess nobody ever checks this stuff. Would be good if someone would do an inspection 1 or 2 times a month. Living room curtains thin as tissue paper. very little privacy. Owner this could be nice. Just finish it.

"Wonderful Stay
Felt like home. Very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Had an AC issue that was handled promptly by Julie at the property mgmt Co. Home was located in the middle of 2 public beach access points. Home had a cargo lift which was WONDERFUL for taking bags, coolers and groceries up/down. "

Location great Enjoyed the space and ocean To be a five star need updated tv in each room Update microwave Fix shower head so can use more easily Label light switch’s so know where turn on especially for downstairs Update decks so not step on nails loose balcony sides tighten Have downstairs shower ready to use full of stuff Also next to outside shower have a changing room Update toilet one way too small other way too loud when filling up At bottom of balconies fix so don’t have to get on sand to get on Overall great family spot and house We enjoyed greatly Great communication with signature properties answer back quickly Thanks for a great family vacation location amazing Went by so quick that seemed like we just got there Thanks again was awesome "

What a great experience! We usually stay in a Fort Morgan area in a condo but decided to try a beach house and this house was perfect! No loud neighbors, easy beach access. Comfortable beds and furniture. We will definitely return!"

"Great location for quick-quiet vacation
I took our 2 daughters and 2 labs and had a wonderful time! Great location on 2nd row of houses. House was clean and stocked. Handy hose outside to wash dogs off after playing on the beach all day. Beds were comfy and bathrooms very clean. My only recommendation would be to have the luggage lift that was in the pictures be usable. Dragging large heavy suitcases up the wooden steps outside was not particularly easy and the only way to take things in. We were able to get the internet reliability resolved as well. There was a little difficulty with the consistency of the internet strength. Took a quick trip into town for nice dinner out too. Not too far; only about a 20 min drive and then returned to the quiet end of the beach. We'd definitely stay in this location again. The beach was not crowded at all and we were able to let our dogs play on and off leash."

We had an amazing stay at the Cha House. It was located nice and close to the beach and we had a great view from the deck. We were also very happy that we could bring our dogs with. The beach was wonderful and not very crowded which is a plus as well. House was clean and very nice. Not a thing to complain about! We will be back!"
