Unit 512 boasts the largest floorplan at The Moorings. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, and also includes a sleeper sofa, allowing the unit to sleep a total of 4 guests. Take your morning coffee outside on your own private balcony, complete with a gas grill. Other features included in this unit are NEW AC and dehumidifier, new flooring, as well as a full-size washer/dryer and gas fireplace. Watch the boats go by in Terry Cove. Amenities at The Moorings include a zero-entry pool, sauna (steam/dry), state of the art fitness facilities and a private lounge for your parties and events.
*No guests under the age of 25 unless approved by (Property Management). A driver's license must be uploaded and a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with (Property Management) must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Excellent stay at this property and this particular unit. I have stayed at the Moorings for 15 years at various units. This 512 is a 1 BR and is in GREAT condition. I really couldn't believe how nice and how stocked the unit is. We stayed a week and I will be booking this unit agian soon! "
