CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: (Property Management) launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
-NOT PET FRIENDLY.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Nice location & clean comfortable property
We loved the location within walking distance to the beach. We also enjoyed tge pool with slides. The condo itself was clean and provided ample comfortable sleeping space. We are used to staying at VBROS with ice makers in fridge and such things provided such as salt, paper, pam, and general condiments. We haven't stayed in Texas so maybe that is why. My only complaint would be to provide more than one towel per person for your entire stay. We had a lot of activities, graduation, reception party going on and it was difficult to have clean towels everyday. Other VBRIS we have stayed in also provide pool and beach equipment, chairs, sunscreen, towels & umbrellas. We all flew from Nebraska and were fortunate one couple drove so we could send things we had to buy back home with them.

"Okay
It was ok. There were several annoying things that made me regret getting this rental over other options of the same price. The WiFi didn’t work for our tv until the day before we left after 4 or 5 different maintenance people came. The back gate was broken as well as the water hose. There was a remote missing in one of the bedrooms. There was a loose piece of siding banging against the wall all night in the lower bedroom. There was no ice maker in the fridge. Too expensive for all these little things that made the stay just ok. "

"Perfect Beach Getaway
We loved this townhouse! It was perfect for all of our 10 people. We loved the pool and slide for when we were not at the beach. We would definitely go back and stay for sure! "

This was a great property in a close location to the beach. The description of the property was accurate. We had 4 families stay at the property. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the pool and the slides. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend staying here for your next beach stay."

This was our 5th year to vacation in Corpus. We have stayed in this condo two years. It is perfect for a family. Unfortunately it rained most of the trip but we still had fun. "

"Great Stay at Our Beach Times
Location was great, close to the beach and all the stores/restaurants. The property page on the site says 5 min walk to the beach, it’s more but still close. If you have kids and a lot to bring to the beach I would drive not walk. I run a couple miles a day and I enjoyed being able to run on the Seawall and see the water. They have a pool on site, great for kids after they have enough of the beach. The property also offers gas grills and a couple charcoal ones too, which is really great if you want to cook and not eat out every meal. They have a dock you can walk down and fish off of too. Really great location and very quiet. We enjoyed our week there, definitely be back next year!
Note for the property management- the shower upstairs has a curved shower rod that is screwed into the wall upside down or put in weird which made showering in there annoying because the shower curtain doesn’t stay closed. "
