CLEANING -CLEAN BED PROMISE: (Property Management) launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME! -After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations. -Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation. -DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS. -$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days). -$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

Pets Allowed CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Nice Community, Disappointing Unit Conditions
The overall community is lovely—well-maintained, quiet, and it feels safe. The condo has potential and a nice layout, but our stay was ultimately disappointing due to issues with cleanliness and a persistent odor.
The furniture, especially the couches, was visibly stained and felt unclean. It was also clear that furniture isn’t moved during cleanings—we found balloons and small pieces of trash under the sofas. Most concerning was the strong, lingering smell of urine in the unit. At first, we hoped it was just leftover cleaning products, but the odor never faded. The management team sent someone to inspect, and they confirmed they also smelled it. While they offered to bring in an ozone machine, we had pets with us, and the timing just didn’t work.
Check-in was also delayed by 30 minutes due to final cleaning and inspection. No effort was made to make up for the inconvenience—our request for a late checkout wasn’t granted.
On the positive side, the team managing the property was friendly, responsive, and kind throughout our stay. However, for the price we paid, we expected a much more comfortable and clean experience."

"Great family vacation
Costa Casita was exactly as described. The property is clean and well maintained. It is very close to the beach. The outside shower was very helpful with rinsing off after a day at the beach. They provide everything you need to get settled in, soap, towels, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, etc. the appliances worked well and we had the necessary cookware, plates, utensils etc. Padre Escapes does a great job communicating via email/text and had helpful tip sheets in the condo. The pool area was so much fun and well kept. The overall area is very family oriented and welcoming. This was our first experience using Padre Escapes; it was such a positive experience and we had a great time in the rental/location that we will be returning to Costa Casita in Aruba Bay! "

"FANTASTIC RENTAL!!
This particular unit is unique in that it has a larger yard and its own BBQ pit! Space was immaculate upon arrival. Living area furniture was comfortable, plenty of seating, not at all crowded. Kitchen has everything you need for the stay. Bathrooms were more than adequate. Beds were really comfy, plenty of pillows. Very nice to have the washer/dryer. The backyard is larger than most and had its own BBQ pit which was a surprise. The dumpsters are very close by which was helpful and not loud even when the big trucks came by to empty. Having the extra parking spot was also nice. The unit is close but not too close to the pool which was great for the kids and us "over 55" folks. Outdoor area was clean and quiet; grounds are well kept. Pools were clean and refreshing and very spacious. Pool bathrooms were clean. There is a nearby grocery store, convenience store and a variety of restaurants in the area. If you're observant the beach is a short walk across the way or short drive if you prefer. Just a great overall stay. Clean, fresh unit nicely kept resort grounds and nice amenities. "

"Padre Escapes 3BR is Awesome!
Costa Casita is a Great place. 2 triple decker bunk beds were perfect!Please take care of the stains on the couches other than that AAA+++!

"4th of July Stay
My family and I stayed for the 4th of July. The location was perfect to the pool and beach. The bad part was that being pet friendly the smell of urine hits you in the face as you walk in. It was quite pungent. The pocket door to the only restroom downstairs was an issue. The lock did not latch and the door would slide open at times. So, privacy was an issue as you never knew if the door would open and the toilet is basically right at the door. One thing of note is that when they come to empty the dumpsters the evolution is very loud and when they drop the dumpster it rattled the building. A little disappointing. 4 stars for cleanliness is due to the urine smell. Would also be nice if there was a light outside by the bbq pit."

"Overall Great Place to Stay!
This is the cutest townhouse, and really well set up for larger families. We liked that it was situated on the corner. It was well stocked and clean, just as described. The air conditioner worked very well, as did the washer and dryer. We enjoyed our stay and management was kind and helpful when we needed to get in touch with them.
There were a few, small, things that could be addressed if we were to stay again. The downstairs carpet needs replaced. This is a pet friendly townhome. We didn't bring pets, but I'm assuming there have been several accidents on the Livingroom rug. It looks aged and makes the place smell a bit when you walk in. We tried several things to help this, which didn't help. It probably just needs updated every 6 months or so. Second, there were no bedside lamps in the master bedroom. Maybe someone prior took them, or maybe they were being updated, but it was a minor inconvenience. Obviously we didn't need them, but they would have been nice. The last thing was the hot water tank isn't very big, so we had to offset showers. A home this big could use a bigger tank in order to accommodate how many guests it holds.
All in all a great location, super close to the beach and really well maintained, especially for a pet friendly place. "
