Pets Allowed CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Village by the Beach
Our vacation rental had no useable pans or large plastic spoons . We had to go purchase some. The room was very clean . The grounds had exposed tubing in the rocks causing fall hazards. Also, grounds look unkept with random trash on the property.On Friday at the main pool , very crowded and ,saw guests who not sure staying at location swim in large main pool. There was loud music being played at the pool, Understandable it’s peak season , but no monitoring of crowds at the pools for rowdy behavior . More than likely will not revisit Village at the beach, when was a usual summer condo stay. "

Great stay except for cookware Need new frying pans cuz teflon is all flaked off and rusty and we borrowed our neighbors. Also need new cookie sheets as they were so rusty had to cover in foil.

We’re call ans book the house just an hour beforehand we’re starting driving from San Antonio but everything turn our beautiful, except outside had alot alot of mosquitoes so be careful with kids and bring spary "

"Everything you need to enjoy a great beach vacation!
This is our 4th time staying in this complex and our first time in this particular unit. It never disappoints! We had six adults, two children and a dog and there was plenty of room for all of us! Love that this unit has a pool right out the door with a play ground for the kids as well. It is a short walk to the beach which is a big plus to staying here. The unit was clean and comfortable for all of us. I highly recommend staying here. We will continue to bring our family back for vacation time. "

"4 Generation Perfect
The Lajolla Shores unit was a good fit for our 4 generation family. Kids pool & playground right across from us. More adult pool was just a short stroll. Beach in walkable distance but wish it was cleaner. Only complaints were needed a bigger frying pan, unbroken broom and there was no dustpan. Mosquitos were a problem at night going in & out the door."

"Review for La Jolla
We had a great stay. The location is perfect, took a golf cart to the beach each day. The bedrooms are very roomy and the home has a cute decor. The 2 parking spots are perfect, easy to unload. The home was clean and pictures are very true to view. The rental management staff were extremely helpful both before our visit and during with questions. We loved this little place. If I had to list one picky thing then it would be the showerheads, there is water pressure but faint streams coming out for your shampoo/rinse, so just be patient."

"Overall 3 1/2 to 4 stars
We had two issues during our stay. One was that two of the bathrooms and bedroom light did not work. Since it was after hours, we were on hold for a long period of time and they could not tell us when they would be able to address the issue. My husband was the one to find the circuit breaker and found that the breaker was tripped. We were able to fix the issue since we needed light and did not know when the maintenance person would be able to come over to fix. The second issue was that we were locked out of the condo due to the battery on the key bad was dead. This happened after hours and we had to wait an hour for someone to repair. This happened at 11pm at night after coming back from a restaurant. This was very stressful due to many of our guests were over 60 years old. I think that after hour support should be quicker to accommodate. "

"April Fishing Trip
Accommodations were nice and spacious! Did have the smoke/fire alarm go off three times during the night. Couldn't find the reason other than the batteries were getting low. Recommend checking them out. Front doorknob was hard to operate from the inside (not set right). Recommend repositioning. Also, there were no black wash clothes as requested in the bathrooms to remove make-up. Overall, our stay was great! "
