This unit has a Keurig Coffee Maker as well as a traditional coffee maker.
Important Information
Parking passes need to be entered into the Condo's software before you arrive. Each pass is $60 plus tax per car (2 cars maximum), per week. If you're staying longer than a week please inquire about parking. *prices subject to change per HOA
*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by (Property Management).
Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with (Property Management) must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

"Wonderful place to stay!
There were no complaints about the condo! We have come down every year for over 30 years and this by far was a wonderful experience. We normally have the entire very large family with us and have to get a very large condo. This year it was just three of us and this condo was perfect! It was clean and very well decorated. This condo will be in our condo lineup for sure! Might come down at the end of the summer and I hope this condo will be available!"

"Spring Trip
The condo and location was great The condo was awesome and had great amenities. Was disappointed i had to purchase a 2nd parking pass due to the pass only being good for 7 days. Property construction was annoying. Overall this not the condo i booked but my initial booking was sold prior to arrival. I would have appreciated a discount due to that inconvenience but i was still satisfied. "

"Top Notch Condo = Top Notch Vacation
Condo has everything you need. Balcony furniture is great. Indoor furniture is great. Comfortable beds. Plenty of eating spaces. Interior has clean beach vibe, nicely decorated. I have special needs and so does my nephew. He uses a wheelchair and there was plenty of space for the wheelchair and "normal / regular" activity and walk space. Outside condo shared spaces are very well maintained. Spray-off station and pool area is a very nice amenity as well. Sliding glass doors on both showers creates challenges for special needs climbing in and out. Just something to note. We made it work. Parking area fills up quick. Julie, Alex and Katherine were great during our rental experience. This was our 9th stay at the Wind Drift and we look forward to returning next year."

"Great stay
Loved this facility. Easy in and out.! Condo was clean and had all you needed. Beach was Uncrowded and everything was wonderful. My only minor issue was the wall plugs in bathroom need updated . The hair dryer kept switching the breaker. I just decided to not dry my hair so we wouldn’t have to worry about it. Would definitely rent at this condo again.

"Great Stay in Orange Beach
Very nice rental in a perfect location. Quiet beach next to a natural sanctuary area. Parking was the real difficulty. Not enough spaces for both buildings. tight lot. Parking overflow is across the street across a busy roadway with a crosswalk light. Beach theme and colors which is perfect. Dryer didn't work right and missing a clothes iron. Bathroom toilets and showers could be updated. Overall great stay. Loved it. "

"AMAZING!
This was an awesome condo, very clean and quiet. The view was spectacular, quiet and close to the stores and restaurants. The beach view and sound of the ocean was so peaceful. I am so glad I chose the Winddrift property. I will definitely be choosing this again when I return. I love Orange Beach! Management helped me thru the process of finalizing the booking and answered questions quickly. "

"Nice
This was our third time staying at Wind Drift, first time in this particular condo. It’s nicely decorated, with everything you need in the kitchen etc. Excellent view off the deck, with nice outdoor furniture. We enjoyed the games in the guest bedroom closet in the evenings, as we traveled with a teen. Best beachfront in the area in my opinion. Shelley’s beach chair rental never disappoints. Julie, our property mgr, always helpful and checks in. Overall great stay, if I had to be picky, the toilets and showers could be updated, but not a deal breaker. We enjoyed the condo. "

"Wonderful Stay!
We enjoyed our stay very much! Space was perfect for us! We loved the balcony and 7th floor was perfect for views. The beach was beautiful. We had great weather all week which made it even more enjoyable. We hoped to ride our bikes directly to gulf state park but hauled them instead. Traffic and the bridge were a little busy for us. Only a short walk down to the beach to Flora-bama!
Very nicely decorated, very clean!

"Wonderful stay
We really enjoyed our orange beach vacation. Julie was extremely helpful and we would highly recommend working with her again.
Great location very quiet and beautiful views from our 7th floor deck.
Our weather was unseasonably cool but we played a lot of pickleball and golf.
Outstanding eating choices and our condo was beautiful and very modern.
