Paniolo 204A is located in a very walkable part of Princeville, a great blend of comfort and convenience, ensuring that your Hawaiian getaway is nothing short of spectacular. One of the most appealing of Paniolo 204A is its unbeatable location. Situated on the north shore of Kauai in Princeville, you'll find yourself surrounded by a plethora of natural and cultural attractions. Anini Beach is a short, shady 10 minute hike. The Saturday morning farmer's market is an easy 5 minute stroll, and five minutes past that is the Princeville shopping center with its grocery store, restaurants, boutiques, bar and grill, wine market, and more. The Westin is a 5 minute walk in the other direction and offers a Starbucks, minimart, and several restaurant dining options. Just across the street is the multi-use path which is perfect for walking, jogging, or biking. Hanalei is 10 minutes away, with its charming boutiques, great restaurants, and gorgeous beaches. Lumahili Gardens, the NaPali coast, and Hanalei Bay are within easy driving distance.
As you step into Paniolo 204A, you'll immediately feel the embrace of Hawaiian hospitality. The spacious living area is thoughtfully designed, providing a cozy space to unwind after your day's adventures. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals with ease, and the dining area is perfect for enjoying them with loved ones. Comfortably sleeps four people with a king bed downstairs and two twin beds in the loft-style bedroom upstairs, and lovely tradewinds to keep you cool once you've settled in for the night. If you'd like to convert the two twin beds upstairs to a king bed, everything you need is in the apartment, just ask us where to find it. A washer and dryer are available, allowing you to pack light and have fresh clothes for every adventure. You can also enjoyed the shared pool and barbecue in the complex, a great way to end an active day with a swim and grilling up your catch of the day.
Please note that Paniolo is a non-smoking property. The entire condo property is smoke free. Smoking is only permitted off of the condo property and then only as long as it is not within twenty (20) feet of a living unit. These are both condo association rules and Hawaii state statutes.
As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned, but you'll find the cooling tropical tradewinds keep you comfortable and let you enjoy the scent of the fresh sea air.
This is an upstairs condo so you need to be able to go up and down stairs. There are no elevators.
This home has internet, but the speed and reliability cannot be guaranteed due to the remote location and the service being provided by a third-party.

Reservations cancelled 31-60 days prior to your contracted check-in date will be assessed a 50% cancellation penalty. For reservations cancelled 30 or fewer days prior to arrival, no refund will be made except for the cleaning fee. Any unused portions of the contracted reservation dates are non-refundable. Any interruption of services within the property, or inclement weather during your stay, will not serve to void or cancel the rental agreement.

"Princeville vacation rental
Property was lovely and the location was lovely. The unit was very well stocked with all the dishes and appliances anyone would need as well as chairs and beach blankets. I had two issues with unit. One was the traffic noise from the main road. It was pretty contact. The other was a drip under the sink which became a torrent by day two. It was obvious that someone was aware as there was a small bucket under the sink to catch water. We spent a lot of time mopping cupboards and floors snd emptying the bucket into the toilet when it got full. I would recommend this if the leak was fixed but it is pretty noisy from traffic. "

My stay at the condo was really nice. Since the pictures were taken for the condo, the owners have added more furniture, comfortable pillows, etc. The kitchen was very well-stocked and we did not need anything else. The walk to the local market was right across the street, including the Farmers Market on Saturday mornings. I recommend this place. For the price, it's a hidden gem!"

"Nice location
The property was as described. The location was great. Having no a/c wasn’t that bad as we weren’t there most of the time during the day and the nights cooled down. The fans were a plus! The beach gear was excellent to have. We enjoyed our stay. "

"We loved it!! Can’t wait to come back again!
It was perfect for my 3 teenagers and me :) perfect space, big kitchen with windows and nice view to sunset and mountains! My youngest two kids were sleeping upstairs and so they have privacy to play until late a night withouth interrupting my sleep. Plenty of towels at the bathroom, having laundry and dryer was a A+ and not to mentioned they have beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling mask, coolers, beach umbrella etc for you to spend your day at the beach withouth worrying on renting extra equipment ��
The temperature in March was chilly so we didn’t even need to open the windows or the fans at night. The community is super quiet and we love that we had an assigned parking spot for our rental jeep. Also Princeville is super beautiful and close to all the beaches at the north shore, I strongly recommend this location to stay !
They were super fast responding my questions and request! Excellent service.

"Definitely got what we paid for!
My husband and I really liked this spot! It was super clean, we have almost everything we needed along the way. The complex was crazy quiet and it's amazing how there can be so many roosters everywhere you go, but it's like sorcery that they were never in the complex being loud. The whole staff was really great to work with too!"

"a locals condo Kauai experience
We loved the condo with the free flowing air and local rooster sounds nearby. We walked to shops and restaurants, the cafe and the grocery store daily. Great location on the north end to explore the beautiful beaches nearby. Originally we were looking for an airbnb in the central part of the island near the Airport to be accessible to both the south end and the north end. That would have put us in major traffic daily. That airbnb was listed 4 different times but unavailable once booked and pre paid for. Each time we had to cancel our listing. Then I found this great condo available on vrbo. Thank you We loved living like locals for the week. Great stay. Accommodations are as stated :-) "

"North Shore Fun
We have rented this particular unit for several years. However, we were uneasy about the new ownership. Thankfully, the new owners responded quickly to a couple of issues that came up. We arrived to a clean unit with a new room arrangement and some new furniture. It was lovely!"

"Amazing
When we first walked into the unit, we were greeted by a pleasant breeze and a sparkling clean condo. The unit was decorated beautifully and the bed super comfortable. The loft was perfect for the kids, and we even noticed it can be converted into a king for another couple in the future. The kitchen is well stocked, and it was really nice to have a washer and dryer there for the children. We noticed brand new beach gear and the owners (apparently, they are recent new owners) really took care to make sure everything was nice. "

"Princeville condo near Wyllie Beach
Convenient, clean condo with close walking distance (by 8-10min sloped trail) to Wyllie Beach and Anini Beach. Pool on property for cooling off. Condo a few feet from Ka Haku Rd which can be busy at times. Overall good price point for Princeville location. Easy walking distance to Foodland grocery store. I did without car for most of my stay. Kauai Bus had convenient service on Kuhio Highway. Haena shuttle service will get you to Napali Coast from Waipa location (near Hanalai). For Waimea Canyon Drive trails and scenery will need car, as Kauai Bus does not access that area."
