While the tradewinds blow almost constantly, bringing fresh ocean breezes through the home, and air conditioning is generally not necessary, AC is available in the downstairs bedroom for those who want to enjoy it. The living area offers a cozy atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment, equipped with plush seating and another large flat-screen TV with cable.
