Reservations cancelled 31-60 days prior to your contracted check-in date will be assessed a 50% cancellation penalty. For reservations cancelled 30 or fewer days prior to arrival, no refund will be made except for the cleaning fee. Any unused portions of the contracted reservation dates are non-refundable. Any interruption of services within the property, or inclement weather during your stay, will not serve to void or cancel the rental agreement.

"A Great Place to Stay
Kamahana 16 was wonderful. The pictures were an accurate depiction of the actual property. It was clean, well stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom accessories, along handy beach accessories. The property is in a very safe and quite location situated on the golf course near the cliffs. The views were amazing overlooking the ocean with the morning sunrise and the mountains to the North. Would highly recommend and would defiantly stay again in the future if pricing is reasonable. Management was very accessible and responsive. Check in was extremely easy with great parking very close to unit 16."

A wonderful condo that is light, clean, & airy. A perfect spot to watch the sunrise each day. We hiked the Kalalau trail and had this condo as our recovery domicile. It was a great place for rest & recovery. We didn’t see any Albatross as advertised, but there are plenty of NeNe. "

"Fantastic gem in Princeville
This place was quite frankly perfect for my wife and myself. Super clean; loved the sunken living room; the views were amazing. The quick little walk across the golf course to epic picturesque views of the coast were a huge bonus too. If it had been warmer, I don't think the little bedroom window AC could have kept up with demand, but since we stayed in February, we didn't need it at all."

Beauitful quiet place., Great location for the North shore, Anini beach short short drive away! Hanalie Bay close as well! Please have beach towels for future guests. We know it's new to the rental market. The air conditioning is nice in the bedroom but the trade winds kept it the cool."
