This wonderful home located just blocks away from 12 South is the perfect place for your family vacation. As you step onto the front porch and into the foyer, you will be greeted with the master bedroom on your left and formal dining on your right. Once you make it into the back half of the house, it is a nice open-concept space that has the living and kitchen together and accordion doors that fold up and lead into the back patio. The back patio has plenty of seating, a fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, and a turfed yard. As you make your way upstairs, you will find 3 queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Additionally, the upstairs has a theatre room that is perfect for a movie night with the family!
