A204 is a prime Royal Oceanfront unit with gorgeous ocean views from every window. Sleep to the sounds of the waves right out your bedroom window. Prepare meals in the state of the art kitchen, featuring a large Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf glass cooktop, GE Profile microwave, Fisher Paykel dishwasher, granite countertops and African mahogany cabinets. Relax in the comfortable living room while watching a magnificent Kauai sunrise every morning You can dine inside or outside on your lanai and whale watch in season. You will sleep on luxurious new beds and we provide 100% cotton linens, as well as 100% cotton towels and bathmats.
Guests have access to the Waipouli Resort pool and gym. The pool has a lazy river and a slide -- super fun for kids, adults, and families!
The Waipouli Beach Resort is centrally located and within walking distance from Safeway, one of the best farmers market on the island, our quaint Kapaa town with stores for local products and clothing, restaurants, food trucks and more. You you have easy access equally between the north shore and south shore, are very near the main town of Lihue, where there is a Costco (and lots of stores for you to stock up).
Kauai is a magical, stunning island. Go out and explore her majesty as much as you can, eat great local food, experience food trucks to fine dining. Take it easy on stunning beaches or try a surfing lesson. Hike, bike, walk, breathe some of the freshest air anywhere. Then return to your home away from home at the condo and enjoy!

Accommodations Cancellation Policy: If the Guest cancels the reservation more than ninety (90) days prior to arrival, all payments received will be refunded, less a Two Hundred Fifty and 00/100 ($250.00) processing fee. If the Guest cancels the reservations ninety (90) days or less from the arrival date, all payments received are non-refundable (Security Deposit and cleaning fees will be refunded regardless of cancellation date) unless the Premises can be re-rented for the dates previously reserved. In the event that the Premises are re-rented, Guest will be refunded any amounts that have been recouped by SKV, on behalf of the Owner, through re-renting, less 20%.

"BEST PLACE FOR FAMILIES!!!!! AND best Condo to stay in
We stayed in 204 and the condo next door since there were so many of us. I can tell you we LOVED 204... It was exactly as described and ahd so many additional little things that made it incredible. The closet was packed full of stuff for the beach it was great! Chairs, boogie boards, sand toys... you name it and it was there. Also a full kitchen and a small amount of spices and grilling items that made it so very nice for a traveling family to BBQ out and not have to buy those things to use for just one night.
Very nice and comfortable beds. The furniture was lovely as well. The pool was super fun and there was a small batch of area in the ocean to swim in... the rest is VERY rocky. I HIGHLY recommend. "

"Look no further than this place for your stay
This was our first trip to this beautiful Island. We had no idea where to stay and elected to be centrally located, which would be the east shore or where this property is located. This property was great for that reason and far exceeded our expectations in all other ways. Upon entering the property, we both noted how clean it looked and smelled. Then there was the view of the ocean and the sound of the crashing waves. Followed by a well stocked kitchen, beach supplies, comfortable beds, and even laundry soap and bottled water. The added touches and amenities were over the top. Communication with Lisa, the property manager, was professional and friendly. She was quick to answer or address any concerns or questions we had during our stay. There were no issues with the AC or TV as mentioned in other reviews. As for the resort and pool, we went to the pool and spa on two occasions. There are three spas, one being for adults only. Our only gripe is parents don’t abide by this. If you want to be away from kids, the pool/spa area is not the place to be. The on site restaurant, Oasis, is GREAT. Food, drink and ambiance were wonderful. We both agreed we should have eaten there more than just once. If you want a clean luxurious ocean front property stocked with all the at-home amenities, then look no further. This place will far exceed all expectations and is absolutely perfect for a week long stay in Kauai. "

"One of the Best!
We booked late and were surprised to find this unit available. The location was perfect. We could hear the waves and watch epic sunrises every morning. Good privacy and proximity to the pool, restaurant and parking lot. The condo was well appointed and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was also more recently updated compared to others we looked it. Overall, we would highly recommend. "

"Amazing Stay at Waipouli A204!
We had an absolutely amazing time in A204 at the Waipouli Beach Resort! It was the best vacation rental we have had and the time there was invaluable to our family. The rooms, kitchen, and resort amenities were top notch! The room was clean, and the property manager (Lisa) was amazingly helpful. Couldn’t have been happier."
