Welcome to Oceania 13, your perfect vacation spot in Gulf Shores, Alabama! This beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom beachfront condo is located on the 13th floor of the Oceania complex and offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The minute you step inside you will be greeted by an open and spacious living area with plenty of natural light. The living room features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV and floor-to-ceiling windows that open up to a large balcony overlooking the beach. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for entertaining. It has everything you need to prepare meals, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining room seats 8 with more seating at the kitchen bar.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, balcony access for your morning coffee, and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a king-size bed, a twin over double bunk and an en-suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a king-size bed, a twin over double bunk and an en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two double beds and a twin over double bunk and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and plenty of storage space.
Oceania 13 also includes a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as free Wi-Fi and cable TV. The complex amenities include a large outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and private beach access.
Gulf Shores is a family-friendly destination with plenty of activities for all ages. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and water-sports on the beach, or visit nearby attractions like the Gulf State Park, Waterville USA, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo.
One parking pass included in price of reservation. A second one can be purchased for $25 plus tax. Maximum of two cars. Pricing subject to change at anytime per HOA
*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by (Property Management). Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with (Property Management) must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

"Perfect
My husband and I have 9 grandkids 4 kids and spouses total of 19. We were never cramped kids had enough room to play/rest absolutely perfect for a large family. We were very pleased with the response time from signature. Only negative thing I booked through a third party could have saved $700 just booking directly with signature. They are the BEST...Thank you for such a wonderful experience :) "

Really cool condo layout. Elevator opens into condo foyer. Fobs limiting access a plus, though inconvenient at times. Easily accessible to the beach. Mgmt. responsive to questions and fixes needed. Will return!"

"On the Beach - What a View!
Oceania 13 was an amazing experience and a wonderful family vacation. We had 8 adults, 8 kids and a baby in a crib - and it still felt roomie. Four big bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a large kitchen and family room. The view from the wraparound deck was stunning. Beach access and parking were direct and easy. We considered a house on the bay, but glad we spent a bit more to be on the beach. The property managers were great - very responsive and always available for questions. We already booked again for next year."

"Fabulous condo for large group!!
We had a fabulous week's stay in this condo. The mgmt was very easy to contact & responsive. Check-in/Check-out process was very easy. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment to cook meals & the condo was clean. The views are amazing & this is a convenient location to local restaurants/shops/grocery stores. The dryer did not work upon our arrival & took several days to get fixed, but the mgmt team did provide fresh towels a few days later. The only other issue we had is there are only 3 key cards to the room. You must have a key card to go into the elevator, access the pool area, access the beach area, etc. When you have a large group, this can become troublesome. Incorporating a keypad system or issuing additional key cards would help to improve the stay for others in the future. Also keep in mind you are only allowed 2 parking spots at the condo, but you can park additional cars across the street for $20/night through Ike's. "

"Amazing Vacation
There are no words to describe our stay, it was absolutely amazing. The weather was 80 degrees each day and we spent most of the day enjoying the sand between our toes. Our condo was fantastic, exactly how it was described on line. It was clean and appears to be well-maintained along with having a million dollar view from the 13th floor- just spectacular. What impressed me most was the professionalism and out of this world customer service we received by Signature Properties, they are top-notch in my opinion. They checked on us during our drive, reached out the next day to see if everything was as expected and the day of our departure sent us a reminder of everything we needed to do, loved how they made it personal each time. We ate at the Oyster House, DeSotos, Bahama Bobs and one of the local BBQ places (I forgot the name, sorry) I highly recommend each of them. Ike's Beach Service was also great to deal with for our beach chairs. Their process is very easy to reserve chairs daily and staff walked by and made sure we were having a good time. From start to finish, we had a great experience and made lots of lasting memories. Highly recommend and hope to stay again in the near future. "

"Great condo for 17 people
We had 4 families with a total of 8 adults and 9 kids (ages 1-12), and this was a perfect spot for us! Everything was clean and functional. Each family had their own bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. Closets in each bedroom were large enough for pack n plays for babies to sleep plus room for storage. The extra half bath was nice also. Kitchen was large and had everything we needed, including a large fridge). Good beach access, nice pool/hot tub, and not too crowded (end of March). Owners were very helpful and responsive!"

"Nice set up for a larger family
The Location was perfect for our family. We had our two married adult children and 5 grandkids. The rooms and bunkbeds were exactly what we hoped. The shared living space was clean, roomy and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool, but we spent a few hours on the beach every day. The direct access to the beach accommodated easy back and forth to the room for naps, lunch, etc. Perhaps the space could use a fresh coat of paint vs. the spot painted look. However, we already secured it for rental next summer. So we were quite happy with the nice set up for larger family."

"Perfect, styish, relaxing getaway
What a perfect place for a group of friends or extended family. Even with stormy weather several of the days, we did not care because the condo was so perfect. VERY large, 4,000 square feet, but still cozy and comfortable. The balconies were a dream come true. And having four bedrooms that each had their own bath really made this perfect. "

This was our family’s first trip to Gulf Shores. Oceania 13 was perfect for our group and did not disappoint. Only issue was the dryer didn’t work, but everything else made up for it. The view was amazing and waking up to it for 6 days was like a dream."

Pros-The condo was huge, lots of room for my family. Very nicely decorated with most needs met. Easy access to the beach was super convenient. Cons-it would have nice to have a drawer with a few basic tools and supplies. We had a loose door knob and several dead light bulbs. Also, the ac vents needed to be changed. "
