CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

The smell was unbearable, and alternative arrangements had to be made for those sleeping downstairs. This issue is known, as an air filter is available, although the filter in the machine was filthy. Furthermore, moisture-wicking products were in the closet. Be aware anyone with a respiratory issue will be affected!" The children appreciated the yard space as well as the supply of beach toys! The kitchen had all the necessary dishes and cookware necessary to make meals, as well as a blender for pina coladas! The each of the three bathrooms included bath products and a hair dryer, a good thing since we had a teenager with us, and the littles loved the outdoor shower. The property manager was extremely communicative and quickly responded to our questions. We would definitely recommend Halekii Sunset to families looking for a quiet neighborhood for their Hawaii experience."
