Cancellation Policy: A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) from arrival. A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $69 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

This was our 5th stay at the Caribe but this was the first time the property management company was Signature Properties. To me, they are the best we have encountered. We did NOT have to drive to another location to pick up the key, the parking pass was included with the fee (no additional charge for one parking pass), the unit was very clean and we loved the way it was decorated, they left us all the essentials in the bathroom (including shampoo/cream rinse) and they left us 'treats' and some water which has never been left for us before. Check out was quick and easy. The location of the Caribe is perfect for us and this unit was GREAT. The beds were comfortable, the couch was comfortable and the colors in the unit were exactly what we like. Wish we could have stayed longer - hope to be back soon." How did we get so lucky? Pictures don’t do it justice at all. 11th floor panoramic view of the gulf, all 6 pools, the bay with beautiful boats going by, and the sunset every evening all at the same time! Beautiful decor, comfortable beds, full kitchen. Only tiny things I can even say are the toilets were kind of weird, but they didn’t clog so it was fine, and there was coffee and filters and a machine which was nice, but I wish they had started us out with a couple of creamer and sugar packets like the hotels do. Something you usually forget to pack. Other than that, still 10/10, can’t wait to stay again! Excellent management communication service, seamless checkin and checkout." This unit has great views of the ocean and the bay. It is quiet, very comfortable, roomy, and stocked well. I usually cook breakfast and a dinner or two and have not missed anything I needed. The skillets and pots are decent and I don’t feel the need to bring my own. My only complaint is the outside furniture. I’d love to have a table and chairs to eat, write, or play cards on. The small table out there can’t hold a drink as it has no solid top. So I use the cutting board from the kitchen to make it work!
