This two-bedroom, two-bath vacation rental in the intimate and tranquil Kamahana complex offers the convenience of ground-floor access and the added privacy of an end unit. Kamahana 23 enjoys beautiful ocean, mountain, and golf course views while capturing Kauai's refreshing tradewinds to help keep you cool and comfortable.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, where you'll fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake to beautiful sunrise views from your window. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, making the condo ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Sleeps 4.
The bright, open living area is filled with natural light and opens through oversized sliding glass doors to your private shaded lanai. Ceiling fans throughout the condo work with the nearly constant tradewinds, carrying the scents of the sea and tropical gardens.
The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living area and includes both a dining area and convenient bar-top seating. When dining at home, you can prepare your favorite meals or grill your catch of the day on the gas grill located just outside on the side lanai.
Both bathrooms feature a tub/shower combination, including an en suite bath in the primary bedroom. A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. Smart TV service and complimentary Wi-Fi are included, with flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms.
Kamahana 23 overlooks the lush 15th hole of the Prince Golf Course, with ocean views beyond. The calm waters and white sands of Anini Beach are just a few minutes away by car, and from the lanai you can catch glimpses of the reef and sparkling blue Pacific. During the winter months, keep an eye out for migrating humpback whales from the comfort of your private outdoor space. If you fancy a 15 minute hike to a secluded beach, the Sealodge beach trail starts next door and leads to a hidden piece of paradise.
A short three-minute drive brings you to Princeville Center, where you'll find groceries, dining, shopping, and local favorites. Enjoy a macadamia nut ice cream cone, relax with a casual meal, or browse the area's shops and services. The charming town of Hanalei and its world-famous beach are only about ten minutes away, offering additional restaurants, galleries, boutiques, and opportunities to kayak or paddleboard on the Hanalei River.

Reservations cancelled 31-60 days prior to your contracted check-in date will be assessed a 50% cancellation penalty. For reservations cancelled 30 or fewer days prior to arrival, no refund will be made except for the cleaning fee. Any unused portions of the contracted reservation dates are non-refundable. Any interruption of services within the property, or inclement weather during your stay, will not serve to void or cancel the rental agreement.

This home was more than we could have asked for. The unit is spacious and has everything you need from beach chairs and boogie boards, to a fully stocked kitchen! Nightly sunset walks along the golf course were definitely a highlight for our family. Will definitely be renting from them again!"

"Lovely Princeville condo
This unit is attractive & nicely equipped. We enjoyed the quiet location, convenient parking right at the door, and proximity to nice walks and to our favorite beaches. The property management was professional & friendly. The only minor inconvenience was that the quarterly spraying for pest management coincided with our stay, which meant we had to leave the unit for e few hours one day. We would be happy to stay here again1"

A wonderful condo for the perfect island vacation. Roomy and comfortable with all you could ask for. Great views, walability, great furnishings, washer and dryer plus nice kitchen for making your own meals. Good location on the golf course and close to the village. "

Great location and great view of the ocean. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. I was worried about not having A/C but the cross winds were nice and cool. We couldn’t figure out how to use the tv in the living room, so we just played the games in the cabinet below the tv. The pool was super close to the unit. Parking spot right in front of the unit. Internet worked great. Driving distance to Hanalei Bay and great beaches. Make sure to stop and take in the landscape every chance you get."

"Beautiful place to stay
Loved the view over the golf course and sitting out on the lanai where you can see the ocean. Super clean and comfortable. Unit had everything we needed like beach blankets, chairs, and coolers. Close to the pool. Would definitely stay here again!"

It’s a bit of a drive from the airport but worth it. The view is beautiful, grocery store and some restaurants are close and easy to get to. The only thing I would say is that you need more fans. Having nothing but sliding doors means you can’t leave them open at night so it can get kind of stuffy at night. "

"Great place, but truly Unbearably warm for sleeping.
The condo was clean and well equipped but honestly far, far, far too hot to be sleeping comfortably - even with the several fans provided. We only stayed 3 nights thank goodness, it nearly ruined our vacation with the inability to sleep for 2/3 of us. Unbearable/ I would NEVER suggest nor stay here again in the month of August for this reason alone. AWFUL."

"Great Family Get Away
Rental was super easy, place was as described. Team responded to my multitude of questions and made the experience better. Too bad they couldn’t control the weather;). Plane was delayed, so arrived in darkness. Preparing early and understanding codes/rules helped immensely! Awoke to paradise and of course the wonderful chickens. Can’t wait to go back!!!"

Wonderful place to stay in Kauai. Loved the open floor plan and access to the lanai. Were able to keep the doors open while at home for a nice breeze to keep the area cool and comfortable. Views were nice off the lanai. Were hoping there were body boards as someone previously described but was nice to have beach chairs and towels as well as a cooler. A pedal was broken on the bike so not usable. Comfortable beds, clean houese, well decorated. Close to a lot of north shore activities and not far from Kapaa. Plenty of room for our family of 4 with 2 adult children. We would come back again in an instant. Already miss it."

"Great Condo in Princeville
We had a wonderful June vacation here. This condo is in a great location, close to beautiful beaches, on a golf course, nearby grocery stores and restaurants. This condo has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Beach chairs, snorkel equipment, bike, cooler, grill, and even golf clubs. Very quiet area, with a great pool kids will love. We would definitely stay there again."
