This two bedroom, two full bath, Kauai vacation rental in the intimate and tranquil Kamahana Princeville Kauai complex offers ground floor convenience and the privacy of an end unit. Kamahana 23 features ocean, mountain, and golf course views, and picks up the tradewinds beautifully to help keep you cool and comfortable. As you end your day snuggled in the master bedroom's king bed, you'll fall asleep to the sound of the sea, and wake up to the beautiful sight of the sunrise which you can see from the bedroom window. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. You'll love the light, open feel of the living area with its oversized sliding glass doors leading out onto your private shaded lanai. Ceiling fans throughout help keep you cool, as do the tradewinds which blow almost constantly, bringing with them the scent of the sea and of the tropics. When you're dining at home, you'll enjoy the full kitchen which is open to the living area, and provides a bartop seating option in addition to the dining area. You can even cook your catch of the day on the gas grill provided on the side lanai! There are two full bathrooms, both with tub and shower (one is en suite with the master bedroom). Washer and dryer are right inside the condo. Cable TV & free wifi are included, and you'll find flat screen tv's in the living room and both bedrooms

Kamahana 23 overlooks the 5th hole of the Prince golf course with its lush open expanse and ocean views beyond. The beautiful white sands and tranquil waters of north shore Anini Beach are just a few minutes drive from the Kamahana condos, and the view from Kamahana 23 offers a glimpse of the clear blue waters off the Anini reef. In the winter months, you can whale watch from your private lanai! A brief three minute drive takes you to the Princeville center where you can pick up groceries at Foodland, enjoy a macadamia nut ice cream cone at Lappert's, relax in the bar and grill atmosphere of Tiki Iniki, and explore the other shopping and dining options. The charming town of Hanalei, and its world renowned beach, is a 10 minute drive. You'll find many charming shops, galleries, and restaurants in Hanalei. And you've got to find some time to kayak or paddle board on the Hanalei River.
As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned.
Although this home has internet, the speed and reliability cannot be guaranteed due to the remote location and the service being provided by a third-party.

Reservations cancelled 31-60 days prior to your contracted check-in date will be assessed a 50% cancellation penalty. For reservations cancelled 30 or fewer days prior to arrival, no refund will be made except for the cleaning fee. Any unused portions of the contracted reservation dates are non-refundable. Any interruption of services within the property, or inclement weather during your stay, will not serve to void or cancel the rental agreement.

"Beautiful
It’s a bit of a drive from the airport but worth it. The view is beautiful, grocery store and some restaurants are close and easy to get to. The only thing I would say is that you need more fans. Having nothing but sliding doors means you can’t leave them open at night so it can get kind of stuffy at night. "

"Great place, but truly Unbearably warm for sleeping.
The condo was clean and well equipped but honestly far, far, far too hot to be sleeping comfortably - even with the several fans provided. We only stayed 3 nights thank goodness, it nearly ruined our vacation with the inability to sleep for 2/3 of us. Unbearable/ I would NEVER suggest nor stay here again in the month of August for this reason alone. AWFUL."

"Great Family Get Away
Rental was super easy, place was as described. Team responded to my multitude of questions and made the experience better. Too bad they couldn’t control the weather;). Plane was delayed, so arrived in darkness. Preparing early and understanding codes/rules helped immensely! Awoke to paradise and of course the wonderful chickens. Can’t wait to go back!!!"

"Great home away from home
Wonderful place to stay in Kauai. Loved the open floor plan and access to the lanai. Were able to keep the doors open while at home for a nice breeze to keep the area cool and comfortable. Views were nice off the lanai. Were hoping there were body boards as someone previously described but was nice to have beach chairs and towels as well as a cooler. A pedal was broken on the bike so not usable. Comfortable beds, clean houese, well decorated. Close to a lot of north shore activities and not far from Kapaa. Plenty of room for our family of 4 with 2 adult children. We would come back again in an instant. Already miss it."

"Great Condo in Princeville
We had a wonderful June vacation here. This condo is in a great location, close to beautiful beaches, on a golf course, nearby grocery stores and restaurants. This condo has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Beach chairs, snorkel equipment, bike, cooler, grill, and even golf clubs. Very quiet area, with a great pool kids will love. We would definitely stay there again."
