Our Kauai vacation rentals at the fully renovated Kauai Kailani are conveniently located in Kapaa, with everything you need within walking distance. The complex provides an oceanfront swimming pool, as well as a second pool even closer to your unit. There is a barbecue area with gas grills, recreation room, free parking, and easy beach access. You'll find restaurants and grocery shopping just across the road. You can pick up the walking/jogging path (Kauai Multi-Use Path) in front of the resort and follow it all the way north through Kapa'a, past Kealia Beach, all the way to Donkey Beach! Or head south across the Wailua river down to Lydgate Park. Kauai Kailani is one of the few locations on the island where you really can manage just fine without a rental car. If you want to venture farther afield, you can always pick up a rental bike at Hele On Kauai Bike Rentals, just one mile away (20 minute walk) in the historic Old Kapaa shopping district. This condo offers one bedroom furnished with a king bed. A second small bedroom may be used as an office if you're working remotely, or open the sleeper sofa to transform it into a second sleeping space. There's a full kitchen, beautifully updated, and a full bathroom with tub and shower. You can enjoy your morning coffee or an informal meal on your private garden view lanai. Dine indoors at the kitchen island with seating for 4. Additional amenities include free complex-wide wifi, ceiling fans throughout, and cable television. As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned. Although this home has internet, the speed and reliability cannot be guaranteed due to the remote location and the service being provided by a third-party. TA--01

Reservations cancelled 31-60 days prior to your contracted check-in date will be assessed a 50% cancellation penalty. For reservations cancelled 30 or fewer days prior to arrival, no refund will be made except for the cleaning fee. Any unused portions of the contracted reservation dates are non-refundable.
