Reservations cancelled 31-60 days prior to your contracted check-in date will be assessed a 50% cancellation penalty. For reservations cancelled 30 or fewer days prior to arrival, no refund will be made except for the cleaning fee. Any unused portions of the contracted reservation dates are non-refundable. Any interruption of services within the property, or inclement weather during your stay, will not serve to void or cancel the rental agreement.

"Avoid unit 411 @ Emmalani Court
The location of the property is wonderful, great views looking onto the golf course, overall size and layout was very good. However, the unit is very outdated with old musty smelling carpet, rust, old outdated stained bathroom and kitchen fixtures and stained old furniture. Upon walking into the unit you can smell a strong odor of mold, the kitchen sink had a rotten food smell and upon opening the sink cabinet there was a large bowl filled with dirty smelly water due to a plumbing leak. The rear sliding door does not lock, the curtains in both bedrooms and living room do not close properly so everyone outside can see into your bedroom and living room day or night. The front door is glass with a clear shear curtain and anyone walking past can look into unit and directly into the bedroom at night. I specifically rented this unit because it advertised AC in all the rooms, but it’s actually cheap portable units that you buy from a hardware store sitting in the rooms which are loud and inefficient at cooling. I definitely would not recommend this unit. The complex has much better units for rent which we looked at during our visit. We live in Hawai’i and will be staying at Emmacourt again, but not at this particular unit."

"Great stay!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo and property are great! Condo is clean, spacious, bed very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, beach supplies, air conditioning and nice lanai overlooking golf course! Property is beautiful. Location perfect to watch sunsets! Pool also very nice! Management great to communicate with about a WiFi connection issue! Would definitely stay again!"

"Pros and Cons for this Condo
Pros - location is great, condo was clean and spacious, pool was convenient and nice, golf course view was pretty.
Cons - Wifi was terrible. We had to reset everything on multiple days and some days we just gave up. Our cell service was 1 bar so could not do hot spot. Don't rent here if you need to work from condo.
- basic items for a condo in this price range were missing - no salt/pepper, very few spices, not one sugar package for coffee, only 3 laundry packages for 10 days and we were required to wash towels before leaving so only 2 for us.
- as mentioned in previous review A/C struggled to keep it comfortable (August)
- beds were hard for our preference
- we had about 8 cockroaches in the bathrooms/laundry room - they seemed to be dying so probably sprayed recently"

"Large apartment
Large property. Very good location. Walking distance to Haena shuttle stop in Princeville. Kitchen floor was not cleaned well. The dryer has some towels from the previous occupant and the lint screen was broken. "

"Paradise!
Beautiful condo on the 8th hole of Kauai's most acclaimed golf course. Sunsets on the bluff each night, location to Tunnels beach (!5 min drive) and peaceful community of Princeville made our stay exceptional. Guest room beds are dated and could use a refresh but king bed in primary room was amazing. We had all we needed and we'll definitelt return."

"Beautiful spacious air-conditioned home on golf course
This place was very spacious, air condition units in the main living area and in both bedrooms was great. There is not much parking at the beach area at all so you really must walk down about a half a mile or so which isn’t bad because the views are wonderful to get to the beach, there are a lot of stairs to go down and then of course back up. My sister counted 159 but again is beautiful and worth it. The place is very clean and has a beautiful sunset when you walk down the golf cart path towards the beautiful view of the ocean , going out your back door. We would stay here again. "

"Great location!
Our family of four had a great stay at 411 Emmalani! The location is excellent, walking distance to Queen's Bath and the Hideaways beaches or an easy drive to shopping and other sites. Easy covered parking right in front of the unit and the pool/hot tub/grill is less than 50 feet away. The unit was very well stocked for cooking and beach outings, furnishings were a bit dated but clean.
Our only gripe was that only four rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels were provided for our week long stay. It wasn't a big deal to buy our own but it's frustrating that more isn't provided with the high cleaning fees. Hopefully this is a holdover COVID policy that will be changed to something with more common sense soon. Otherwise, the management company was great to deal with."

Amazing location! Easy walk to Queens bath, Hideaway beach and a couple restaurants. Great sunset views right off the gulf course or short walk down the road. Nice walking/running path about 4 miles from end to end. Condo unit was spacious and comfortable. Everything you need to cook with , great pool , comfy beds, books, snorkel gear and A/C. 10-15 min drive to Napali coast shuttle and beautiful Hanelai bay."

" okay condo in a great location
The location is awesome! The condo is just okay. You have everything you need except a regular toaster. The blinds in the master bedroom do not offer the best privacy. The air conditioning in the bedrooms were great but it didn’t really cool down in the living area. If you are just looking for a place to sleep then this will work just fine."
