This exquisite mediterranean style Home with 3 Master Suites is located in the gated community of Kiva Dunes. Come experience your dream vacation away from it all, but with everything you could ever want. Kiva Dunes is down Fort Morgan Road away from the high touristy areas. This house is situated on a cul-de-sac perfect for the kids to ride their bikes. Ride the included Golf Cart to the Kiva Dunes' Beach Club where you will find a community pool and beach access. In this cul-de-sac is another community pool incase you want a change of scenery from the private heated pool in the backyard. There are balconies on the front and back of the second and third stories overlooking the community pool in the front and the private pool and golf course in the back.

This Home is Perfect for Entertaining Guests. The Ultra-Modern Kitchen is Stellar, Flooded with Light, and Has a Vast Open Concept. It Includes Stainless Steel Appliances and Quartz Countertops. The Back Yard is Fenced for Privacy and it Comes Complete with an Outdoor Kitchen and Bar, a Private Heated Pool, and a Fire Pit.
*There is a $300 fee to heat the pool for your stay.

When walking into the front door on the ground level you will be in a small den with a single futon bed. Around the corner you have the laundry room where you can drop your wet towels after a fun day in the sun. Down the hall will be a King en suite with a shower and a bunk room (two sets of twin over twin bunks) and an ensuite with a shower. Right outside of the Master bedroom and hallway heading to the bunk room is access to the back yard.

Up the stairs to the main level will be your spacious and open concept living room and kitchen. The main master suite with a spa style bathroom including a garden tub is on the main level with access to the balcony overlooking the private pool and Kiva Golf Course. Also on the Main Level is a library with a queen sleeper sofa and balcony overlooking on of Kiva's community pools. The main level also has a half bath for convenience. The balcony on the main level has stairs down to the pool area.

On the Third Level you will find another Master Suite with a King bed and a Shower with a balcony overlooking the community pool. Also on this level are two bedrooms overlooking the private pool and golf course with access to yet another balcony. One bedroom has a queen bed and one has a full bed.

This house will sleep 16 adults, 16 adults plus 3 kids or anything in between comfortably! :)

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $69 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
