If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). The shower in the master bathroom wasnt able to be used because the shower head was gonna fall off at any time and hit someone. Also the bed in the master bedroom upstairs was so hard and worn out that it was impossible to sleep in. We ended up sleeping on the couches down stairs. I sent a text to them and let them know and they said, sorry about your experience, have a safe trip home. For $7000.00 i would have atleast expected a comfortable bed. The fireplace did not work in the downstairs master bathroom either. Very big disappointment as i am a multiple time customer. I am unsure weather or not i would book with them again. Our kids loved Cruisin USA, the pool table and swimming pool. The pool area has a garage type door that pulls up to open to an outdoor patio area that we enjoyed every day. The house is spacious with lots of TVs and games to keep busy on down time. The movie theater was so cozy! We made a lot of our own food. A large grocery store is about 5-10 minutes away. Many restaurants nearby. 10-15 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg and not far from Pigeon Forge or Sieverville. You will need to bring shampoo, conditioner and extra laundry and dishwashing detergent, toilet paper if you are staying more than a few days. The driveway is gravel and quite steep. Staff was very friendly. We communicated through text and they were helpful and responded promptly. It was a great vacation! Cons: Pool pump system loud and constantly running. Pool was rather unclean and funky smelling upon arrival, as was hot tub. Would be nice to have a mid rental cleaning of these high use items. The House was constructed to maximize the views. The patios were perfect. Minor suggested improvements: When we stayed in the house it has only been built for about a month so there was still red mud all around the outside. Some mulch or grass is expected in a cabin at this price range. Most of the TVs had not been set up and connected to the Wi-Fi. The tv’s were Roku TVs that need a login to get to the apps. The pool was 84°, which feels a little chilly and would be better at around 86°. The management company stated that if it’s 80-85 degrees they won’t change the temp. Remember to bring shampoo and conditioner as toiletries are not included. The kitchen could use a few more baking sheets if you plan on cooking. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
