In the heart of Gulf Shores, Lighthouse is a short walk to many restaurants, shops, and activities. Forgot something at the store, no worries. Across the street is Island Market which is a great store that sells specialty meats as well as beer, ice, milk, and eggs. Come relax and watch the sun set with unobstructed views at Lighthouse 608! Located on the 6th floor, our unit sleeps up to 8 with a King in the Master, Queen in the 2nd Bedroom, 2 twins in the Bunk Room, and a Sofa Sleeper. All bedrooms come with flat screen TVs. The Master Bedroom has an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico and the bathroom comes with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The unit comes with a fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

Parking Passes:
Lighthouse sells parking passes on site for $40 per pass and up to 2 for each reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $69 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

"Condo 608
I hate to bash someone or something but Condo 608 looks good in a picture. Condo floor was filthy, not dust but needed mopping bad. Bedroom furniture was generic. The drawers would fall out when u pulled them to put clothes in or take out. Bedroom curtains generic and some taped up and would fall down. Crack in bathroom sink and side of main bdrm tub. One toilet seat was broke when we got there but fixed next day. Need cushions on patio furniture but the furniture is nice. Condo in real need to go ube updated. Could be nice condo then. Way overpriced but going rate. Kitchen had one dish towel and no Tupperware for leftovers. Otherwise, condo near elevator and Lighthouse is good location. We have stayed in 6 condos there and this one ranks at the bottom. Gotta tell the truth."

Did not know there was construction going on. Putting a new roof on and had pools closed and parking marked off, parking was terrible. and they were jack hammering the tile on our floor by the elevators. the noise was terrible"

"Fun for all
My group had a wonderful time. Plenty of room to move around and relax. We requested a few extra linens and towels, and they were promptly delivered. FYI...Parking spots are a tight fit for SUVs and trucks."

"Excellent place for a family vacation!
We’ve stayed at the Lighthouse 5 times now. I prefer staying on a lower floor (such as 6) as it seems you spend less time on the elevator. You can even take the stairs if you would like. The condo itself was clean, very tastefully decorated and lovely to stay in. There was a welcome text if we needed anything when we arrived. I couldn’t figure out the TV at first and there was a quick response to help me get things going right away. I forgot my pillow after I left and they texted me back right away with a temporary code to get back in. We think the pools are the best in the area. There is always available parking, and there are 5 elevators. Great location, great place, awesome vacation! "

"Perfect Vacation
The condo was great, the layout worked so well for children. Obviously when going to the beach you don’t spend that much time in your condo, but the time spent there was easy because of the space. The bathrooms are great the bedrooms are great the living room and Couch was inviting and comfortable and the balcony had a perfect view of the ocean. I recommend this condo to anyone."

"Lighthouse 608
Lighthouse 608 was very well laid out. It was very comfortable and clean. It had everything in it that we needed. The owners refunded part of our payment due to there was construction in another condo that was very disruptive. The owners couldn't help it and were very apologetic. It did help to get some of our money back due to the inconvenience so we were very satisfied. Would definitely go back to the Lighthouse and this rental. We had a wonderful vacation. "

Once again we had a very nice winter in Gulf Shores, AL. This year it would have been nice to see a little more sun. However that didn't stop us from enjoying golf and time spent socializing with our friends."

"Simple Process and Amazing Stay
The entire process-booking, check-in, parking pass, and check out was extremely easy! The room was amazing and comfortable! This is by far our favorite room and property we've ever stayed at! Our children loved the pools and the fitness center was just enough for a quick workout for us. The room and property was extremely clean and well kept. Great job, Lighthouse and room 608! We'll definitely be back again!"

Only complaint is the mattress in the master bedroom is at the end of its life. Definitely recommend replacing it. It’s hard and you just sink into.

"Property as described
The property was as described. We were happy with the location in relation to restaurants and shopping. The pools out by the beach were nice. Some of the other buildings in the area have their pools facing the parking lots, which has some obvious drawbacks. We were visiting over spring break so it wasn't as warm as it is during the summer. Since the pools were facing the beach and the sun, we were still able to swim. Would rent again."

"Filthy and dirty Condo- Do Not Rent-You will be disappointed
We have been to Gulf Shores 7 or so times and we have NEVER had a horrible experience with condos or management companies until now!!!! The pictures do NOT show the filth, outdated items, unusable appliances. Yes it is an AWESOME location, but that is all that was awesome about it. First off walls are chipped and kicked up, the dressers in bedrooms are not useable, the bathroom fan in the front bathroom works only when it wants to, the oven burns things, but not all the time, the refrigerator smelled like raw seafood, the jacuzzi tub in the master bath does not work, the shower enclosure was filthy dirty around the bottom, the toliet seat is to small for the toliet, all electric sockets were loose, the walls in the kitchen and all bedrooms had dust all over them, the sprinklers were caked with dust along with the smoke detectors. Looked like the rental had not been cleaned in months and as a renter the cleaning fee is included in the rental, but they don't clean like they should, so someone is pocketing money. The management company Resort Rentals was a joke. My husband reached out to them regarding all these issues and he was willing to get someone in to fix the jacuzzi tub and the oven but we shouldn't have to worry about when a repair guy is going to be there to fix things. We were on vacation and rented a place that had the things we wanted, but couldn't even use them. The management company seemed to put it back on us since we didnt want a repair man out. LIGHTHOUSE 608 and the management company is a joke. DO NOT RENT! And rest assured we will make sure all appropriate people are told about this!"

Nice clean condo,great view! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had sufficient cookware,etc. Great location. Had a visit from relative in another condo at same complex and he loved it wants to rent it in the Spring. Too many great restaurants to name all. We tried a different one this time we loved,Jesses in Magnolia Springs. Go at lunch for more affordable meals. Dinner is pretty pricy. Enjoyed shrimp and grits at Wolf Bay Lodge. Really enjoyed free airshow featuring the Blue Angels in Pensacola. Hope to come back next year! "

We stayed here for the Hangout Festival but would be a wonderful place to stay for any weekend. It is within walking distance of the Hangout and has a beautiful beach front view. The best part of this property was the management. The Resort Realty staff was very helpful and on call for any questions/problems we had. The staff at the front desk at the condo was also fantastic. They went out of our way to help us with any issues we had. I definitely stay here again and use resort realty for future stays in the gulf shores area."

WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT THE LIGHTHOUSE 608. THE CONDO WAS VERY SPACIOUS AND VERY CLEAN. THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT. THERE WAS GREAT VIEWS OF THE FROM THE LIVING ROOM, AS WELL AS, THE MASTER BEDROOM. TUCKER SHAVER AND JULIE GRICE WERE EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR ANY QUESTIONS OR HELP THAT I NEEDED. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT, AS WELL AS, RESORT REALITY AND I PLAN ON GOING BACK SOON!"

"Perfect perfect perfect!!!
We could not have asked for more from this condo, the sandy beach, the weather, and the owners. With the minor Interruption of a cat 1 hurricane, it was a perfect location for our sisters getaway. The owners were just fantastic, kept in touch with us and even offered to put us up somewhere else during the hurricane. We felt very safe in this condo, big heavy hurricane doors, hardly heard the wind and rain. This condo has a perfect location, close enough to town but far enough away, and everyone staying there was very nice. We met a couple from Tennessee, had lots of laughs on the beach! Don't hesitate to rent this condo, you will be very happy here!"

"Perfect Ocean View
What an awesome get away! Steps from a private beach and what beautiful view from the balcony. We stayed the week of July 4 and we were able to watch fireworks off from the pier from our balcony! The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. The staff was helpful and courteous as well as everyone else living/staying in the building. In walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. Perfect!"

The great pictures are true in person. Updated and modern, nice and clean. Owners were super responsive to any questions and always very helpful. It was tough to track down anyone in the actual Lighthouse office, and thought it was really odd no one was staffed on Saturday when everyone is checking in/out, but this had nothing to do with Resort Realty. RR was spot on!"

"Spring Break 2017
The condo #608 was in a great location and had very fast elevators to be as large of a complex that it is. We have stayed in the complex before. I believe a few things in this condo could be fixed to make it a great stay for anyone. The chest drawers in the master would barely open and the mattress in the master was not good at all. Other than those 2 things, the condo was equipped with everything we needed for our vacation. "

Room was nice. Had some issue with the bed in master bedroom . I would suggest it be replaced due to making creaking noises every time u turn over. Was suppose to be able to check in early but had to call when we got there due to code for lock wasn't programmed. Otherwise everything was very nice. Julie and Tucker were very helpful"

"Great Chouce! Fabulous Condo!
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It's central location by elevators and unobstructed views are to die for. Had a great view of the fireworks for Fourth of July. Take binoculars watch the Dolphins. Cozy beds keep you from missing home too much. Bunk beds have twin mattresses not the short ones like in some condos. Well stocked kitchen with all your cooking needs Zero entry pool great for little ones. Visit Rhe Hangout great restaurant and fun for all,"

The rental experience went very well. I found the property on VRBO and made one call and immediately made a reservation. Tucker Shaver and Julie Grice were wonderful to work with and I cant wait to make another trip to Gulf Shores, AL. Our room was beachside, and it made the trip that much better.
