Those bringing a boat must register the craft with Aqua Vacations, provide proof of insurance, and pay a daily boat dock fee of $50.00 and will be added to your reservation.
Boat trailers are not allowed at Jubilee Landing. For boat trailer storage, you may message and/or call us for information.

In the unfortunate event you must cancel your reservation, the $45 nonrefundable processing fee, along with a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations not meeting the specified number of day notice will be subject to loss of the full booking deposit. NO refunds for late arrival or early departure.

I have always tried to stay beachfront, but this unit and location were such a great change of pace. Watching the boats going up and down Ole River was so peaceful. The unit was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Will definitely consider this one again."

"Great Family Vacation!
We had a wonderful time at Jubilee Landing Unit 203. The Condo had all the amenities we were looking for and we loved the beautiful Beach Decor. My husband especially enjoyed fishing for Trout from the pier! From the balcony, we enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Absolutely breathtaking!! We will definitely be back! "

The rental was nice. A suggestion is to leave additional pillow cases in unit for the additional pillows.
The king bed mattress has several dips and lumps in it. Consider replacing in near future. Beautiful place."

Perfect quiet place if your looking to get away and just relax. I don’t recommend this place if you have teenagers. As for me and my friend we could’ve stayed on the balcony overlooking the bay all day. "

"Our First Orange Beach Vacation!!
We had a wonderful time at Jubilee Landing despite the storm that came to visit. We felt safe & secure with no worries as we stayed at the condo. It was well worth it because after the storm we were able to take our grandson to a real beach for the first time. The condo was stocked with everything we needed & it had plenty of room for us. We enjoyed the pool as which was amazing & well kept. The self check-in & check-out was very convenient. Overall our vacation was wonderful there. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful vacation home!!"
