Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will have the deposit payment refunded, less the $750 cancellation fee, unless the canceled stay includes Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day or Easter Day, in which case there is no refund. "Beautiful oceanfront condo with amazing lanai!
We loved our stay here! The lanai right on the oceanfront is absolutely beautiful - you can not beat that location! We saw sea turtles swim by in the ocean right in front of us, plus plenty of whales.
The space was clean and well equipped, with a spacious bathroom and great kitchen. I've never been one to do laundry on vacation, but we did take advantage of the washer and dryer and it was wonderful to have that right in the unit! Was also nice to have AC for hot afternoons.
We also loved the resort - pretty grounds, nice pools, easy parking, and daily activities to take advantage of if you wish (we made our own leis and went to a mai tai happy hour). Although the location is not directly on a big beach (there is a small beach off to the right, still within the bounds of the resort), we took an easy walk down the coastline a bit and found a bigger beach that had more sand and calm waves, which was great for our young girls."

it was great, other than the $25/ day maintenance fee. the old rate was $17 for 10 days. We had to pay $1100 for 44 days, ridiculous. Also to renew the new owner wants a 3% credit card fee, no one in Maui has ever charged a credit card fee, sod we won't be coming back"

"Fantastic Christmas in Maui
This was our 3rd time staying at Papakea and 1st time in this unit. We loved the expansive view and ate most of our meals out on the Lanai. Even sitting on one of the couches we could still see the ocean. The unit was more spacious than the other one bedrooms and we appreciated the extra room including the double sinks in the bathroom. Also loved the ceiling fan in the bathroom! The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We loved this unit so much we’ve already rebooked for next year!"

"Great Condo, Great Location!
We have stayed at Papakea F310 twice & loved it both times. There is nothing like listening to ocean waves night & day. Additionally, location is perfect for walking to the grocery store & to restaurants. The Fish Market is one of our favorite places for fresh fish plate lunches. We love Papakea landscaping, pools & their staff who are always friendly & helpful."

"22nd Wedding Anniversary Celebration
This was our 9th stay at the Papakea and F310 is the best unit we've had the opportunity to enjoy. Photos are a great representation however even better in person. Unit was well-maintained with only a couple of minor maintenance issues. We traveled a great distance coming from the east coast of Florida and was well worth the trip. Enjoyed every minute, whale watching was spectacular! Would definitely book this unit again given the opportunity."

"Beautiful condo
The condo was beautiful. Bed and other furniture were very comfortable. Views, especially being a corner unit were fabulous. We ate breakfast and dinner on the lanai each day and watched the whales and kite surfers. Kitchen was well equipped, although a tea pot would be a nice touch.
The only negative was the TV system. There are 3 remotes and it took a while to figure out how to just turn it on. The owners should have some typed out instructions for its use.
Overall, we would love to stay here again!!"

"Amazing!
We've been coming to the Papakea Resort for several years now but this is the first time in F310. We have to say this is the most beautiful unit with it's corner location and incredible view out of all windows. The unit was modern and clean. It was even stocked with some laundry detergent pods when we were so accustomed to bringing it from home. Only thing it could use is some bbq tools. Otherwise, perfect!"

"Best of Papakea - Your place in paradise
We have stayed approximately 30 times at Papakea over the years and this unit F310 was the best one. The upgrades and cleanliness were 10+. A smoke detector started chirping one day and Aloha Vacation rentals had their maintenance person call us and immediately and let us disconnect. Then of course it was replaced the next day. Papakea is our favorite place on Maui and this unit is by far the best!! Highly recommend Aloha Vacation Rentals with Tina to book your next paradise vacation!! The sad part is the are already booked for 3 weeks next May. Hurry if you want the best of the best.

This was our 2nd or 3rd stay in unit f310 and found every stay a pleasant experience. The unit is extremely well stocked and being located on the corner of the building you have double ocean views. Whale watching from your room is added benefit. We would definitely want to stay in this condo again."

"Papakea F-310 is a spectacular condo.
We have been staying at Papakea for almost 30 years and this unit, F-310, is the most beautifully remodeled, furnished and appointed condo we have stayed in here. Our only disappointment was that it was not whale season - the ocean-front location is unbeatable for enjoying whales, dolphins, outrigger canoes, surfers, paddle boarders and wind/kite surfers directly in front of the unit. The view up the coast is also wonderful, as is watching and hearing the nightly torch lighting and conch blowing at sunset. F-310 is truly a beautiful condo in beautiful Papakea on beautiful Maui. We loved it!"

Maybe it was Covid or Christmas, but some frustration... the dryer did not work and we were unable to get anyone to address it. And the coffee maker wasn’t great(very weak coffee no matter how much coffee we added. But the view was wonderful and it was a very nicely updated condo. "

We have been coming to Maui for 35 years and have stayed at many units. After missing coming in 2020 due to the pandemic we made plans to come
back this year never staying at the Papakea before. First we would like to thank the owners of this unit for the beautiful job they did with their remodel. To be able to come stay in a beautiful unit that is stocked so nicely and so very clean was such a pleasure. Photos depict exactly what this unit looks like and the view is stunning. Very nice to have a variety of cleaning products on hand so you can treat this unit like your own while you are there. Perfect unit for two adults. (Our adult children and their families stayed in other units on the property and were happy as well) "

The unit was beautiful and well-kept that’s probably has one of the best views of the whole complex. The only problem was the main TV which never did work properly even after switching out the cable box. The staff worked very hard to try to help but the owner needs to replace it and instructions need to be provided "

Wonderful updated unit with the BEST view! Incredible ocean crashing on the shore all day long, beautiful sunsets and a great location. Off the beaten path a bit so no hustle of tourists everywhere, but still close enough to walk everywhere! The condo was full of amenities and bed was comfortable.
