PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A $300.00 USD Down Payment, applied toward the total balance, is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.
For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.
CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.
CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.
For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.
For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. Trip Cancellation Insurance is available, see below.

"Another successful stay with captain cook resorts
We stayed in fairway villa room 1914, The building is in the best location right near all the shops , a short walk to the beach , with a lovely rooftop pool area, great to relax in the evenings and enjoy the views. There were a few issues with the room, I contacted James the agent and felt bad but as we were booked for a month I decided to persue it. He had everything sorted in 24-48 hours , amazing customer service ,and all done with a smile. The unit itself has seen better days , in need of a refurb , but had everything as advertised , it needs new kitchen benches , more lighting, it was a.bit gloomy in the evening , theonly lighting in the bedroom was 1 bedside lamp. Also needs a deep clean of the grout on the kitchen and bathroom floors, The bed was nice and comfy and kitchen had plenty of utensils. I will definitely book a holiday at fairway villa again but might try a different unit next time . Captain cook resorts were very good again I have no hesitation recommending them. X "

"Disappointing
We have not had any problems with our vacation rentals with Captain cook before but this time were very disappointed with this rental. The shower did not work and on notifying the manager he sent a security guards to check it out. With a lot of effort he was able to somewhat able to get it going and said he would notify Captain Cook. We never heard from them. The vanity and kitchen sink did not drain very well. A security guard came up to tell us that our ac was over flowing from the drip tray down to the unit below and that he would notify Captain Cook. Again we never heard back. We received a violation notice and I used and empty soup tin to bail out the water from the drip tay. I'm sorry that I have .to say that this unit was not up to Captain Cook's standard. "

運河から見える夜景は特に奇麗ですしヒルトンの花火も部屋から見れ、又バス停も近く移動には便利です。ただ工事中の車の出入り運河周辺にたむろするひと、車の騒音は気になりました。部屋は全体に薄暗く玄関入った左側のクロスが剥げておりテーブル、テレビ台、床の隅々に埃が溜まって不潔な感じがしました。又私物が結構ありました。 それでも1か月快適に生活出来ました。又渡ハしょうと思います。"

"Amazing - stuff included that is not listed in the description
I stayed here with my husband and two young kids for 15 days in Sept/Oct 2019. The property was as described and included a few extras that wasn't noted in the description. This would include a sturdy beach umbrella and beach toys for children.
The condo was clean and James, the property Manager was very attentive to our questions and needs. We had a minor issue with the door knob becoming loose but he was quick and had that fixed right away. The neighbors were also very friendly and quiet.
The only feedback i would give to the unit owner is to consider including beach chairs or a beach blanket., A water resistant blanket is much easier to clean/carry vs. the beach towels provided.
My husband and I slept on the pull-out couch, while our kids slept in the bed. While there is nothing physically wrong with the pull-out, my husband and i prefer a firm bed - so if you're one with back problems or needing a firm mattress - the pull-out may not be for you.
There is a pool on the top floor. Only my husband and 7 y/o child made use of it. Unfortunately, their swim lasted only a few minutes. They went around 8pm to take a dip before calling it a night but sadly, it wasn't well lit for my kid who felt scared swimming "in the dark"."

"Family Gathering in Waikiki Jan 20 to 28, 2019
Upon our arrival we met our manager James, who showed us our unit 1914 in the Fairway Villas. He was friendly and very professional. The unit was very clean and comfortable, however it was a bit dated. The location of this property was perfect as it is within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. On our last day when our flight was cancelled, James and Byron went above what you would expect to accommodate us. Thank you guys...very much appreciated.

"Wonderful Condo in Heart of Waikiki in perfect condition SW Sun
In the past we have stayed in many rental Condo's in many hot spots throughout US. This Condo was by far the cleanest, best shape, great Kitchen and quality of items in kitchen. Well stocked dishes, towels, pool towels etc. Overlooked Canal with beautiful SW exposure for nice afternoon sun. BBQ Grills excellent along with Top Sun Deck. Secure building and slightly away from the busy streets of Waikiki but just a short distance from the main streets for beach, shopping and dining. Property Manager, James Wickard & Byron very helpful for questions and small requests. Would certainly book through Captain Cook again as very well run and helpful for every step. Loved Condo and the building was quiet and clean. Air Conditioning worked well and had great windows you could open as well. Great size Lani which we used often. Would not hesitate to stay in the Fairway Villa's again and in Condo #1914. Food Pantry grocery store on same block which was very handy. Elevators quick, never had to wait long even though higher building. Felt it was in a safe area great for walks along the canal. Layout of condo was good and washer/dryer in the suit very handy. No hesitation in recommending Captain Cook Vacation Rentals, Fairway Villa's, Condo #1914 and Property Managers as they were available whenever we called though didn't have too many questions. WiFi worked well along with TV and good amount of stations. Handy Key Pad Condo entry. We arrived later in the evening and the Property Manager James Wickard was easy to reach and very helpful to settle into the Condo. We were glad we kept the Condo one extra night even though we left at 10:40pm - having the Condo for that extra time was very helpful instead of an earlier check out - this was suggested by Captain Cook and we were so glad to have our "home" in Hawaii until 8:00pm that day making our last day much better than an early checkout."

"Cozy, Conveniently Located Condo in Waikiki!
My boyfriend, my son, and I really enjoyed our stay in this unit! The pictures online make it appear just a tad bit brighter than it actually is, but aside from that, the unit is as displayed on Home Away. Our host, James, was there to greet us at check in, and was able to accommodate an early check in, which was very much appreciated. He was readily available to us via telephone throughout our stay. We had one instance where the tub wasn’t draining properly, and he sent maintenance to take care of it right away! The condo is located along the Ala Wai canal, offering beautiful views of the canal as well as the golf course, with mountains in the backdrop. Unlike many properties in Waikiki, the lanai is extremely spacious, allowing plenty of room to comfortably sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while marveling at your surroundings. The unit is conveniently located down the block from a Food Pantry where you can obtain all of your kitchen essentials, and of course there are endless restaurants within walking distance to choose from. With the beach a mere 2 blocks away, and Diamond Head just around the corner, this unit offers an ease of access to all the main attractions in Waikiki. We would definitely stay there again!"

"CLEAN, CONVENIENTLY LOCATED, MODERN
Very clean, convenient to downtown/stores/shopping/golf/restaurants. Electricity turned off on day #2, had to shuffle to another floor, compensated $175. NO POOL was very discouraging! It was out of commission. Finally wised up and called mngr to see if maybe they had another property in town that we could use THAT pool. Yes, about 4 blocks down the street."
