Sealodge C7 enjoys top floor privacy with endless oceanfront views at Sealodge Kauai. Inside you'll find charming vibrant decor and many updates and upgrades. You won't mind at all spending a quiet day inside when you can enjoy relaxing on the punee window seat in the living room napping or reading with the calming sound of the waves, the ocean breeze cooling you, and dramatic shoreline views as close as a turn of your head. The lanai is furnished with a dining set where you can share an al fresco breakfast of fresh local fruit from the farmer's market while watching dolphins at play or spotting for whales during the winter months. Both bedrooms have large ocean facing windows, so you can enjoy the view before you even get up. Add two beautifully updated bathrooms, a lovely modern kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, and you have a stylish yet affordable oceanfront hideaway that's both comfortable and romantic. If you have to bring your work with you, you'll find an office nook in the upstairs loft-style bedroom where you can set up your laptop.
The downstairs master bedroom has a queen size cherry wood bed. It's separated from the living area by curtains, to provide visual privacy. The upstairs bedroom is loft style, with a half wall overlooking the living room. It's furnished with two twin beds, also in cherry wood, and the cherry wood table and paisley chair make a perfect work station. A punee (twin size daybed) in the living room provides additional sleeping space or a comfy spot to enjoy the ocean view. Other amenities include in-unit washer and dryer, flat screen TV, free high-speed wireless internet, and free long distance phone calls to anywhere in the U.S. Private lanai with seating space for 2. Unit can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child. There is a pool and BBQ area (BYOB - Bring Your Own Briquettes).
Our Kauai vacation rentals at Sealodge Kauai are located at the end of a small quiet side road, with no through traffic, that ends at a dramatic ocean bluff. These Princeville condos face the ocean on their lanai side. A short, rather strenuous, hike brings you to the secluded Sealodge Beach. Shopping and dining are conveniently close, with the Princeville shopping center just a mile and a half away. The charming town of Hanalei, and the world famous Hanalei beaches, are a brief ten minute drive. Our Kauai condos at Sealodge are comfortable, quiet, and island casual.
As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned.
This is an upstairs condo so you need to be able to go up and down stairs. There are no elevators.
Although this home has internet, the speed and reliability cannot be guaranteed due to the remote location and the service being provided by a third-party.

"Relaxing stay in Kauai
We had a very relaxing stay for the week. The view was lovely looking out over the water and my wife took advantage of the window nook to read. Location is great and we did a lot of walks heading out into Princeville area. On the access road, there was an albatross on a nest!
Some of the furnishings are dated. There is a full kitchen, but limited utensils and very worn pots/pans, so that made making meals difficult. Short drive to Hanalei with shops and restaurants and this was our go to spot for dining. "

"Beautiful views!
The views were what made us book this condo! We loved sitting on the porch and watching the waves! Looking into the reefs and seeing turtles! I did think the house wasn’t as clean as it could have been, but definitely wasn’t filthy by any means. I just think the house could use a deep cleaning in the cracks and corners. Something fell beside the lounge bed in the living room and when I went to grab it the crumbs and dust had been there a little longer than they should have been. I would stay again however! "

"C7 review
We always our time on Kauai and Sea Lodge. We especially liked the ceiling fan over the master bed. Unfortunately, this bed, like others in this configuration, have a wood frame outside the mattress which is great for barking one's shin. The property needed maintenance that should have been done before we arrived: several window blinds were non-functional, some windows didn't open for cross breeze and lights had burned out. You don't have much control over the complex swimming pool being replastered. The landscaping, as always, is beautiful."

"Quiet, Stunning View, However...
Amazing view, quiet, clean. If that's what you're looking for, then this is your place. However, there were a number of "little" disappointing things about this property, that when added-up, equal a lot.
Can opener didn't work (we reported it, but never received a new one).
No baking pan (had to buy a disposable foil pan)
Electric sockets in the main bedroom did not work.
We were given a toilet paper "starter kit"...after that, you have to buy your own. Really?
Only a Roku TV, so there's that.
Pool was closed for maintenance (apparently this was disclosed on one VRBO website, though it was buried in the fine print...should have been more prominent.
Overall condition: old and dated. Part of the deck floor was rotting away. Place needs a serious upgrade.
You'd think when spending over $400 a night, you'd have everything you need, and that they'd reinvest into the condition of the property. So, a 3-star rating."

"Beautiful convenient location
We truly enjoyed our stay at this location. We travel with our two girls and they loved having the lift all to themselves. All bedrooms and living room have an ocean view, what a way to wake up each day! The complex is clean and quiet and located very near the shopping center in Princeville. There is a park just down the street where farmer’s markets are held. Check in/out was easy and convenient. I didn’t really like having to download an ap for all the info, but it’s not a deal breaker for me and I would stay here again. "

"Sea lodge review
We had an excellent stay! The view was spectacular and the ocean lulled us to sleep every night. The property is a little older and weather worn. There are things that need maintenance and attention. The kitchen sink leaks under the sink, for example, things are rusty and well used. The pictures didn’t totally match the reality of the space but the view trumped all.
Everyone was kind, informative and helpful! "

"Spectacular Views
I have stayed at different condos at the sea lodge before, this one did not disappoint. The sunset view from the balcony is one of the best, and overall the condo was exactly what we needed for the family. Few things to note, there were a few outlets that didn’t work, marking it hard to charge our phones and keep the fans going at night. There was also no door to the master bedroom. I may have missed this when reading the description, but the only privacy you have is a very thin curtain. "

"Excellent view, Great location
The view from this condominium is amazing. There is no air-conditioning, but it is not really necessary because the breezes are more than sufficient to cool off the rooms. The design is cute and the amenities are quite sufficient and useful.
There is a waterfall and beach just below the condo, but you will have to hike about ten minutes to get to it. Just follow the "Beach Trail", go around the left side of the small water tower and follow the trail to the water. There is a very nice beach to the left and really nice waterfall to the right. Neither are in view when you reach the water, so keep going!
On another note, the Kauai Kahuna Vacation Rentals staff is very proactive and supportive should you have any needs. I will definitely be booking with them in the future!"

"Great View, strange set up
The view makes up for the "janky" set up of the condo.
More of a 1 bedroom with loft. The loft has no doors, as the 1 bedroom had no doors, only curtains. Getting into the 1 bedroom requires to go around an ill placed dining room table, however there would be no other place to put the table. The view makes up for it all together"

We have stayed at a few places at sealodge, and we keep coming back to this one. (C7) it is perfect for us in every way. From the location to the units furnishings, it has everything you need. You can see whales and dolphins from the lanai each morning. If you love the sound of crashing waves? This unit is for you. It is so dark here at night you will see shooting stars all night long. The unit has a washer and dryer in side, so don't over back. It also built in bug controls aka geckos. If you want to feel like you're at home while on vacation? Stay here. We will be back again. "

Nice condo with beautiful views. We traveled in early August and it was too hot without air conditioning!! The couches and beds were comfortable and the location central. The kitchen could be cleaned better and they should fix the garbage disposal."

Excellent location. Satisfactory accommodations in regards to cleanliness and service. There were ants and cob webs in several locations, the screen door didn't shut and the second bedroom was a tight squeeze. We loved our view and the proximity to sealodge beach as well as the stocked kitchen. "
