This charming cottage features high ceilings and modern coastal décor. The comfortable living space has an atmosphere of relaxed elegance, while the cheerful kitchen comes well-equipped. Each of the two bright and inviting bedrooms has its own en suite full bathroom.
Lounge in the sun in the privacy of your own courtyard at Pali Uli Cottage, or take a dip in the refreshing plunge pool. A barbecue grill also creates the option of preparing open-air meals at home.
This Princeville home on the north side of Kauai allows easy access to relaxation at Pu’u Poa/Princeville Beach, excellent snorkeling at Hideaways Beach, and peaceful swimming at Queen’s Bath. The new Princeville path is also close by, offering a scenic route for walking or running. In both the Princeville Center and the nearby town of Hanalei, guests will find grocery stores, dining, shopping, and art galleries. The Hanalei River also provides an ideal setting for kayaking or stand-up paddling, while the renowned Kalalau Trail (just a bit farther north) provides the ultimate hiking experience.
Pali Uli #2 is managed by (Property Management), a boutique property management company located on the North Shore of Kauai. Our goal is for each guest to feel special and to leave with a true sense of aloha. We take pride in the fact that we use all eco-friendly products in our homes and stock each house with fresh fruit, Malie Organic amenities + other island goodies. In addition to booking your vacation home, we are happy to assist you with booking any and all activities for you at no extra charge! We can book zip lining, boat tours, luaus, surf lessons, in-house massages, private Pilates/yoga classes, surfboard rentals, bike rentals, stand up paddle boards, and much more! Accommodations Cancellation Policy: If the Guest cancels the reservation more than ninety (90) days prior to arrival, all payments received will be refunded, less a Two Hundred Fifty and 00/100 ($250.00) processing fee. If the Guest cancels the reservations ninety (90) days or less from the arrival date, all payments received are non-refundable (Security Deposit and cleaning fees will be refunded regardless of cancellation date) unless the Premises can be re-rented for the dates previously reserved. In the event that the Premises are re-rented, Guest will be refunded any amounts that have been recouped by SKV, on behalf of the Owner, through re-renting, less 20%.

Very affordable, great place to stay, all the amenities were awesome. Lisa was very easy to get a hold of when needed. The only thing I would suggest is that you rent a car. "

"Peaceful in Princeville
This quaint cottage in Princeville is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the walking path. The patio area is nice and private with a soaking pool. Very convenient to have a washer/dryer plus we’ll stocked kitchen for simple meal prep. Great location for exploring Kauai. Host was responsive and provided good directions/communications."

"Charming cottage in lovely setting
This is a stylish and immaculate house with an open design and delightful breezes. The house is well stocked with towels, dishes and cookware, all new. The property is managed by Stay Kauai and they were wonderful to work with. Our agent Lisa Downer graciously changed our dates when we had trouble getting plane tickets, got us a portacrib and offered to make reservations for us. While we liked the open space design, the bedroom walls don’t do all the way to the ceiling, so sound and light carries although inside the bedroom it is completely private. We had a wonderful week and hope to come back next year."
