Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Large Screen Porch and upper deck provide a picturesque view of Smith Lake. This three level house is perfect for families and gatherings of friends - with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, having a bath on each level. There is a large TV on each level. The dining table seats 8 comfortably, 2 bar stools on large bar area, table that seats 4 on screen porch, which adjoins the dining area, also 4 TV trays for your use. Also on upper deck a table that seats 4. All on Main Level. The homeowner is a gourmet cook so there is a fully equipped kitchen with anything you may need. For young families, there is a loft area on 3rd level with a large sectional sofa and a TV for movies, etc. On the lower level, there is a game room equipped with pool table, foosball table, corn hole game, and board games, and on lower deck, outside the game room, is a ping pong table. A fire pit for your use for roasting s'mores with the kids and just sitting around and enjoying the tranquility.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Main Level, adjoins bath Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Upper Level, Shares upper bath Bedroom 3: Queen bed, youth bed, Upper Level, Shares upper bath. Bedroom 4: Queen bed, Lower Level, Private bath No TVs in bedrooms, BUT a TV on each Level. Additional sleeping on 2 Sleeper Sofas and 2 rollaways with a thick slab of foam; also a pack n play, and a youth bed. All INTERNET & STREAMING. very good service.
WIFI? YES. We do have a video player on each level with the TVs. Cell Service: Verizon is Good; Hot spots work great at the house. To my knowledge, ATT works good. Have not heard otherwise. (We all are Verizon). Private Dock with nice swim pier; table 4 chairs also on dock. 4 chaise lounges. Power on the dock. One boat slip is available for renters. A double jet ski ramp is available for renters. Plenty of room to tie up to dock, if need be.
FISHERMEN: Boat Parking for Tournments. Our drive is 27' W x 120' L. SMITH LAKE PARK put-in is about 20 miles from our house, by land; by boat, 5 miles; SMITH LAKE DAM put-in is about 15 miles from our house, by land.

BOAT TOURS via TREETOPS ONLY: Coming to Treetops without a boat? We have a neighbor (David & LeeAnne) who will happily provide Boat Tours of this area of the lake. If your family wants to see the most interesting areas of Smith (the Castle, Goat Island, Big Bridge, exquisite homes, Smith Lake Park, Miller Flats, Trident Marina). We can 'without a doubt' recommend David to do these tours via TREETOPS only. There is space for up to seven passengers, and life jackets will be provided. The price is $250 and the Boat Tour will last approximately two hours.
