"A great place to stay when visiting Southlake Tahoe
My wife and I was in Southlake Tahoe for a tennis tournament with another couple. We really enjoyed our stay at this location, especially the hot tub on the deck. Beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. We would definitely rebook again when staying in that area."

"Tahoe Stay with Family
Everything about the rental was great. The property was a good size for us, and we were able to use the hot tub as well. I thought it was nice that the bath tub has a jacuzzi as well. The rental itself had enough space for our family. It was clean and there were also plenty of towels for us to use.
My only real complaint is that we couldn't quite figure out how to warm up the upstairs loftish area. It eventually did warm up enough after we had the heater on for a night, but it was still cooler up there than the rest of the house."

"Not so world class...
The property looks great in the pictures, but for the high price, I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to friends or family. While the location is lovely and very quiet, it's not close to the lake or any shops, so it's not ideal if you're looking for convenience.
The property seems decently maintained, but there are several issues. It can get quite warm without air conditioning, especially in the summer. The beds were extremely hard, making getting a good night's sleep difficult. The furniture could be more comfortable; the couch, in particular, has strange bumps and is only comfortable on one side, so there wasn't room to sit together as a family with five people. The stairs are very steep and slippery—if you are older or have kids, avoid slipping and falling. My children almost slipped a few times while going down the stairs.
The fanlight over the kitchen table didn't work, and the fan barely functioned, resulting in little airflow. The living room area was always dark due to the lack of additional lighting. We also had trouble with the TV, which we couldn't get to work until the last night of our stay. There were several different remotes, none labeled, and none seemed to operate anything initially.
Despite the nice location, the comfort level and amenities weren't there, especially for the price."

"Tahoe Family Trip 2024
There were 4 of us family members and stayed 3 nights. Quiet neighborhood and ideal home with 3 stories and sleeping arrangements on each floor. The master bedroom downstairs bathroom shower water temperature was tricky with hot/cold but we figured it out. We had a nice time cooking together and relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of snowboarding! "

"Generally it is good. Enough bed for 8 people group
End of Dec. we visited. Not much snow accumulated. We skated. It is fun. The Walk by the beautiful lake is good.
Kitchen is dirty. Overall the house is pretty old. Floor and bath room are pretty new. "

"Awesome Three Story Condo
Great location and very nice three story condo. This condo can easily support a large family. We had a large family with a baby and it was perfect!"

"Ladies ski weekend
The house is about a 5 minute drive to the Stagecoach and Boulder Creek lodges. We were there during one of the epic 2023 winter storms, which closed all of the ski areas for a day. However, the four of us were comfortable in the condo. It is located in a hilly area so we were glad we had a car that could handle the snow. The hot tub was great, but if you had the heat, bubbles, and light on it would go off after about 20-30 min. You have to switch the breaker, which is in the bedroom closet off of the kitchen. One time we sat in the hot tub with no bubbles on and it was fine. The fireplace no longer worked and were told the fire inspector shut it down, probably because of all the snow. Not a deal breaker though. We couldn’t figure out the tv in the living room, but we didn’t need it. So it would be helpful to have instructions for the tv, hot tub, and fireplace. But these issues did not affect our ladies weekend, as we had a great time. Would stay again. "

"Great place right near Heavenly
The place was very cozy with great beds, gas fireplace and hot tub. We especially loved being 5 minutes from the Stagecoach lift & lodge. The condo was clean and spacious. We were grateful for the towels and kitchen supplies. My only complaints were the lack of water pressure in the shower and the lack of silverware and glasses available (there were only 3 spoons). "

"223A Ski Ct - Terrible owner alert!!
Owners very unprofessional. Heating system broken, outlets with no covers, steep dangerous stairwell leading to basement, walls patched and partially painted. "

"6 of 10
Enjoyed the place but very poor couch and very old cooking pans. Also the jacuzzi is not working properly only one jet is functioning "

"Great for my family.
We had a lovely stay and enjoyed our ski weekend. This place is nice and the bedrooms are comfortable. The hot tub on the deck is wonderful. The only issues we had is that someone had messed with the setup of the TV in the living room and while the office was helpful with trying to talk me through setting it back up we couldn't get it set up but it wasn't a big deal."
Feb 11, 2021 - , Oakland, CA
"Good enough for a weekend but needs improvement
Lots of missing/broken items. Rod broken off from blinds downstairs. Temperature in the house was inconsistent and the master bedroom downstairs was freezing while the rest of the house was hot. No instructions specific to house. Fireplace wouldn’t turn on until I asked for someone to come out to fix it. Dishwasher smelled like rotten eggs at first, ended up working fine though. Water dispenser on fridge didn’t work. Crockpot is broken and was dirty. Other pots and pans were dirty too. Toaster didn’t work. No shampoo or conditioner or body provided in either shower or anywhere in the house. Would not stay again"
Feb 02, 2021 - Rachel D., San Francisco, CA
"Nice Condo
Overall a very good rental and very much as it appears in the pictures. pros include: - Well stocked kitchen - almost like home (though can use some more spoons) - hot tub! which we used 2x per day. Only one set of jets worked but that was fine with us. - decent sleeping layout with Bedrooms on 3 floors, although upstairs is really more of a loft as there is no door that closes it off. CONS include: - PLEASE, please have some explanation of how things work in the house!! Since this is owned by a generic management company there are the most basic of arrival and departure instructions, and a book on "what to do in Tahoe" but no set of instructions on things like "how to get the shower to work" when it is the weirdest trick of getting the faucet to shift to the shower in my 55 year life. My Ivy league daughters spent 20 minutes and I spent nearly 5 before figuring it out. And how about the difference between the two thermostats and how best to use them. Whenever there is a human owner there is a booklet. -- lots of little things go unnoticed or just don't rise to fixing, e.g. none of the blinds have their levers to adjust the light, the doors squeaked terribly. -- the couch faces the TV, not the outdoors. Not their fault, just a design thing. -- my wife and my daughter both had slight allergies/sneezing after taking turns sleeping upstairs. I was fine with it. With bedding for 5, lots of pillows and carpeting it probably is just lots of dust. a deep clean is needed.
As you can see the cons are not big ones and we'd stay here again if no real house was available. "

"Lovely home
Great home, very simple check in/out process and very clean. The place had plenty of cookware, and the hot tub was amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable and great after long days on the slopes. Would definitely stay here again!"

"A Lovely Family Retreat
If you are a family that loves to enjoy the nature of Tahoe, this is a great place. At the top of a hill, the view is stunning from the hot tub, where I was EVERY morning and evening. The snow fall was magical! I was so impressed with Jeren and his response time. He made sure we had everything we needed. Big thanks to the owner as he worked with Jeren to get us faster internet and updated the TVs. The couches are uncomfortable, but the beds are super comfy and there's plenty of room. We stayed three months and would recommend this property to anyone! The location, layout and amenities are accurate. Be sure to have 4wd in snow season as you are at a top of a hill. "

"Great Property
My friend and I stayed there and had a wonderful time. We did forget however that there is no air conditioning and some nights it got warm but overall it was a great experience. Love the back patio with the hot tub!"
Oct 02, 2020 - Susan L., The Hills, TX
"Cozy and quaint
We enjoyed our time there. The house was clean and well maintained. The area is very quiet and away from a lot of people. The only downfall was that the dishwasher leaked and didn’t seem to wash the dishes completely, the over could use a deep cleaning as it smoked when we used it. Over all it was a nice place. "
Jul 31, 2020 - , Manteca, CA
"Great place with lots of space!
Loved staying at the place. Location is great and the place has a lot of space with the upstairs area. Kitchen also super well equipped. Could use a bit more lighting/lamps but otherwise great!"
Jul 10, 2020 - , New York, NY
"Nice stay in Tahoe
We loved the location and had a fun stay overall. However, the refrigerator and dishwasher leaked all over the floor creating a trip hazard. The jacuzzi only had one functioning corner of jets leading to an unwelcome form of musical chairs in the evening. The master had a nice memory foam mattress but the room on main floor had a hard mattress. The wii was an added bonus and provided an entertaining trip down memory lane-- extra batteries would be nice. "

"Great Stay!
I don't want to call it a perfect place, but everything was great. Highly recommended!"

"Awesome Getaway
The townhome is locating in a neighborhood surrounded by trees and nature. Quaint getaway from downtown Tahoe. The home itself had everything we needed. Can sleep 9 comfortably. The home was clean, spacious, and only 10 min to South Tahoe and Zephyr Cove. "
Jul 23, 2019 - , Hayward, CA
"Great space for group of 7
The size, location, and amenities of this property were great. Loved the hot tub and TV, kitchen was perfect. The only downside was there are a lot of things in disrepair in this rental. For the most part they are all small things but all together it seems like a lot. The biggest problem was in the kitchen the carpet has pulled away from the tile exposing the sharp staples beneath. The freezer leaked for some reason. Bbq in bad shape, missing a knob on the mid-level shower, broken lamp, gross stuff in the jets of the bath tub. There were also ants. I'm just listing all this stuff so someone can fix it. We still loved the place and had a great time. "

"An ace place to stay!
This place made us a fabulous experience while enjoying the snow."

"A Good time
Overall we had a good stay at the house.. We we're surprised to see a house equipped with a washer & dryer but no laundry detergent included, we were also surprised to see a dishwasher but no dishwashing detergent. The DVD/VCR combo unit upstairs was also broken with a VHS tape stuck in the VCR side. There was no shampoo/conditioner or body wash included either. Upon reading the contract I saw that these items were not included, in my opinion that doesn't make sense. If I rent a hotel room it includes simple hygiene products. Other than that everything was fine."
Sep 07, 2016 - Steve C., Stockton, Ca
"Ok except carpet and 3 bedrooms in 3 levels
The carpets are old (all floors are carpet) and in the kitchen area, the tack strip is exposed and ruined few socks of ours. The patio was not cleaned, the Jacuzzi cover was absolutely dirty, TV remotes out of battery and the remote for the ceiling fan/light out of battery upon our arrival. The manager's response was however excellent on maintenance calls. There are 3 levels to this townhouse and we did not realize that, so family had to stay in 3 rooms in 3 levels- Kitchen had all needed amenities and plenty of towels. Old carpet and 3 level townhouse is negative for us and so don't recommend this townhouse for these reasons. "

"Ski Ct - World Class Rentals!
This is the second year we've rented this condo, and the 5th or 6th year renting from World Class Rentals...won't rent from anyone else. The condos are always as described, no surprises. They are always clean and if you do have an issue, Jeren and his staff are quick to respond and take care of your needs! Great job! "

"Nice condo
This was an overall nice condo for a vacation rental. The manager did accommodate very last minute plans for us, which was nice! The condo was clean, and another bonus was not many stairs to get to it. I didn't realize this before, but a lot of the condo rentals have MANY stairs to get into. The biggest downer was having to wait over a week and a half for the return of our deposit! Also, there were a few minor "housekeeping items" that needed to be addressed. Light bulbs out, fireplace did not work, fan/light above dining area did not work, one of the tv/video players unusable. All in all, not huge issues, I just feel like for the price you pay everything should be in working order. "

"Decent experience...
The condo was decent but many items were either broken or not functioning, including cable tv, shower, fireplace and sliding door. Light bulbs were burned out and carpet tack strip was exposed and caused injury. General sleeping conditions were nice. "

"Nice little condo
We celebrated two fiftieth birthdays over New Years, with 3 couples. The bedrooms were fine, although the bottom level master was quite cold without the space heater. The bottom level bed was very very comfortable. The kitchen was fine, all operated well, would have preferred a few more wine glasses. The hot tub was fantastic. The grill was great, though it ran a little hot - be careful to check the flame. The cable tv seemed to be missing some basic channels like ESPN. It would have been nice to have had a little more TP and Paper towels in place for us. We had trouble turning on the dining table light and fan, but with help from Jaren all was well. Would highly recommend placing there a list of specific particulars regarding this condo. It was quite clean and user friendly and I would recommend this condo. We enjoyed one evening in town and cooked other meals at the condo. We skied two days and it was Heavenly. Close to Stagecoach lodge and staff there was excellent."

"Nice location
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location, hot tub, gas fireplace and well stocked kitchen were appreciated. However, we did have an issue with the downstairs shower. It never seemed to get hot enough. We thought it was a water heater timer or setting issue, but could not find it and did not have the time to call to report the issue. Also, the bedroom tv downstairs had a cable box that did not work. Would have been nice to have that work and a hot shower. "
