Lake Tahoe style townhome located in Lake Village.
At the club house you will have access to pool tables, pool and spa. This town-home also has a private hot tub with views of Lake Tahoe. Sit and soak at the end of the day and watch the sun set over the mountains with the beautiful reflection off the lake.
You will enter into the lower level with bedroom 1 that has two queen beds and a full bathroom. Above that is the 2nd level with the dining area, kitchen, living room and a 1.2 bathroom. On the 3rd level is access to the private hot tub, the master bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom.
This is one of the most convenient locations for your Lake Tahoe holiday, an exceptional lodging alternative to hotels. Only minutes from world-class skiing, hiking, biking, boating, beaches and casinos.
Nevada Beach is only a 2 minute drive, offering a spectacular sandy shore for sun bathing and incredible views of the lake and mountain peaks.
This unit is 3 stories. There are 2 flights of steps to get to the front door of the unit from the parking area.
~ This home does NOT have AC. There is no BBQ per the HOA rules.
Occupancy Rules: 1. Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
2. You are only allowed 6 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
3. 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit. Per the HOA there is no paring of boats, trailers or RVs in the parking spaces at the condo, or in-front of the condo.
4. Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 7am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
5. Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.

Cancellation Policy: At the time of booking you agreed to this cancellation policy. Written confirmation of cancellation MUST be received prior to 45 days of check in date. You may cancel up to 46 days before arrival with a forfeiture of the booking fee. Cancellation of 45 days or less to check in date, forfeits all rent, taxes, cleaning fee and reservation costs. Up to 21 days from check in, renters do have the option of taking a 100% credit towards a future stay for the same property to be used within one year of the original stay dates, or a 50% refund. The 50% refund is 50% of the entire amount paid including all fees and taxes. Within 20 days from check in there is no option to reschedule the trip or receive any refunds. New trip must be scheduled within one year of original arrival date. Changing stay dates are subject to different pricing as there are different pricing for all seasons. If you change to a higher price season you will be responsible for new pricing charge. Changing dates to lower price season: there is no refund of lower cost. If you change your stay dates up to 21 days to the date of check in this means you are paid in full and there will be no change to the cancellation policy. This cancellation policy will indefinitely apply to the original stay dates. If you would like to move your stay dates, we will only move the stay dates one time. reserve the right to refuse service Weather and “events” cancelations: There will be no refunds due to events out of our control. These types of “events” are, but not limited to, ski resort closures, event cancellations, casino closures, fear of travel, and OR pandemic and or epidemic, stormy weather, or power outages, forest fires or other acts of mother nature out of our control. During stormy weather, forest fires or other acts of God, no refunds unless all roads to Tahoe are completely closed for twelve (12) consecutive hours or more on the date of your arrival. Your reservation is valid for the remainder of the time. Road Conditions: or from California We have no control over weather conditions that may result in accidents of any kind to personal property and or personal injury. Occupants agree to hold property owners and World Class Property Management, Inc., harmless if any damage to self or personal property happens, example but not limited to: a vehicle sliding on ice results in an accident, loss or injury due to rain, snow, ice, trees, flood, negligence, fire, theft, utility power outages or any reason. Please callwhen reporting an accident at the property so that we may be of assistance if possible. -Yes, it snows in Tahoe in the winter, we are next to Heavenly Ski resort after all. Please be prepared for longer travel times during storms as traffic can get backed up. It is your responsibility to know the road conditions and to have the proper chains and or snow tires required by officials to travel through snowy mountain roads. The city or county does the snow plowing through neighborhood roads and that operation is out of our control. Payments: The name on the reservation and the name on the credit card used must be the same. If you choose to use another credit card for the balance: You and any guest in your party whose credit card was used as payment, acknowledge by signing this contract that you and any guest in your party waive all rights to dispute any credit charge for rents, fees and taxes and or charges as listed with in this contract no matter who’s credit card was used as payment, made by our company World Class Property Management, WCPM, World CPM or otherwise listed on your credit card statement. A reservation can be made with a 25% down payment paid by credit card when the reservation is made. If your credit card is declined at the time of booking the reservation will be canceled for nonpayment. Full payment is charged 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If a check or money order is not received by the due date, the balance will be charged to your credit card. The credit card must have an expiration date that extends beyond your stay. If a reservation is made less than 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is due when the reservation is made. If no other payment is received 45 days prior to arrival, we will automatically run the balance on the credit card on file. Balance is due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival date. We can keep the balance payment on the same credit card used for the initial payment, you can call with a different card, or a check or money order can be issued at least 45 days prior to your arrival. Occupancy & Damage rules for vacation rentals: - Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. This includes any beach front property. You will be shut down immediately. - (Property.Custom7) The county/city only permits a certain amount of people allowed at each vacation home and we must follow this to keep our permit. - (Property.Custom1) Per fire safety and County/City rules, street parking is not allowed. Please see any notes in the home on where to park. Failure to comply will result in possible eviction and or your vehicle being towed at owners’ expense. If you have questions, please call us. - You and your party will be evicted and forfeiture of all rents and deposits if found to be in violation of gross misconduct, damage, disturbing the peace, higher than permitted occupancy than agreed, unauthorized use for weddings, receptions, parties, or loud group functions. NOISE ORDINANCE 9:00pm TO 8:00am DAILY in every neighborhood no matter the situation. - There will be no outside congregation after 9pm. -There will only be one warning for violation of noise ordinance, after the first warning if the violation continues it will result in eviction with no refunds. - Management reserves the right to inspect the property for over occupancy, noise or other violations of County and State Laws. Occupants may be subject to fines in accordance with the County or State, eviction and forfeiture of all charges if found to be in violation. -Smoking is a fire danger, please properly dispose of any cigarette butts. - World Class Property Management (WCPM) reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if WCPM deems a renter un-fit to rent any property during the booking process and or during the stay.
Additional charges/fines that may result if: -Any lost or misplaced keys will be charged $80+ per key for a locksmith. -Any lost or misplaced garage door openers will be charged a min of $175 for replacement. If you accidentally left one in your car, please notify us and mail back. -There will be extra cleaning/replacement cost fees if we find: Damage to house, missing items such as towels, extraordinary cleaning, trash throughout the house, trash outside the house, cigarette butts, etc. Please pick up after yourself. -If the house you are renting has a propane BBQ: do not for any reason put charcoal in the BBQ! Yes, we have had this happen and it ruins the propane BBQ! - PETS: We love fur babies, but they are not permitted in our vacation rentals unless allowed and approved by World Class Property Management. No pets of any kind, for any amount of time, are allowed in house or on property, unless you are in a unit that is specified to allow pets and approved. Anytime also means that you cannot have a pet in the house for the day or a few hours, example: if a friend visits and they have their pet with them. If there is any evidence of pets it will result in extra cleaning charges, min of $250. This is inside or outside of unit. Service animals must be approved by World Class Property Management. If you have rented a home that is pet friendly, please pick up after them. -NO SMOKING of any kind in any house or on property. Evidence of smoking will result in a min $400 charge for cleaning. You will be charged for steam cleaning and all damages. Any picking up of cigarette butts in the yard, driveway, and patio could result in extra cleaning fees. Unfortunately we have had to implement this no smoking rules, too many people have violated this and have left cigarette butts in yards, driveways and decks. Please clean up after yourself. Thank you. -Please do not move furniture around. Example: if you move beds around this will result in extra fees to put the beds back where they need to be. Also moving furniture around could result in scratching the floors. -All boots, ski equipment, etc., are ONLY allowed in the garage, mud rooms and or designated area. Ski & snowboarding equipment, and melting snow, will damage hardwood flooring, carpet and walls and are NOT allowed inside the house. -Fireworks of any kind including sparklers, fire pits- metal or other, campfires, charcoal BBQ’s or any kind of outdoor fire is illegal in all of Lake Tahoe. If you are found to have violated this, you may face the fines from the County and fire department. If we find evidence of fireworks being used from your party; we will share this information with the fire department. We take fire safety very seriously in all of Lake Tahoe, we are in a high fire danger area. This may seem strict, but we must follow the rules set in place by the county/city to keep renting our home. Thank you for following the rules.
$250 minimum charge if management, security, fire department, police, or any emergency officials are called to property for any type of disturbance other than medical emergency.
As a condition to the rental of all Vacation Properties, WCPM reserves the right to charge the Guest’s credit card for any and all uncovered Guest/Invitee caused losses and damages sustained to the Vacation Property throughout the duration of their period of occupancy. In the event of any uncovered Guest/Invitee-caused loss or damage to the Vacation Property, including, but not limited to, undue cleaning, eviction, service calls, service charges, fines/assessments, repairs or replacements, plus all applicable taxes, WCPM is hereby granted the right to charge the Guest's credit card. An itemized statement outlining all associated costs will be sent via regular or electronic mail to the address submitted by the Guest at such time as the reservation was booked.
Maintenance, operation, housekeeping etc.: - We want you to enjoy your stay and be comfortable at the house you have rented. If there is a problem with housekeeping, maintenance, operation of any appliance or hot tub etc.; AND it is not reported to us there will be no refunds at all. Once a problem is reported to us, we will do our best to remedy or fix the problem, this is not reason for any refunds. If we are not given the chance to remedy or fix any problem, there will be no refund. Anything that is reported unsatisfactory after your stay will not be reason for refund. -There are no refunds if you find your lodging to be unsatisfactory. -We do our best to maintain operation of indoor & outdoor items (Jacuzzi, barbecues, patio furniture, table games, etc.). Should maintenance to these items cause temporary loss of use, that will not be a cause for refund or compensation. All tenants will be promptly notified prior to arrival if such conditions become apparent. If such items become inoperable during your stay and only if we are notified, we will do our best to get items back up and running during your stay. -If a maintenance emergency occurs on the property, please callto report the problem, please do not e-mail us with emergencies as e-mails are not checked 24/7. We like to fix any problems as soon as we can and will make every effort to correct the problem as soon as possible. Wildlife: The area is highly populated by bears, as well as raccoons, coyotes, etc. Please DO NOT feed them. While we appreciate them, we do not appreciate them after they have broken into our home because they are used to being fed there. Do not leave food or trash outside or you will be charged extra for cleaning. As a local “bear” rule DO NOT to leave food in your vehicle as the bears are very smart and pesky, they have been known to break into vehicles to get anything they think may be food. Amenities provided & Not provided: We will provide a start-up supply of paper towels (2), toilet paper (4 per bathroom), trash bags, hand soap and kitchen soap. All bath and kitchen towels, linens, blankets or comforters, and pillows are provided. We also supply basic pots and pans, flatware, dishes, bowls, cups & basic cooking utensils. As every house is privately owned, items in the kitchen and bedding may vary from house to house. We do NOT provide hygiene items such as face/body soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, laundry soap, softener, dryer sheets, etc. We do NOT supply items such as plastic wrap, foil, plastic bags, food items, spices, oils, coffee etc. Hot Tub Rules (If Applicable): Use of outdoor hot tubs is prohibited between the hours of 10pm and 8am per county noise ordinances. If you drink in the hot tub, please be careful not to spill any beverage in the water. Extraordinary cleaning or misuse of the hot tub will be a minimum of $200 extra fee. Example: if you have overloaded the hot tub with people and the water has been displaced very far below the line of the jets causing mechanical problems with the tub. Please be sure to replace the cover and lock when not in use. You must be 18 years of age or older to use hot tub. The hot tub is serviced before and after every rental to ensure the water is clean and safe for use. If there is any issue with the hot tub upon ARRIVAL, please notify us immediately. USE HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK, we are not to be held liable for any skin irritation that may be caused using the hot tub. Other rules and or Information: - If you have rented a house with bunk beds; you are using the bunk beds at your own risk and waive the owner and management company harmless during your stay. -Please do not sled or play in any neighbor’s yard. -If you have rented a house in a neighborhood with a private beach please do not walk through any neighbor’s yard to access the beach. And please pick up after yourself so that we may continue to use the private beach. -We want our guests to thoroughly enjoy their time in Lake Tahoe, so we want to make you aware of certain conditions at high altitude. The house is located at approximately 7000 to 8000 ft. in elevation. For those of our tenants unfamiliar with high altitude or arriving from sea level, the air is VERY dry so be sure to bring plenty of moisturizer, lip balm, sunscreen and please stay hydrated. You are closer to the sun here so you will get burned much quicker than you would normally at home. High altitude can cause headaches, dehydration, and insomnia. Alcohol consumption is also magnified and can affect you much quicker than you are used to. CELL PHONES: Most carriers work at lake level. Be advised, though, that once you get up in the mountains it is possible that most carriers will not work.
Check in and Check out: -Check in time is 4pm; Checkout is by 10:00am. Early check in or late checkout that has not been approved will result in extra rental fees. We will not give a late check out if requested any later than 3pm the day prior to check out and will only be allowed if available. -Checkout procedures are also posted in each home: Place dishes in dishwasher and start a cycle. Pick up kitchen, do not leave food on counter or on stove in pots or pans. Trash is to be placed in specified area, example: garage, mud room or bear box and bagged up -no loose trash-. All trash, including bathrooms, kitchen & any outside area must be gathered, put into trash bags then placed in specified area. Please do not leave trash outside of house as you are in the mountains and wild animals will get into trash resulting in extra cleaning fees. Please lock doors, place key in lock box (if applicable) and, for security, tumble the lock code so the combination is not showing, close all windows and set heater at 55 degrees, or to posted temperature, prior to departure. And we hope you enjoyed your stay!

Additional Winter Contract *If you will be renting a home during the winter (November to April) this page will also need to be signed in addition to the regular rental contract. * Be advised that when snow removal conditions exist, driveways, parking areas and walkways can become extremely slippery – please use caution. Property users will keep driveway clear of any and all objects that could cause damage to snow removal equipment. ~Driveways will be cleared when snowfall accumulation reaches 6 (six) inches and greater. Due to the unpredictability of snowstorms and conditions we guarantee that our crew will be to your property within 24 hours of a 6+ inch accumulation. ~ We will not guarantee a specific time that your driveway will be cleared due to the uncertainty of snowstorms. Routes are 8-12 hours long and start as weather conditions require. ~ I understand that as soon as 6 (six) inches of snow accumulates the snow removal crew is in route and will be to my property within 24 hours. I understand that during a big snowstorm, snow may accumulate as quickly as a foot or more per hour. I understand that after my property has been cleared and accumulations again reach 6+” the snow removal crew will be back to my property within 24 hours of their last visit. · There is no street parking at all during the winter due to the snowplows needing full access to the entire road. · We have no control over weather conditions that may result in accidents of any kind to personal property and or personal injury. "Don't be fooled by old photos
The location & mgmt co were great. Flooring needs to be totally replaced - filthy. Hot tub wasn't heating to approp temp and view is now just pines. Appliances worked & bathrooms/linens were very clean. Interior needs a deep clean & updated photos. Watch out for the dust bunnies."

"Sept 2021 3 night stay - pls read carefully
First, I want to give credit to World Class Prop Mgmt. The unit has many issues and once brought to their attention, Ray from WCPM agreed to see the units condition in person and the company agreed to discount the rental accordingly. They did the right thing and deserve much credit.
The unit needs to be completely renovated. The carpet has numerous stains, the kitchen linoleum is cracked and peeling. The screens are either missing or in disrepair. The upstairs bedroom has exposed spray foam insulation. The bathrooms are carpeted and have an oder, we actually layer towels in front of the commode so our feet wouldn’t touch the unsanitary carpet. You can tell past repairs or maintenance was sloppy, cheap and/or rigged.
The kitchen cabinets look and function like they were from the 70’s. The walls have areas that need to be patched or repaired. The entire unit needs to be painted. We have travel often throughout the years and the unit is by far the worse we’ve ever experienced. We would have moved to a hotel but all of the nice ones were either full or closed due to the fires. With the price of the rental we weren’t expecting the Ritz Carlton but we did expect it to be clean, sanitary and in relatively good condition.
The owner should be embarrassed to rent this property in its current condition and to not disclose its real condition. The pictures do not reflect it’s true condition.
I do not feel this unit is a reflection on World Class Property Mgmt. Once brought to their attention, they did the right thing. And again a special thanks to Ray who was very professional and helpful. I would have rated the overall satisfaction a 1 had it not been for Ray and World Class Property Mgmt’s response to my complaint.
I would recommend WCPM to a friend without hesitation. But, renters beware do not rent this specific unit until it’s been completely renovated and by all means get tha"

"Way too expensive for the condition of property
Positives: location is great. Very close to SLT and Zephyr Cove. Negatives: for the money ($840 for 2 nights) the place is a dump. Dirty, dust on all Blinds, windows very hard to open, screens broken and laying on the decks, chemical level in hot tub is completely overwhelming and there is no view of the lake as in one of the pictures. I would not recommend and I would not stay again. "

"Not as advertised
Unfortunately this property did not meet expectations. We expected an older property, but not one that was dirty. There seem to be structural issues with everything sloping to one side of the townhouse. Water had to be run for 5+ minutes to get more than a trickle, and definitely not used in two areas at the same time. The hot tub jets spewed dirt and bugs into it, we didn’t use it more than once. The pictures do not accurately reflect the true state and f this property, and I would say they are misleading. Stay with caution—it is overpriced for its quality."

"Awesome week in Tahoe
We had a great couples weekend skiing at Heavenly, Squaw, and Kirkwood. The space was comfy and we cooked in the full kitchen every night. We were drawn by the reasonable price and the private hot tub which didn't disappoint. I did read some reviews about the space being old and worn, which I generally agree with, but our group isn't fussy, and we had a fun casual weekend. "

"Great Bones
Although the layout was great and the town-home had good bones, the place was less to be desired. The bedrooms were on the first and top floor and the meeting rooms were sandwiched perfectly on the middle floor. Felt the carpet needed some loving care. The wiring to the television was in and out. After letting management know the jacuzzi was WAY TOO gassy to get in, management let me know it was up to code. Couldn't use it! The BBQ needs to be tossed. The views were too far from the lake.... I don't usually write anything but 5 star reviews, but wanted to spare someone their vacation since mine was considerably compromised. "

"Old and dingy
Great location but that’s about it. Very dingy and old, cabinets look and feel like they could come apart at any moment. Carpet was stained though out the house. Spa and internet stopped working during our stay, however management was very responsive and had things up and running within a half hour. "

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Jeren Gunter
About 3 or 4 days after booking my vacation, some members of my party were diagnosed with COVID 19. After notifying Jeren, the owner of the property, he assured me that the virus only took a few days to get over and told me that we would "be fine" and insisted that we continue wth the trip. His lack of regard and concern for public safety made me very uncomfortable, but he insisted that since I had signed a contract, cancelations within less than 45 days before a trip would only be refunded by 50%. Of course I did not go, and I only recieved 500 dollars despite having paid 1600 for the entire trip which is no where near 50%. "

"Terrible experience. Leaking roof and unclean.
First and foremost the roof in the top bedroom was leaking water and as a result, the bed and pillows were wet and smelly, which was disgusting. We have pictures of white pillows with huge yellow stains on them from having water drip on them for hours. It also looked like the roof had been patched with tape, which clearly wasn’t working.
Secondly the place was not clean. We found spider webs on the furniture and the floor didn’t seem like it was vacuumed.
Lastly the place is much much more dated than the light and airy pictures would suggest. The furniture is old, the fixtures are old and the place has an overall very dark, gloomy and musty vibe.
Definitely won’t stay here again as we feel misled by the pictures. And the leaking roof is a nonstarter. "

"Tired Condo, but convenient
Overall, this is a very tired unit in need of updating. The kitchen is the most tired with old counters and cabinetry that is on its last legs. Utensils, pots and pans really, really old, dented, burned with years of residue. There is masking tape hanging from the beams in the upstairs bedroom where someone painted, but never cleaned up. The couch in the main room is falling apart and large feathers are poking out of the upholstery. The front door cannot be opened completely because of the rugs, so we all had to step to one side, line up, close the door and then go up the stairs to the main area. I could go on and on. However, the beds were very comfortable and our property manager, Stewart was terrific. The downstairs thermostat was not working and he brought over a portable heater within an hour. All and all, we would not recommend this property until it has been updated, and is rental ready. "

"Wedding
The management company was very accommodating, the property it self was dirty and needed much updating on dirty sofas and other items. No long mirrors for dressing, no measuring spoons or cups. Hard to get to items in kitchen. Cabinetry was very bad and very dirty. Draws didn’t open well. Carpet was dirty as well. Owner needs to make some many improvements. Hot tub was so strong with Chemicals I was choking when I said it the only time I used it was once. "

"South Lake Tahoe condo
This property was not very clean. Some of the windows didn’t have screens on them so if you have small children this isn’t thebplace for you. The pool was nice and the location was great. "

"Great mountain condo
We rented this condo last minute and then booking was very easy. The propertynmanagement company was very quick to respond and always answered the phone when we called. The only issue we had was the controlls were locked to the hot tub which didn't allow us to turn on the lights or jets which was a bummer as we were very much looking forward to using the jetted hot tub. "

"Excellent Property Management
When we arrived, only part of the unit was cleaned. I called the manager. He apologized and told me he would call me back. About 15 minutes later, he explained the situation, sent out a cleaning crew, and offered me a day's refund. Two days later, I already received the refund on my credit card. Once the place was cleaned, we really enjoyed our stay. Note: I also received my security deposit refund within two weeks."

"Not as advertised
For the rental price the unit is very dated. The outside steps leading up to the unit from the street are buckled and dangerous to navigate. The kitchen is tiny. Everything is located at floor level which requires nearly being on your knees to retrieve. The dishwasher did not work. There is no air conditioning so beware if you are staying there in the summer in the top floor master bedroom. It is blazing hot and there are no screens in the master bedroom windows. The master bathroom shower is suitable for someone under 5 feet tall, otherwise the shower spray hits your chest. There is a reason there are not photos of the outside spaces for this unit. The deck off the living room is very old and tiny, suitable for two people. On the plus side the unit was clean and the property clubhouse has a nice pool."

This is a beautiful location and a nice condo. The beds were very comfortable and the three floor layout made it seem very spacious. The hot tub was nice although the controls were locked, so we couldn't use the jets. Overall, I had a great time staying here and would definitely come again. "

"Pretty Good Stay
My girls and I always stay in Lake Village during Celebrity Golf Tourney weekend...This place is cute..The half bath was awesome in a house full of chicks. We actually had a leak and I called the number and they sent somebody out right away so that was cool. The only thing that was odd was that there were somebody's old makeup brushes under the sink that was kinda gross...and the master bathroom had little hairs all over it. Nothing a quick clean couldn't fix. We would stay here again for sure. PS-the hot tub on the deck is a HUGE plus! "

"Great Family Weekend
We had a great stay at this condo in Lake Village. It is close to everything and had all we needed at the condo for a relaxing weekend. The remote control fireplace was a plus and the main level with living room and kitchen were perfect. The beds were super comfy and the view from the top deck was gorgeous. Stayed here for 4 nights over New Year's and absolutely loved it. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hot tub view was unbeatable. "Customer Service Awfull - The Cabin Perfect
The cabin was absolutely perfect. The only thing I did not like was the Customer Service.
I had paid the total for the cabin, and the person who was my contact (salesman) did not tell me I had to send the contract back with signature. So we arrived to the cabin and we had no code for the key. We tried to contact him and when he answered he was mad, I don´t know why he always answered my emails in a bad mood. I was not treated like a customer, he was really rude and short in all of his emails.
Hope you have another good customer service people because I would not want to be contacted for a salesman like him "

"Property was fine, manager inept.
The property was rented for my wedding babysitters. After trying repeatedly at 10pm to open the lockbox with the code printed on the confirmation, a phone call to Jeren was placed. He said that the code had been changed that morning. He didn't bother to call, to text, to send an email. He just acted like our party should have read his mind. Totally irresponsible. Would not use this management company again."

"Clubhouse Circle Townhouse
The house is in a good location, very close to the strip but sort of far from the lake. The lake view description is a bit misleading, since you only get a glimpse of it from the third floor. As for the property, the house had no garbage bags in the garbage bins, no soap for dishes which wouldn’t be a issue except the paper work in the house said to ask the clubhouse but they said they don't deal with rental properties, so bring some. Also, the hot tub was low, not really hot, the upstairs bathroom door didn't shut, and the toilet would run unless jiggled.
It was quiet and peaceful which was nice. "
