Wheelchair accessible, you will be able to maneuver from the living room to the kitchen, to the screen porch, master bedroom and bathroom in a bliss.
At the end of the day come back to this beautiful cabin where you can enjoy preparing a meal in the fully equipped custom kitchen, relax by the gas fireplace, play pool and ping pong or just soak in the hot tub.
The Chefs' kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, microwave, oven, breakfast bar and dining area with a double side view gas fireplace. The main level features a nice open living area with large flat screen smart TV above stone gas fireplace, a wall of glass overlooking one of the decks and a lovely view of the lake. The view is always heavenly and rejuvenates the soul. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, spacious master bath with double vanities, huge shower and a jetted tub for the ultimate pampering and self-love experience. On the second floor there are two suites with queen beds, each with its own full bath and walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is downstairs and features a queen bed with a full bath. There is a door from the bedroom to deck where the hot tub (coming soon) and swing await you. There is also an extra bedroom with a twin bed/full bunkbed combo and a full size futon.
The upper deck is covered and screened-in with a nice seating area and beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. This cabin will soon become your prime destination for your family vacation and fun. Don’t forget to bring your little fur friend as they are part of the family too.
There's also an office space with a desk, Wi-Fi and a comfortable futon in case you need a nap. In the large entertainment area there is a TV, table games, full-size pool table and a ping pong table to bond with the youngest or challenge your partner.
This cabin is also wheelchair accessible allowing easy maneuvering from the living room to the kitchen to the screened-in porch and the master bedroom/bathroom.

This house was perfect for our family to stay in during our time in Blairsville. The kitchen was a dream to work in and was supplied with any and everything needed. We loved spending time on the dock and the two porches.
The only thing wrong was the main floor shower that was barely a drip and turning from cold to hot and back again.
Our sister-in-law was able to boat from her place on the lake and pick up family in her boat plus it was a close drive to her home.

"Beautiful Home on the lake
Great place to stay with a large family. Plenty of room for 11 people to sleep. Maybe more but I am not sure if any of the sofas would pull out into a bed. The house is decorated with quality furnishings from the owners travels. Nice big kitchen with gas stove top. I would rent again. Also, a wonderful dock with slips for 2 jet skis and a kayak. The only downside was the wheelchair accessibility. Yes, it was easy access through the front door but the bathroom and shower did not have grab bars and made it very difficult for my 85 year old mother to maneuver in the bathroom area. Last, the people of Blairsville are so kind and helpful and the house is about 10 minutes from town but still very secluded. I would definitely rent again. "

"Perfect Mountain Retreat
Rental was exactly as the pictures showed, except the lake was down. We had not planned any water sports so this was not a problem. Very clean and furnished well. House was roomy and kitchen extremely well supplied. Great views and easy to find. Hot tub was perfect. We plan to go back.

We love renting the waters edge. It’s the perfect family getaway home. We did have an issue with wasp on the dock. I couldn’t enjoy it he **** as much as the other who were all stung at least once because I am allergic. I did reach out to property management about the wasp but nothing could be done per the pest control company who came out. "

"Yearly GetaWay
This property was just as imagined...the pictures and descriptions were not deceiving, as some of our experiences as been in the past. The cabin was easy to get to and close to town also. Once inside the cabin we were super pleased at how clean and tidy everything was kept. Our triplets 11yr old girls immediately took over the bottom floor of the cabin. There was enough space for them to each have their own space, play games, pool, get in the hot tub, and even still access their Hulu account! My husband and were very comfortable in the master bedroom area as well! We loved the has any cooking or serving piece you could ever need! The double-sided fireplace was a nice touch to come back to after hiking the local trails, too.
We had a fantastic weekend and will definitely rent from Enchanted Mountain Retreats again. "

We enjoyed our stay at Water’s Edge. The house is beautiful, and was a perfect home to use as a place to visit with our family in the area. The screened porch was perfect for entertaining our family, and enjoying the lake. The trees are beautiful, and the breeze was refreshing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will stay there again in the future. We do think that the cookware could be updated, and the screened porch could be cleaned of leaves and spider webs. Also, locking straps should be put on the hot tub. We were worried about the safety of our granddaughter while on the lower deck."

My family stayed for Thanksgiving. We found the house to be great for several generations and well equipped in the kitchen to do a large meal. Only minor complaint is that it seems several of the mattresses need to be replaced - at least 2 of the beds had sagging in the middle. "

Overall we had a great experience. The cabin was roomy and easily accommodated 8 guests. The initial smell of the property was rank but eventually discovered it was a result of running out of propane. Unfortunately, we were without hot water and unable to cook for a couple of days, but the management company worked to get this resolved. The location is not really anywhere near Lake Nottely but is on Canal Lake. Very busy on the weekends making use of the dock difficult."

Our experience was very good!! Great kitchen and we lived on the screened porch because it can be enjoyed rain or shine. This location on the lake is very quiet and free from boat traffic. We rented the cabin over Christmas weekend & we were all so glad we did! We had the best time!!! Plenty of room for everyone, kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for prep & cooking & the second fridge was perfect for cold drinks & extra food. Basement was full of activities & the hot tub was awesome! We watched movies & the surround sound was pretty cool too!The home was so close to town which was great for the grocery & small item runs we needed.
We would love to go back if we are ever given the opportunity again!

"Amazing Vacation Home!
I brought all three of my children, their spouses and my four grandchildren for Thanksgiving week. This home could not have been more perfect for our vacation! We utilized everything available to us, including the pool table, outside fire pit, dock for fishing, and a great kitchen that was well equipped. The home was clean, well-maintained and a short drive to Helen, GA and Cleveland, GA for the Cabbage Patch "Hospital." It was a perfect choice and we were extremely satisfied!"

It was just great. We were there for a wedding and we had fantastic family time. The house is really super and indeed could have comfortably up to 12 people. We used the hot tub, we took a boat on the lake and we enjoyed every minute. The only tiny problem that we had was with the indication of the place. In fact it is easily to found it with GPS."

"Stay at Waters Edge
We really, really enjoyed our stay here. The only problem was that it seemed to have not been dusted in a very long time. I had to dust off the furniture on the screened porch before we could enjoy it. Minus the dust, that was our favorite place to hang out. The upper outside deck had a lot of ants, so I bought some insect spray and took care of that. Other than those issues, it is a great place to stay. We rented a pontoon boat and enjoyed boating and a little fishing. The lake is beautiful. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. The cleaning team did a good job with the bathrooms and kitchen and clean linens for both, but the entire house needed to be dusted and rid of spider webs. It looked as though no one had stayed there in a long time."

"Beautiful, sunny weather this year to enjoy your lovely home
I was a bit disappointed to find so many large, black ants in the kitchen/dining/living room areas of our rental this year. We have small grandchildren and this was not acceptable. The kitchen was nicely equipped with pots, pans, appliances, etc. but the two can openers did not work at all! A decent can opener should be one of the items that work in the kitchen. We enjoyed the three levels of this vacation home for our growing family!"

"Great Place To Stay
We loved our vacation at Waters Edge. There was ample room and the kitchen was stocked with many things I have not had in other cabins. The location is great. Very close to marina and Wal-Mart. The only thing that was hard to get to was the firepit. No way to really get to it. However, the rest was wonderful."

"Beautiful Home
The house is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. There is plenty of room for a large family. It suited our crew wonderfully, however the water is not accessible by everyone. If you have small children or seniors they will have a very hard time, if they are able at all, navigating the terrain to the dock. My father was unable to enjoy the water due to this water level being so low. Obviously this is through no fault of the property but it should be stated that the dock is hard to access. "

"Framily Fun!
We went with our friends, which included 7 adults and 8 kids, ranging from 11 months to 9 years old. The bedrooms in the house were perfect for the different families and kids. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed many hours out on the dock and in the lake. Having the screened in porch made the mornings and evenings even more enjoyable. We cooked smores in the fire pit. Our only issue was getting the hot tub to work; however, the response time was immediate when we called and we were able to enjoy the hot tub our last few days. This is a house/company I recommend to others and would consider for future visits. "

"Family retreat.
We had a wonderful 3 nights staying at Water's Edge. The property in our minds was much better than the description. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 1 child and an abundance of recreational activities even when the weather did not cooperate. We appreciated the help AnaLuisa offered to make our stay enjoyable. The family is already discussing another visit to Water's Edge."

"Fantastic House and Lake
We had a fabulous time. House fit all 8 of us very comfortably and it was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. Beautifully appointed and kitchen had everything we could want. Kids caught fish from dock & we enjoyed kayaking & canoeing. Loved the fire pit where we were able to roast marshmellows. It was especially convienent with all of the firewood provided. Loved the ping pong table. It was one of our best trips ever -- very relaxing and peaceful. AnaLuisa with Enchanted Mountains was terrific to work with and I would definitely use again. "

"Fantastic House

"We would be repeat users.
This property was chosen for its handicapped accessibility and being service dog friendly. Interior photographs were lacking on the website but the entrance and ground floor were very handicapped accessible. The other floors and dock excluded wheelchair accessibility. The drive way has two entrances, one of two is very steep. Not sure if during icy or wet conditions the steep entrance would be usable. The lake is very clean. "

"Family vacation
We had a great time, the home was beautiful and very comfortable. The master suite and the upstairs queen room beds were very comfortable. The bunk room beds not so much, it would do for small children but not for adults
The downstairs room was nice but not as cool as the rest of the house there was not enough air flow there for some reason
Over all though we loved it.
The fish just wasn't biting "

The property was beautiful, and very clean. We had two problems. When we got there it was a chilly rainy day. We are all 60+ and we could not get the lockbox open. After several calls and about 20 minutes we finally got a person and she realized she had typed the wrong # on our directions/confirmation. The other problem was the dock was not attached to the property. The one and only one of us brave enough to go to the dock had to wade about 10 feet in the lake to get to dock. This would have been a wonderful place for us all to enjoy if we had a proper way to get to the dock."

"Great Quick Getaway
Sorry that it took me so long to fill this out. The house was perfect, and our boys loved their stay. They especially enjoyed fishing off of the dock. The only problem that we had is that we could not ever get the fireplace lit in the den, but otherwise this house is perfect for even more people then our family of four, and we will keep it in mind for future stays. "

"The home is more roomier and more beautiful than expected.
We utterly enjoyed the home. It is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was spectacular for cooking an entire Thanksgiving dinner. The house is equipt with everything you need to bond with your family. The only complaint we had was that we came in the Fall and the lake was partly drained so the views weren't as nice as we hoped. It was so cold anyway, we didn't get out much to the dock. Also, there isn't a lot of room for your dog to do their business around the property, but other than that, our family thought this house was simply beautiful. We would stay again."

"A great House for large family
Need to add a toaster, and some chairs down on the dock. The folding fabric chairs on the dock were very stained and dirty and not usable. Ladder was also broken on dock making it very difficult to get out of lake."
