Come here for the park like setting and enjoy the outdoors. House is a story and a half lake cottage and is the only house on a 10 acre lake. Hike around the lake and meet some of our lake friends like the herons and turtles. The first floor of the house has one bedroom, full bath, kitchen, and great room with stone fireplace. Upstairs has one full bedroom, bunk room with 2 twins and 4 bunks, and full bath. Basement has laundry, ping pong table, and darts. Deck faces the lake with plenty of seating & large stone BBQ area. Well stocked bass lake w/pier. Use of canoes, jon boat, kayak, floating dock, 2 stationary docks.

Fully furnished - cookware, dinnerware, and linens. Just bring your food! Television, VCR, WiFi, & Cable. Games, puzzles, and books. Use of canoes, jon boat, kayak, and life jackets. No phone. Air conditioning, Ping pong, darts & laundry in basement.

Out the back door - hiking, fishing, swimming, use of boats. Nearby cities: Farmland - The Chocolate Moose (historic diner) and the Pizza King. Winchester - world famous Wick\\\'s Pie Factory/restaurant/store and the Winchester Speedway. 20 min out SR 36 is Summit Lake State park but I don\\\'t know why you would leave the lake. Easy grocery shopping at any of the many local Dollar General stores and there is a Walmart in Winchester. 30 Minutes away is Muncie - Muncie Children\\\'s Museum and Ball State University.

Weekly rate $1200 from June 1 - August 31 - Peak Summer, Off Peak rate (all other weeks) $995. Weekly rate plus $150 cleaning/booking fee, 5% county room tax, and 7% state sales tax. $300 down to reserve date. Remainder must be received no later than 21 days prior to reserved date. Full refund less $25 office fee, if cancellation 30 days prior to reservation. No refund if cancellation less than 30 days prior to reservation.

Too much cat hair and seaweed, but loved all of it... thinking about going back this year... totally worthwhile" Mar 29, 2014 - Reuben Gross "We celebrated our sons 21st birthday at Cullison last year. The place is large enough we could invite our families and friends up for cookouts, fishing and yard games. There is a long pier and a small sandy beach, perfect for fires at night. A major plus was we took our two labs - they were dock dogs for the week! If you are looking for privacy and quiet, a place for your dogs and kids- this is the place. During the day we went fishing, hiked around the lake, volleyball, went swimming, enjoyed the deck. At night there was board games and the fire pit. Lots of yard space and deck space, a nice quiet lake= the perfect vacation. A lot less stressful than disney! Fishing was the best. While reeling in a torpedo(plastic bait with two hooks) I actually caught two fish on one bait!! Our biggest fish was a 7lb 3oz bass and lots of blue gill. We had a great trip to wicks pies, or a quick trip to Greenville, Ohio for maid-rites. We will be returning this year and staying longer!!" Jun 15, 2011 - R. Not too far a drive Wal-Mart and other stores and shopping. Water was too low for us to put our boat in, but it came with a canoe; which we used.
