Just a 3-minute walk to a beautiful sugar sand beach on Lake Michigan—no stairs, simply stroll right onto the beach. This spacious two-story home offers six bedrooms, two bathrooms, a welcoming living room with two additional seating areas, a generous dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a large L-shaped screened porch with dedicated spaces for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all while dining with picturesque views of the Black River, Marina, and the *Big Lake.” The house sleeps a maximum of 12 people comfortably. Lawn chairs are provided, and an outdoor shower to wash the sand from your feet. Washer/dryer, and WiFi are included. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants, bakery, and Marina. Stanley Johnston Park is across the street with a basketball court, picnic tables, swings, etc. NOW taking 2026 Summer reservations. No smoking, dogs (only) are welcome with an additional $250 deposit.

Take a sunset walk along the shore of either North or South Beach in South Haven, or dine at one of the city’s great restaurants. Within walking distance from our house, you can visit one of eight parks, or 1 of 4 golf courses, go to an auto race at Gingerman Race Track, hike the Kal- Haven Trail, or just watch a beautiful sunset from the North Beach. For those so inclined, it is possible to rent bicycles, motor scooters, or golf carts locally to get a different perspective on the city.
