- COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE: Beach service provided by our beach vendor includes two beach chairs and one umbrella with paid stays of 14 days or less from March 1 through October 31. Your setup is guaranteed, but the specific location on the beach is not.
- Vendor Rentals: Kayaks, paddleboards, extra setups and reserved locations can be rented directly from the vendor on the sand.

Payment and Cancellation Policy for booking direct through Nautilus Condominiums - If you booked through an online travel agent (AirBNB, VRBO, etc), the payment and cancellation policy of the platform applies. A $250 advance payment is required at the time of booking for a reservation to be valid. The final balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. If we have not received another form of payment 30 days prior to your check-in date, your credit card will be charged automatically. Cancellation of rentals that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, you will forfeit 100% of the total reservation amount. If renter must shorten their stay within 30 days of arrival or after checked in, no refunds will be provided for the nights not used. Long term guests (28 days or longer) - must pay 1st months rent 60 days prior to arrival and must cancel at least 60 days prior to arrival or will forfeit 100% of total reservation amount. We encourage guests to buy Travel Protection Insurance to protect themselves. Once you are within 30 days of check in there are no moving dates, nor moving units. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, or cleaning and maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.

"Perfect!
Loved the ground floor and being so close to the boardwalk and pool. We were not bothered at all by a possible hot water view bc of the height of dunes but we had a very small view and weren’t out there much since beach access was so quick and easy. It was the biggest 3BR condo we’ve been in ever, such a nice living room and dining areas separate from kitchen and loved having the extra unattached bathroom for guests ( we had family in another unit that would come off and on from theirs to ours). Our kids stayed in the bunk bed room and we shared our master BA with them so that worked out fine. Huge free library of games and kitchen items, we’ve never had that before! We’ve always wanted to find a good Rental to visit year after year and we never have until now. We had restaurants and groceries so close. The beach was nice and quiet and not over crowded at all, beautiful sand and water. We’ll definitely be back! "

The place was bigger then anticipated. We had all the supplies listed. All we needed was our clothes and groceries. We enjoyed out stay. Only negative was the water for the shower, temp was limited and this is a personal preference ."

Our unit 1101 was nice and clean easy access to the beach and pool. The only complaint I would have is when it rains HARD their is some slightly flooding near our entrance of room but nothing that got our feet really wet. As well, not the places fault all nature’s the dunes are high at the balcony which we were unable to see the beach while sitting out on the balcony. "

"3 bedroom condo
The room on the bottom floor was OK but we did find dirty under clothes and items that should’ve already been found by the cleaning crew or whoever does that before we even arrived. Also it we had a lot of rain and the rain pooled at our door step so that you were walking through water trying to get in the door of your condo. The wine cooler did not work and there weren’t any extra blankets for any room in case you got cold with the rain. It definitely change the temperament in the condo as well as our ability to go to the beach but that’s out of anybody’s control."

"Family of 6 , including 2 under 2
There are only a few things that you could honestly say negatively about this place. We stayed on the ground level and beside the pool and walkway to the beach, a long with right outside the front door was the stairs to the other levels. I was concerned with noise/commotion with having 2 under the age of 2 years old. We also traveled across time zones and that added to my hesitancy with booking but we could not have had a better experience if we tried! The noise was never an issue.
There were a few issues with the unit itself and the staff and management went above and beyond to ensure we were compensated and taking care of.
We stayed there for an entire week and were sad to leave.
The only thing I would suggest to the next is to ensure all appliances, doors and lights work before assuming they do. Again, they will fix any problem immediately but to save yourself from the hassle just check everything before you need it.
We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to everyone! "

We have stayed at Nautilus in the past but it was our first stay in this condo. We had 4 littles under 4 and this condo location & the layout was soooo perfect for us! It truly made this vacation 10000x better because of how close we were to the beach and the pool. The condo was extremely clean and spacious!"

"Nautilus Stay Room 1101 May 25 - May 29
Floors were sandy, sinks and faucets were dirty. Guest bathroom shower liner was mildewed. The sliding glass door did not work properly and was very hard to open and close. Linens on bed were dingy and there was sand on the bed. Bedroom furniture is old and rickety. Furniture in living room is old and needs to be replaced. One closet in guest bedroom was full of pictures and could not be used."

"Location, that’s what you get
Overall a positive experience and I would stay there again. Very responsive staff. Here are the negatives. Floors will never be clean and sand is everywhere. Bedding needed to be replaced upon arrival. The kiosks room developed a water leak in the ceiling and the refrigerator temp had to be adjusted to accommodate a full fridge. Beds and couches have seen better days, but the unit came with everything we needed. The whole facility is aged, the pool isn’t heated and drainage is an issue if it rains.
All that being said, this was an average rental experience that I would repeat for the price."
