- Complimentary Beach Service (Mar 1-Oct 31): For paid stays of 14 days or less from March 1 through October 31, COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE is included, weather permitting. The service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella. Your beach setup is included with your stay; however, the specific location of the setup on the beach is not guaranteed.
- Vendor Rentals: Kayaks, paddleboards, extra setups and reserved locations can be rented directly from the vendor on the sand.
- Beach Access: Nautilus provides private beach access directly from the property to the public beach on Okaloosa Island.
- Property Access: On-site private access is stairs-only.
- ADA Access: An accessible public ramp is available immediately next door.
WHAT MAKES NAUTILUS DIFFERENT
Nautilus is intentionally designed for guests who prefer a quieter, more intimate beach experience. With only 68 units across two seven-story buildings, it offers a calm, more intimate atmosphere than a large resort complex.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and occupy the unit throughout the stay.
Everything you need is close by - the pool, grills, and parking are just steps away, and the convenience store next door makes picking up ice, drinks, and snacks effortless.

Payment and Cancellation Policy for booking direct through Nautilus Condominiums - If you booked through an online travel agent (AirBNB, VRBO, etc), the payment and cancellation policy of the platform applies. A $250 advance payment is required at the time of booking for a reservation to be valid. The final balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. If we have not received another form of payment 30 days prior to your check-in date, your credit card will be charged automatically. Cancellation of rentals that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, you will forfeit 100% of the total reservation amount. If renter must shorten their stay within 30 days of arrival or after checked in, no refunds will be provided for the nights not used. Long term guests (28 days or longer) - must pay 1st months rent 60 days prior to arrival and must cancel at least 60 days prior to arrival or will forfeit 100% of total reservation amount. We encourage guests to buy Travel Protection Insurance to protect themselves. Once you are within 30 days of check in there are no moving dates, nor moving units. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, or cleaning and maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.

"Holly Powell review
This was our 5th stay at the Nautilus, but our first experience with not going with a 3rd party rental company and actually went thru the condo. The air conditioning was very noisy, maintenance came very quick, but said it’s the motor making the screeching sound. Was quieted a teeny bit, but was still very annoying. The couch was very soiled, washed an extra blanket and put over the couch so wouldn’t have to sit on it��the carpet had not been swept at all... no streaks from vacuuming and nail clippings found on the carpet. The beds were clean and comfortable. Master bathroom mirror and not been wiped, soap scum in the corners of mirror where the sinks were. I would stay at the Nautilus again, but definitely getting a different room. Sorry to be negative, but you don’t know unless we tell you�� decided to pick my battles and after maintenance was called once and was not really resolved, no point let them know of the other things. "

We enjoyed our stay at the Nautilus. The room was is a great location and easy check in. The room is very outdated. The carpet is very stained and needs to be replaced with a different flooring. The electrical outlets are all old and some do not work. "

When booking this unit - we booked it based on the pictures alone because of how well kept it looked. This specific unit wasn’t the greatest. I had other family members stay in a different unit and it was night & day compared to ours. The view of the ocean was fantastic in the unit. I understand that not all condominiums can be a 5 star hotel but for the price that is charged - there should be no reason why trim was broke, dirty socks were under the table if the unit was cleaned, food wrappers under the pull out sofa from a previous stay - carpet was terrible, sone bed sheets still had stains on them & that in one of the bathroom showers to turn on the cold water a knife had to be used to get the knob to turn. It’s things like this that should be updated to make a stay more enjoyable. "

The Nautilus personnel was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning service that is used should be evaluated. When we arrived, there was trash all over the floor to the point that I needed to vacuum the entire unit before unpacking. There was also pieces of food left in the sink from the previous guest. The unit needs a lot of updates but the cleanliness was a major factor."

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The actual unit could use a little updating and as far as cleanliness, it could use a little more attention to detail, but overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The elevator that we used to travel, closer to our room had clearly been urinated in by someone. �� This wasn’t anyone’s fault other than the person who did it, but we didn’t realize it until my little ones had stepped all in it and were back in the condo. There were plenty of linens and towels. The beds were super comfy and the view was to die for! We will definitely book with Nautilus again."

We enjoyed our stay at the Nautilus. The Staff-Linda,Jamie, Bill and Keith were extremely professional and helpful in every way.
The condo was adequate, but could use some additional updates. Mainly the carpet really needs replaced. The living room furniture was new and beachy, the master king bed was very comfortable. A few suggestions, you need fewer decorator pillows, and more bed pillow choices. Also the closet in guest bedroom needs cleaned out for more room for renters. We really would have loved to have had the use of the small drink refrigerator in kitchen. Also, because the large lock on that refrigerator stuck out on the floor, we were constantly hitting our toe on it."
