THE CONDO

- Beach Gear, Already Packed for You: No need to haul heavy gear from home - Nautilus 2311 comes equipped with two extra beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach tote.
- COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE: Beach service provided by our beach vendor includes two beach chairs and one umbrella with paid stays of 14 days or less from March 1 through October 31. Your setup is guaranteed, but the specific location on the beach is not.
- Vendor Rentals: Kayaks, paddleboards, extra setups and reserved locations can be rented directly from the vendor on the sand.

Payment and Cancellation Policy for booking direct through Nautilus Condominiums - If you booked through an online travel agent (AirBNB, VRBO, etc), the payment and cancellation policy of the platform applies. A $250 advance payment is required at the time of booking for a reservation to be valid. The final balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. If we have not received another form of payment 30 days prior to your check-in date, your credit card will be charged automatically. Cancellation of rentals that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, you will forfeit 100% of the total reservation amount. If renter must shorten their stay within 30 days of arrival or after checked in, no refunds will be provided for the nights not used. Long term guests (28 days or longer) - must pay 1st months rent 60 days prior to arrival and must cancel at least 60 days prior to arrival or will forfeit 100% of total reservation amount. We encourage guests to buy Travel Protection Insurance to protect themselves. Once you are within 30 days of check in there are no moving dates, nor moving units. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, or cleaning and maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.

"Great Experience After a VRBO Disaster
Nautilus was amazing and accommodating with our last minute reservation. We had another condo booked for over a year and 6 days before arriving for my son’s Senior trip with 30 other baseball families, our host cancelled with zero communication. My husband found Nautilus and we immediately booked through the management team verses VRBO. I was able to communicate with Melissa and she was great! The condo was clean and spacious and the view was incredible. We loved the balcony as you could see the road and people watch on one side and a partial beach view on the other. The only recommendation I would have is to add sitting space in the main living area. We had great weather so we weren’t in the room much but more sitting space for evenings would have been the only change I would have made. Melissa and Nautilus made a potentially bad situation, one of the most amazing vacations we’ve had. Thank you! "

"Check every thing despite what the description says
The Gulf view description was not accurate. They said a Gulf view but it was a partial view. We didn’t take a shower in the master bathroom because the tub had peeling paint. The dining room chairs were so uncomfortable and the couch leans to the middle. The ice maker also didn’t work. Even though we called about it they never responded. This condominium needs some serious updating all around. And PlEASE update the description to the view because I wouldn’t have rented a partial view since I had surgery on my foot the view and the sound of the water is what I came for. The lady at the checkin was super caring and new I was going to be upset about the view and I was."

Although we enjoyed our time, we were disappointed in the amount of dishes and glasses to use. No cable in the bedrooms. Sink was stopped up despite that the cleaning crew had just been there. Everytime I went outside it smelled of cigarettes due to the office help sitting out front smoking. However we still would come back. Thank you."

"Winter Stay
Stayed from 1/26-3/15. The Nautilus is in a great location on Okaloosa Island, close to restaurants, shops and steps to the beach. This was a last-minute rental as our original rental flooded in December and was not going to be ready for us. The office staff were friendly and helpful. They even worked with us to get in a few days early! The unit we stayed in 2311 was new to the rental market and although it needs some work, it had everything we needed...just not what we were accustomed to. I felt as though it was put together without much thought to guest comfort. With some changes/upgrades, it has the potential to be a nice unit. My only complaint would be that the pool doesn't get much sun and our balcony only got morning sun so I found myself searching for a warm spot to sit on days when the beach was too windy or cold. It also would have been nice to have beach chairs included in our rental."
