THE CONDO

- Beach Gear, Already Packed for You: No need to haul heavy gear from home - Nautilus 2310 comes equipped with two extra beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach tote.
- COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE: Beach service provided by our beach vendor includes two beach chairs and one umbrella with paid stays of 14 days or less from March 1 through October 31. Your setup is guaranteed, but the specific location on the beach is not.
- Vendor Rentals: Kayaks, paddleboards, extra setups and reserved locations can be rented directly from the vendor on the sand.

Payment and Cancellation Policy for booking direct through Nautilus Condominiums - If you booked through an online travel agent (AirBNB, VRBO, etc), the payment and cancellation policy of the platform applies. A $250 advance payment is required at the time of booking for a reservation to be valid. The final balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. If we have not received another form of payment 30 days prior to your check-in date, your credit card will be charged automatically. Cancellation of rentals that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, you will forfeit 100% of the total reservation amount. If renter must shorten their stay within 30 days of arrival or after checked in, no refunds will be provided for the nights not used. Long term guests (28 days or longer) - must pay 1st months rent 60 days prior to arrival and must cancel at least 60 days prior to arrival or will forfeit 100% of total reservation amount. We encourage guests to buy Travel Protection Insurance to protect themselves. Once you are within 30 days of check in there are no moving dates, nor moving units. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, or cleaning and maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.

"Dirty condo
The condo was dirty. The couch had to have a sheet over it because it was so stained and dirty. We did not sit on it. The furniture is tacky and cheap. We had roaches and spiders. I will not stay there again."

"Nice but not Great
The Nautilus was nice, super friendly staff, perfect view and easy access. Our biggest complaint was it good have been cleaner. Remnants of other guest were left behind, floors, couches and beds were all very sandy. It made it really hard to sleep. Also they only provide one partial roll of toliet paper and partulial roll of paper towel. Kitchen has salt only and no coffee filters for their drip maker. For the price more amenities could have been provided. Because of the beds being so sandy I'm not sure I'd stay here again. "

"A Great Weekend Get Away
We got away for my daughter’s 13th birthday. It was a great size for our family of six. We had a great view of the beach not actually being on the beach view side. Everything was well kept. The pool was a nice place to finish after the beach with the beach side service. Definitely would stay again. The ladies in the office were very helpful and kind."

Everything about it the vacation was wonderful. But the beds they had to bring up foam mattresses for as they're not the most comfortable. They really tried very hard to make us comfortable I think they just need to invest in some new mattresses."

"Family Vacation
Our experience renting at Nautilus was amazing. Everyone in the office was super nice, they got us in our room earlier than expected, the building was clean and very family centered. There were no loud partiers, I felt my children were safe walking around and no sound seemed to transfer from unit to unit so we didn't have to listen to other renters the whole time we were in our condo. Unit 2310 had everything we needed! Office staff was polite upon checking in and provided all information we needed. Unit was clean and well put together. Great view from the balcony! Can’t wait to stay here again! Great location. Beach access was easy. We stayed in 2310 it was very spacious and clean. Nice furniture, kitchen looked to be recently updated. Only complaint was the ice marker was out of service in our unit but Linda the manager, filled our cooler up for us! We were also able to watch multiple firework shows on the 4th from the beach.

It was wonderful! The condo was very clean and cute! They have all appliances readily available. Right on the beach, less than a 4 min walk. So easy lugging our stuff down to the beach. About a 10 min drive to Destin! Will definitely be returning!"

"Spring Break
Unit was a little older than expected but clean, comfortable and fully equipped, even had beach chairs and toys for kids. Balcony was a great size too. Complex well cared for and on site management staff were helpful and friendly. The only down side was the construction going on right next door to the side of the building our unit was in. The building partially blocked the million dollar view of the gulf and there was noise from the construction. Unfortunately, from what we learned the complex tried to fight the city building public bathrooms on that lot but lost and so it was out of their control. The onsite management was understanding and hopefully will let future renters know before they rent the unit. The beach area is large, clean and beautiful and the complex also supplies two chairs and an umbrella. "

We four golden girls enjoyed four wonderful weeks at the Nautilus. Our unit was well-stocked and clean. Staff quickly responded to a few issues we had, and very pleasant to deal with. Great location, right on the beach. Recommend new bed pillows and couch and loveseat."
