Nautilus provides private beach access directly from the property to the public beach on Okaloosa Island. No street crossing is required to reach the beach.

- Beach Gear, Already Packed for You: No need to haul heavy gear from home - Nautilus 1503 comes equipped with two extra beach chairs, a cooler, a beach tote, and beach towels.
- COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE: Beach service provided by our beach vendor includes two beach chairs and one umbrella with paid stays of 14 days or less from March 1 through October 31. Your setup is guaranteed, but the specific location of the setup on the beach is not.
- Vendor Rentals: Kayaks, paddleboards, extra setups and reserved locations can be rented directly from the vendor on the sand.
- Beach Access: Nautilus provides private beach access directly from the property to the public beach on Okaloosa Island.
- Property Access: On-site private access is stairs-only.
- ADA Access: An accessible public ramp is available immediately next door.

Payment and Cancellation Policy for booking direct through Nautilus Condominiums - If you booked through an online travel agent (AirBNB, VRBO, etc), the payment and cancellation policy of the platform applies. A $250 advance payment is required at the time of booking for a reservation to be valid. The final balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. If we have not received another form of payment 30 days prior to your check-in date, your credit card will be charged automatically. Cancellation of rentals that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, you will forfeit 100% of the total reservation amount. If renter must shorten their stay within 30 days of arrival or after checked in, no refunds will be provided for the nights not used. Long term guests (28 days or longer) - must pay 1st months rent 60 days prior to arrival and must cancel at least 60 days prior to arrival or will forfeit 100% of total reservation amount. We encourage guests to buy Travel Protection Insurance to protect themselves. Once you are within 30 days of check in there are no moving dates, nor moving units. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, or cleaning and maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.

Another great vacation here. This was our 3rd straight year coming here but first in this unit and it was very nice. The property also had some new amenities like extra beach chairs in the unit, cooler and beach towels which was nice. It’s not an extravagant property but for the price it’s a great deal and the view from the gulf front units is awesome. The beach is the best part of course and look forward to coming back next year."

"Disappointed
A lot has changed with the beach chairs and umbrella service, no longer can you reserve a chair like the previous 10 years that we had been staying here. People from the public access come and use chairs also. The chairs are so far back from the water now that people from the public access will come set up between you and the water. A local program called Little Adventures also came several days and set up fishing classes in front of the beach chairs on this properties beach as well. They have lost the sense of a personal beach access that you pay thousands of dollars for while the public gets the same experience for free. Will no longer come back to Nautilus unless they get control of their beach again. VERY VERY disappointed!"

The location was great. Right on the beach and not very crowded. It's close to several very good restaurants and the traffic in front of condo was minimum. The pool was clean and temp was perfect. The condo was not very clean. The dryer barely dried. The coffee machine broke and the shower backed up. The staff was very responsive and took care of the shower within a day and delivered a new coffee pot asap. To be fair, I didn't call about the horrible dryer. The furniture looked like hand me downs for a 1st apartment. Definately needs updated. The worst thing was they only give you 1 towel per person. You're constantly doing laundry. It literally took 3 hours to dry a load. The ocean front balcony was very large and covered so we could sit out there even when it rained."

This was our second stay at Nautilus Condos, the staff are always friendly and accommodating. The property itself is kept clean and is appealing. Our condo had been updated fairly recently, nice furnishings and a beautiful view. I love how quiet it is, plenty of room at the pool, and the free beach service is awesome! The condo itself could use a good deep cleaning and the cleaning staff could definitely use a little more attention to details. The only things I can complain about were the washer/dryer in our condo was out, even though we were notified of it and was given use of the cleaning staffs facility, it was still a hassle. Overall, it was a good stay at a good condo. "

"40 Year Fort Walton Revisit
The changes in Fort Walton and Dustin are amazing. Children activities are everywhere. The beaches are fantastic and full of different activities. Condo living and rentals are far as you can see. The food is fantastic with many different choices. There are multi bu grocery stores including Walmart. Personally we perfected to stay in Fort Walton over Dustin because the traffic was more tolerable. We are Seniors and traveled with our two middle age daughters. We had a great time and plan to return with the rest of the family including the grand kids. FIVE STARS for everything. "

First time to Emerald Coast and will be going back for sure. Our rental(condo) was great, everything you needed was there. Very quiet, people very friendly, respectful and helpful. The grounds were very clean. Went to the Gulfarium Adventure Park, the Oct. Seafood Festival @ the boardwalk, and took a dolphin cruise. We had a great relaxing trip and would recommend the Nautilus (Emerald Coast) to friends & family. A great place to loose yourself and regain your sanity!"

The staff of the Nautilus is so very nice and helpful. We intended to stay 7 nights but cut it short to 4 nights because of the rainy weather. We have stayed at the Nautilus 3 different times and have always loved it. Our favorite condo was unit 1603. 1503 was a disappointment this time because of the beds. "

The Nautilus is at an excellent location right on the beach. The staff is fantastic. The office staff was very helpful and the beach service was the best.
We stayed a week and hated to leave. The unit was clean, spacious, and well furnished.
We only went out one night, choosing to spend more time at the beach and take advantage of the kitchen. We used the grill area a couple of nights and the kitchen other nights. The ice maker was very nice.
We will be back!!!
The only negative was the north elevator, it is the most popular and not very fast."
