- COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE: Beach service provided by our beach vendor includes two beach chairs and one umbrella with paid stays of 14 days or less from March 1 through October 31. Your setup is guaranteed, but the specific location on the beach is not.
- Vendor Rentals: Kayaks, paddleboards, extra setups and reserved locations can be rented directly from the vendor on the sand.

Payment and Cancellation Policy for booking direct through Nautilus Condominiums - If you booked through an online travel agent (AirBNB, VRBO, etc), the payment and cancellation policy of the platform applies. A $250 advance payment is required at the time of booking for a reservation to be valid. The final balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. If we have not received another form of payment 30 days prior to your check-in date, your credit card will be charged automatically. Cancellation of rentals that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, you will forfeit 100% of the total reservation amount. If renter must shorten their stay within 30 days of arrival or after checked in, no refunds will be provided for the nights not used. Long term guests (28 days or longer) - must pay 1st months rent 60 days prior to arrival and must cancel at least 60 days prior to arrival or will forfeit 100% of total reservation amount. We encourage guests to buy Travel Protection Insurance to protect themselves. Once you are within 30 days of check in there are no moving dates, nor moving units. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, or cleaning and maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.

"Annual Family Vacay
We have stayed here annually for multiple years. Obviously we love the location. We were on 7th floor and the elevator closest to our unit was down the entire stay. We had to go to north elevator as did everyone else in the building. That was a huge inconveince (explanation for 4/5 rating of satisfaction). 4/5 property's general condition rating due to mainly buildings age. Other than these 2 unperfect scores we love Nautilus. "

Condo complex was very nice. The unit was clean, well maintained and had every small appliance you could want including a margarita machine! Comfortable seating and plenty of it! Beds were very comfortable, slept very well each night which is something I don’t usually do. The view was fantastic from balcony to horizon. Will stay here again & would recommend to all"

Fantastic time on the beach with the family, all thanks to a luxury condo with all the amenities one could ever want! For a family of five, this unit had all the space we needed and more. The kitchen is large and accommodating. The back patio facing the beach made for wonderful sunrises with coffee and late night chats with friends. Property management onsite is very responsive and friendly. We could text them with any questions or request and they were very prompt with replies. Property description, location, and layout with amenities were all accurate. We will definitely be back next year!"

The condo is perfect for our family. The space and sleep space is adequate. The walking distance to the beach is short!!! Views from balcony are amazing! Staff was #1.
Our refrigerator was not working properly 1st day and they came and switched it out. The only complaint we had was the elevator noise and slowness of it. It definitely needs to be changed out. We will be back!!!"

Overall Unit 1703 was good. There is quite a bit more wear to it than pictures show. The cleanliness was a problem. Dishes were put away dirty, there was hair on the floors and stains on the extra bedding. The location was good and not busy compared to Destin. The view was fantastic. The customer service was fine for when we needed it. If I came back to the area I would stay somewhere else."

"Wonderful Vacation
My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful getaway at 1703 Nautilus. The online pictures were very accurate, the condo was extremely clean and the kitchen had everything you could possible need provided, except for spices, cooking oil, etc., which is clearly stated in the description. The manager was quick to respond to any issues, for instance, we had trouble figuring out the remotes for the TV, and maintenance was sent right away. We were close to our favorite restaurants, so that was also a bonus. I would highly recommend this condo and staying at the Nautilus!"

"Gorgeous Slice of Paradise
This was my retirement gift to us as the last hurrah before no more paychecks :0)! I was not disappointed. The management staff is AWESOME!!! Natalie went above and beyond to bring us a bag of ice when we first arrived and learned there was no built-in ice maker. The only thing I would recomment is new cushions for the chaise lounges. Otherwise everything was perfect."

The unit was beautiful and I have no complaints about the condo. The property, however, is a much different story. Our vacation was ruined by neighboring condos undergoing construction. The noise could be heard in our condo, at the pool, even on the beach! Property managers said they were not obligated to notify renters, nor would they do anything to make our stay more enjoyable. And their attitude was disrespectful and completely unempathetic. Due to that, I will never stay at this property again."

"Our Annually Month at the Beach At The Nautilus Unit 1703
We had a great time as always. Not sure how many times we have rented to this unit and rented by the month but have always loved our stay. The unit has been newly updated and really was better than I could of expected.
There was an unusually thing that has never happened before, I always book the same unit for the next year and I called the office and requested to rent October of 2022 and they told me that they would get back with me and never did. I DID CALL AGAIN AND TOLD THEM THE 2ND TIME THAT I WANTED TO BOOK THE UNIT FOR OCTOBER FOR 2022. AS OF 11/8/21 I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE A RETURN EMAIL OR PHONE CALL FROM THE MANAGEMENT CONCERNING MY REQUEST.YOU WOULD THINK YOU WOULD GET A RESPONCE! WE HAVE STAYED AT THE NAUTILUS FOR AT LEAST 20 YEARS. I HOPE IT WILL NOT BE THE LAST BUT THEY NEED TO RETURN A CUSTOMERS REQUEST.

"Perfection all the way
We love the Nautilus and condo 1703 was the nicest and largest one there. Friendly staff, spotless condo and every small detail was just right. Large bath towels, plenty of kitchenware,very comfortable beds, and that wonderful balcony. Tvs in bedrooms not getting internet despite following on screen instructions but we only needed the working one in living room. Fabulous huge walk in shower was amazing. I would have preferred a tub in other bathroom to soak in but it also had a nice shower"

"Beautiful Beach Vacation Experience
1703 is a recently updated property and is so beautiful. I’ve stayed at the Nautilus for over 20 years and this condominium is by far my favorite. I particularly loved the electric recliner in the large gulf front/main bedroom. The shower in the main/gulf front bedroom is glorious. Of course it should go without saying, the view is breathtakingly spectacular. I returned home refreshed and renewed. I hope to have the opportunity to rent 1703 again. Thank you owners of 1703 for accommodating us; your rental property is beautiful. "

We usually go to Mexico, but I found that I liked this property as much or more than some we've stayed at in Mexico. If I had a bigger family, I'd come here every summer b/c it would make more sense financially. The only problem we had was at check in- we didn't get into our room until after 5:00 pm on check in day, when we were supposed to be in by 3:00. Everything else was fantastic. "

"Beautiful Stay!
The Nautilaus Unit #1703 was very clean, decorated nicely, and had a large balcony with a stunning view. It was well equipped with all cooking supplies, bedding, and toiletries. The only complaints were that the walls are thin and it was noisy a couple nights and the sliding doors were extremely hard to open and close. The pillows need to be replaced. These are minor, though, and I would highly recommend this unit and would love to stay here again. The balcony alone makes this one incredible condo. The views are simply breathtaking! You can’t go wrong with this one. "
