Payment and Cancellation Policy for booking direct through Nautilus Condominiums - If you booked through an online travel agent (AirBNB, VRBO, etc), the payment and cancellation policy of the platform applies. A $250 advance payment is required at the time of booking for a reservation to be valid. The final balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. If we have not received another form of payment 30 days prior to your check-in date, your credit card will be charged automatically. Cancellation of rentals that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, you will forfeit 100% of the total reservation amount. If renter must shorten their stay within 30 days of arrival or after checked in, no refunds will be provided for the nights not used. Long term guests (28 days or longer) - must pay 1st months rent 60 days prior to arrival and must cancel at least 60 days prior to arrival or will forfeit 100% of total reservation amount. We encourage guests to buy Travel Protection Insurance to protect themselves. Once you are within 30 days of check in there are no moving dates, nor moving units. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, or cleaning and maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.

We enjoyed our stay! The text message communication is wonderful! The office itself where you check in seems very cluttered when you arrive to check in. Just my opinion, but a professional looking office goes a long way way for first impressions. The condo itself was very clean and well equipped. The beach towels, beach bag and chairs and umbrella was hugely appreciated since we did fly to Florida. Some things needed to be repaired, but left that on the survey. We would most definitely stay there again. And recommend

"Amazing hotel only thing id do differently for the cleaning crew
Everything was perfect but the floor was disguisting.. Our sock were black from walking only a few times and We did NOT enter the hotel room with sneakers or anything im sure the floor was not mopped at alll.. One of the bathrooms was missing a toilet paper but over all nothing too crazy!! Definitely recommended!"

It was wonderful, our family had 3 condos. 2 gulf view and 1 ocean view, it was so fun to all be so close together and just to be able to walk out onto the beach was amazing. Then at night, we all met in the ocean view condo and ate and played games with the kids and/or sitting on the deck to watch the sun go down. There was a full moon and the light just shimmered off the ocean! The Nautilus condos are updated and Well taken care of and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we are all hoping to come back next year! 5 star vacation! ������"

The condo was great! It was updated well, very clean, and spacious. The view of the ocean was great. Loved having the beach service and being walking distance to the pier. We got to the property hours early and were able to check right in since our room was ready. I would definitely recommend staying here. "

"Great place to stay
Everything, from choosing the unit on the website, to checking out was very easy. The Nautilus staff keep us up to date before our check-in day through emails and texts. We had all the information that we needed by the time we arrived so there were no questions about room access, beach information, etc. The unit itself had the best stocked kitchen of anyplace we have ever stayed, with pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The view of the gulf was good. Beach access was easy. Everything outside was well maintained. "

"The perfect home away from home with lots of perks!!!
The Nautilus has been our go to vacation spot for years! This was our 1st stay in 2308 and it was wonderful! Great location close to elevator with a great view of the beach from the balcony. Fully stocked kitchen and we cooked a lot! They have a Keurig which isn't listed in description, but was a plus for us! The beds are firm. The master shower is amazing! The decor is beautiful and relaxing. Very clean. The walk to beach is short, which was good for my bum knees! Having the chairs and umbrellas is a huge plus!!! Melissa was very helpful and friendly, she even served popcorn one day next to the pool!
As you can tell, I would definitely recommend The Nautilus and this condo! ��"

We stayed for a week and it was a great location! We really enjoyed the view. Clean when we got there and ready on time. The pool was very nice.
Only complaint would be the sheets on the bed not fitting correctly. The fitted sheet on the king came off every night...

The room was as just as beautiful as the pictures portray. The place was very clean, airy, comfy and well equipped for home away from home. We could see the ocean every morning. "Great location but questionable cleaning
The Nautilus is in the BEST location! The rental and check in process was wonderful! Room was nice. Had everything we needed. We did have an issue with small pieces of glass on the balcony and by the couch, questioning how well it was cleaned. Our son even got a piece in his foot which required us to have to go to the store for first ad kit. Multiple sections of the blinds were missing and made the mornings very bright and early! The blind string in the living room is broken also. "

"Needs Updates badly
Upon arrival, the unit seemed very beautiful and clean. That evening we noticed the shower was broken, and the washing machine leaked water everywhere. I had to use all the towels to clean up water and they only replaced them wit 3. 3 towels for 6 people. The next day, the dishwasher started leaking everywhere and from that first evening we noticed the unit had roaches. I think most of the problems are from neglecting to actually check these things often because the unit appears to be great but a thorough walk through is needed to keep the renters happy in the future. The units are too expensive to b experiencing all those issues at one time"

The property was in a good location and close to a lot of good places to eat. I would definitely stay at this complex again just not the unit. Everything was nice in the unit except for the FR and patio furniture not as shown in picture. FR was old and very worn and patio furniture the same. Although beds were very comfortable. Staff were great to work with."

Our unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The view was beautiful from the balcony. Only suggestions I would make is that the shower curtains need to be changed and the sofa bed could use a topper. They were clean but were showing their age. I know most sofa beds a terrible but this one was super thins. Chandler on the beach was great. Office staff and maintenance were also very friendly and helpful. "
