- COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE: Beach service provided by our beach vendor includes two beach chairs and one umbrella with paid stays of 14 days or less from March 1 through October 31. Your setup is guaranteed, but the specific location on the beach is not.
- Vendor Rentals: Kayaks, paddleboards, extra setups and reserved locations can be rented directly from the vendor on the sand.

Payment and Cancellation Policy for booking direct through Nautilus Condominiums - If you booked through an online travel agent (AirBNB, VRBO, etc), the payment and cancellation policy of the platform applies. A $250 advance payment is required at the time of booking for a reservation to be valid. The final balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. If we have not received another form of payment 30 days prior to your check-in date, your credit card will be charged automatically. Cancellation of rentals that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, you will forfeit 100% of the total reservation amount. If renter must shorten their stay within 30 days of arrival or after checked in, no refunds will be provided for the nights not used. Long term guests (28 days or longer) - must pay 1st months rent 60 days prior to arrival and must cancel at least 60 days prior to arrival or will forfeit 100% of total reservation amount. We encourage guests to buy Travel Protection Insurance to protect themselves. Once you are within 30 days of check in there are no moving dates, nor moving units. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, or cleaning and maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.

The condo is located next to a convenient store in case you forget something. It is also located near some great restaurants. The provided extra beach chair, beach towels and ice chest are plus when you use them with the daily guaranteed umbrella service on the beach. I would highly recommend this condo. "

I have stayed at the Nautilus many times and every stay gets better! The condos are beautiful and well stocked with all the needed items. They have gone above and beyond with free beach chair services, towels, and grocery delivery! It’s quieter than most places which is exactly why I love it! First time visiting Okaloosa Island and Fort Walton Beach to visit our son who was in assignment at Eglin AFB. This was a great location on the beach and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Although there was stormy weather the first 2 days we played games provided in the condo and had wonderful time relaxing and visiting. Condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Great seafood restaurants nearby. Very comfortable and just few steps to beach! "

We have stayed a numerous units at Nautilus. Hands down, this has been the best unit we've stayed it. The rooms were great. Living area and eat-in were great. Bathrooms were pretty good. Kitchen was the best. Had so many amenities that most units don't provide. I was blown away. We will stay in this unit from here on forward. You won't go wrong!"

"Cold few days at the Beach
We were there after Christmas. We have come before at that time; however, it was warmer. This time it was freezing! We still enjoyed listening to the waves and seeing the beach.
Some things that were concerns were that the beds were uncomfortable and there was makeup on the headboards. The makeup wiped off and we dealt with the beds. These concerns won’t keep us from returning though."

We like Nautilus very much and have been 3 times for a week.
They provide great service if you have any issues no matter how small. They have 2 full time repair men on site.
They handle the rentals very well and communicate very well.
The beach is very close and easy to get to.
The pool is very clean and nice. Parking is fine and not a problem.
Kitchen is very well furnished with every kind of appliance."

After hours of searching, I booked condo 2510 through Nautilus. It was a great fit for our family of 5 with plenty of space for everyone. The condo was fully stocked and we found everything we needed to cook and prepare our meals. The beach service was great and the attendants very friendly. We will definitely make a return visit! Our only complaint is the mattress in the master has a huge dip on one side and needs replacing. "

We had a great time and Unit 2510 met and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was stocked beyond our expectations. The only thing that I can think would make it better would be to have a Keurig in it. The decor was great. Exactly as it was portrayed in the pictures. It’s out of the major traffic congestion with some great local restaurants within walking distance. Only one elevator worked while we were there, but was not a major inconvenience. "

This was the best place I’ve stayed at there yet. The room was extremely clean. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough dishes etc. the view from the room was incredible. The beds were super comfy and the livingroom was comfy! The beach walk was clean and convenient with 2 hoses and sprayers to wash the sand off. The beach chair service was GREAT! It was in a quiet location yet still close to so much and the guest services office staff was very friendly. 10/10 recommend. Stay here now!! "

"Girl’s Trip 2022
We tried to do this trip in 2020 and of course Covid stopped everything. This was a friends trip and we enjoyed it very much. The condo was perfect for our needs (there were 3 of us). The area was quiet and really less than a 5 minute drive to anything we needed. The Okaloosa Island and Ft. Walton Beach and Destin area is amazing.
The condo was spotless when we arrived. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Beach service everyday was a great perk.
We’re talking about our next trip already and Nautilus will be on our list of possible places to stay."

So my wife and I stayed in condo 2510, 2 bedroom 2 bath with a side gulf ocean view. The condo was amazing, CLEAN and Updated. We were super impressed walking through the door. Upon arrival our room wasn’t ready, but within the hour we got a call so we were able to check in a few hours early! The office staff was very nice and gave us all of the info we needed. Easy beach access, pool was always clean and the best part is 2 chairs and an umbrella are provided for you! One downfall for us was having to drive to restaurants. We prefer to be able to walk and have more to do. We found a local hangout called G.I. Jade tiki bar & bistro, by far this was the best food we had while on our 4 night stay. We went back there 5 times, it was a cool place to hang out listen to some music and get a bite to eat! We also tried the Boardwalk, there are several restaurants nice beach area and play area for the kids. There is a convenience store right next door, within walking distance to the Nautilus Condo. Overall, we had an amazing time and were super pleased with our accommodations. If we were ever to visit this area again we would come back to 2510 at the Nautilus for sure. "

Condo was very clean, our views were amazing and we loved watching the dolphins in the morning while drinking our coffee, kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities and the owner thought of everything! We loved that the Nautilus was directly on the beach but about a mile off of the main strip. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had and even helped us print out tickets for an attraction we were attending. "

Rental was beautifully done. Nice beds. Nice furniture. Fully stocked kitchen. Clean. Beaches were great. Pool was adequate. Bathtub faucets need replaced but otherwise this place was the BOMB!!"

"March Vacation
Our 2 Bedroom Unit was clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. Everything we needed was there. Parking is not a problem here and access to elevators just a few steps from pretty much wherever you park.
The complex is just as well kept with an office on site open for questions.
The Nautilus is a very nice destination either short term or long."

"Best Short Vacation Ever
Due to hurricane Michael having just come through, we weren’t sure if we were even going to make it down. I contacted the Fort Walton Beach Fire Department and they told me the area had virtually no damage. The drive down was easy, and we were so happy to see everything in tip-top shape when we arrived. The condo was super nice, the walk to the beach is easy and the weather was perfect. We love the location, it’s close to the grocery store and some great restaurants (Asiago Skillet has THE ABSOLUTE BEST breakfast, and The Shack has some great seafood). We have found our new favorite time and place to visit the beach."

We had a great stay in unit 2510, our unit was updated , and very clean with enough room for 6 to be comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the Balcony in the evenings with a view of the Beach!!"

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Very nice with several upgrades. The view was great, especially from the master. We had everything we needed and more to live comfortably all week. Steps from the beach, which was great with 2 kids.Definitely will book this condo again in the future!"

Fabulous! clean, roomy, above expectations
I had my mother stay with me and my husband and there was plenty of space - especially having a bathroom with the second bedroom
it was easy checking in when we had a late arrival. when we asked for a late check out - the front desk was very generous! it was a wonderful surprise to have the each chairs available to us. the beach was soooo clean!"

"review for Nautilus unit 2510
The kitchen and bathrooms were great, very well supplied with updated appliances and renovations. It was great being on the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only thing that wasn't great were the blinds on the sliding door and the sliding door. The blinds were missing center slats which we later found under the bed. Our son fixed the blinds the evening we arrived. The sliding door from the bedroom onto the balcony was difficult to open and the evening before we checked out of the unit it broke. We would definitely rent this property again if we returned to Okaloosa Island."
